采用大气等离子喷涂技术制备了纳米氧化锆热障涂层。利用FESEM、XRD和拉曼光谱开展了纳米氧化锆热障涂层的微观组织和物相组成的高温演变研究。微观组织分析结果表明,纳米氧化锆热障涂层始终保持着独特的“纳米-微米”双态结构,而其中纳米晶粒大小随着服役温度和服役时间的增加而增大,但仍保持纳米结构;物相分析结果表明,纳米氧化锆热障涂层主要由非平衡四方相组成,并不随服役环境的变化而变化;而拉曼峰形状及位置的变化则进一步揭示了高温服役环境会造成涂层组织缺陷减少和声子散射降低,从而导致热导率的上升。 相似文献

利用纯钛粉和镍粉,通过反应钎涂在低碳钢基体上制备了与基体之间为冶金结合的镍钛金属间化合物涂层。采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪及硬度计,研究了涂层的相组成、组织结构和成分分布。结果表明涂层为复合结构,其组织由NiTi2、hcp-Ti和NiTi相构成,其中NiTi2和NiTi是在钎涂过程中原位合成的。随着钎涂工艺参数的变化,涂层中相的种类和含量也随之发生变化。但涂层表面硬度并不随涂层中相种类和含量的变化而变化,其值达到85HR15N。 相似文献

本文研究了等离子喷涂全稳定ZrO_2(MgO)涂层的相结构、显微组织、硬度、Mg元素分布及其与使用温度和时间的关系。结果表明,900℃时效6h而后随炉冷却的试样,相结构无明显变化,涂层的致密度增加,晶界的二次裂纹不明显,MgO未出现偏聚,涂层的硬度值最高;但当时效时间延长到2000h后,涂层表面则出现龟裂和疏松粉化现象。XRD分析发现,C—ZrO_2大部分转变为M—ZrO_2。SEM测定结果表明,二次裂纹主要是沿晶的;当处理温度为1100℃、时效6h时,MgO出现偏聚,相结构发生变化,涂层的晶面间距增加,硬度值降低。 相似文献

应用扫描Kelvin探针原位研究盐雾和干湿周浸环境中缺陷涂层膜下的腐蚀行为.结果显示:在两种腐蚀环境中,缺陷涂层均分为缺陷、阴极剥离及完好涂层区域;Kelvin电位的分布相同,缺陷处最高,完整涂层处最低.Kelvin电位分布峰的直径随时间的延长而增大,表明剥离区域扩大.干湿周浸环境中,Kelvin电位的最大值Vmax随时间变化不明显,Vmin在逐渐下降后达到谷值,随后升高;盐雾环境中由于电解质溶液持续扩散和盐雾颗粒极强的腐蚀性,Kelvin电位随时间的变化规律为Vmin在起始阶段达到最小值,随后升高.由Vmax-Vmin的变化规律得出,干湿周浸环境下腐蚀倾向性在试验开始5h后达到最大,而在盐雾环境下,试验开始阶段腐蚀倾向性就达到最大,且要高于干湿周浸环境. 相似文献

SmFe thin films were prepared by DC magietron sputtering at room temperature and 300 %. The influence of magnetic annealing temperature on the phase structure and magnetic properties was investigated. Results showed that thermal sputtering followed by a heat treatment process helped to obtain a structure with a relatively large fraction of SmFe2. Residual phases observed were α-Fe, Sm2O3, and unknown phases. During the annealing treatment, the intrinsic compressive stress in SmFe films was relieved and could become tensile at higher annealing temperatures. The degree of in-plane anisotropy weakened, and furthermore, the anisotropy transformed into out-of-plane anisotropy. 相似文献

Magnetic Microstructures of 2:17 Type Sm(Co,Fe,Cu,Zr)z Magnets Detected by Magnetic Force Microscopy
The magnetic microstructures of 2:17 type Sm(Co,Fe,Cu,Zr)z magnets were detected by magnetic force microscopy.Comparing the microstructures of the specimens coated with and without Ta thin film before and after heat-treatment, it is found that: (a) as a protection layer, Ta coating layer about 20 nm thick can effectively restrain Sm volatilization under high temperature;(b) the stress built in the 2:17 type Sm-Co magnets during specimen preparation only affects some local parts of the domain structures;(c) the magnetic microstructures vary largely for specimens heat-treated at high temperature without Ta film coating due to Sm volatilization.In addition, by comparing with high coercivity Fe-Pt point tips, it is found that the Co-Cr thin-film tips are not suitable for detecting the magnetic microstructures of strong permanent magnets. 相似文献

采用交换作用的分子场理论模型对金属间化合物CdMn2Ge2的磁性、磁结构和磁相变进行了研究。理论分析和计算结果表明,CdMn2Ge2中存在5种不同类型的磁结构,外磁场以及温度的变化导致CdMn2Ge2从一种磁结构到另一种磁结构的一级或二级磁相变。计算了不同温度时GdMn2Ge2单晶的磁化曲线,并给出了外磁场沿晶轴α和c方向时的H-T磁相图,估计了Gd-Gd,Gd-Mn,层面内及层面间Mn-Mn的交换耦合参数。结果显示,要描述GdMn2Ge2的磁性,必须考虑晶格常数和温度对层面间Mn-Mn交换相互作用的影响。 相似文献

A theoretical investigation on the magnetic properties of rare-earth Er3+ in Er3 Ga5 O12 was reported. The average magnetic moments(M) for applied magnetic field H parallel to the [001 ], [ 100], [ 110], [ 111 ] direction was studied based on the quantum theory. Temperature dependence of the magnetic properties is analyzed for H applied parallel to the [ 100] and [ 111 ] crystallographic directions. The magnetization decreases with increasing temperature,showing good agreement with thermal effect. A strong anisotropy of the magnetization is found under high magnetic field, but when the magnetic field is small, M and H are proportional. 相似文献
