Crosslinkable polytriazole resins (CPTs) were synthesized by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction between azide and alkyne monomers. Adhesion properties of CPTs and an epoxy resin to different metal substrates (copper, iron and aluminium) were evaluated in terms of the tensile lap shear strength. CPTs to aluminium and iron substrates have higher adhesion strength than those to copper substrates. The effect of temperature and humidity on adhesion strength has been investigated. The resin CPT-3 has the best heat resistance among CPTs, whose retentions of adhesion strength are approximate 80% at 150?°C and 70% at 180?°C to all the substrates. CPTs have high adhesion properties at high temperature and humidity as compared with an epoxy resin.  相似文献

DDM/EP/CTBN增韧BMI耐高温胶合成工艺研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以N,N-′4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷型双马来酰亚胺(BM I)、环氧树脂(EP)、4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷(DDM)为主要原料,合成了2种以BM I为基体的耐高温胶粘剂,分析了DDM、EP用量对胶粘剂性能的影响。采用差示扫描量热、红外光谱、热重分析表征了产物的反应程度、结构和热稳定性。结果表明,2种工艺都采用mBM I∶mEP∶mDDM=1∶1∶0.85时综合性能最优,在相同的固化条件下,共熔型体系耐高温实验强度(30.07 MPa)优于预聚型体系(27.33 MPa),但耐温冲击实验强度(29.83 MPa)不如后者(31.58 MPa)。  相似文献

There is an urgent need for heat-resistant adhesives with high bonding strength in order to able to fabricate large and complex SiC components for aeronautical and astronautical applications. In this study, heat-resistant organic adhesives prepared using an organosilicon polymer and inorganic additives (B4C and SiO2) were used successfully to bond SiC ceramics. The prepared adhesives were characterised through shear strength tests as well as using thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, X-diffraction analysis, and scanning electron microscopy. The adhesives exhibited high room-temperature shear strengths (greater than 15 MPa) after being subjected to heat treatments at 200–1200°C. Further, the high-temperature shear strengths of the adhesives at 200, 400, 600, 800, and 1000°C were 10.5, 10.1, 7.7, 8.6, and 8.4 MPa, respectively. The high performance of the adhesives indicated that they should be suitable for joining SiC-based materials for use in high-temperature applications.  相似文献

A modified instrument was designed to evaluate foam properties under high temperature and pressure. The type and molar ratio of betaine surfactants were screened to develop the heat-resistant and salt-tolerant foam for Tahe oilfield (130°C, 220 g/L), and the effects of temperature and pressure on foam properties were also investigated. The synergism between surfactants and the enhanced oil recovery (EOR) mechanism of foam flooding in fractured-vuggy reservoirs were studied. Experimental results showed the developed foam had excellent foaming ability and foam stability when the lauramidopropyl hydroxyl sulfobetaine (LHSB): erucic amide propyl betaine (EAB) molar ratio ranged from 1:1 to 1:2 (initial foam volume was 392 ml when the molar ratio was 1:1, drainage half-time was 5.75 min and foam half-time was 72 min when the molar ratio was 1:2 at 130°C and 2 MPa). The synergistic effect was found to reach its maximum when the LHSB:EAB molar ratio ranged from 1:1 to 1:2 according to interaction parameters, which agreed with the results of foam properties. Foam stability was found to considerably increase with increasing pressure, but decrease with increasing temperature. However, temperature and pressure were found to have consistent effects on foaming ability, that is, the foaming ability increased with increasing temperature and pressure. The flooding test showed foam flooding exhibited better sweep efficiency and higher recovery ratio in the fractured-vuggy model than gas flooding and water flooding. This could be because injected foam did not channel through the top (or bottom) path due to its high viscosity and moderate density.  相似文献
