静电旋风除尘器是在旋风除尘器内加入电极以引入高压静电场,实现离心除尘机理和静电除尘机理相结合的多机理除尘设备。静电除尘机理如何与离心除尘机理有机地结合从而发挥各自的优势,是静电旋风除尘器值得研究的主要问题,也是国内外学者研究的重点之一。静电旋风除尘器内的电极布置和单纯的管式静电除尘器和板式静电除尘器的电极布置差别很大。电极的形式和布置方式不仅关系到静电旋风除尘器能否很好地发挥电场力和离心力的综合作用,而且对电极的安装、电源的要求也是非常重要的。通过大量的实验,研究了静电旋风除尘器的电极形式和布置方式对除尘器性能的影响。 相似文献

锅炉燃烧调整对NOx排放和锅炉效率影响的试验研究 总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7
在2台典型的1025 t/h锅炉上进行了燃烧调整降低NOx排放浓度的试验研究,通过改变过量空气系数、辅助风配风方式、运行负荷和制粉系统运行方式等,测定了锅炉尾部烟道NOx排放浓度,分析了锅炉运行工况、运行方式对NOx排放的影响.结果表明:降低过量空气系数,烟煤锅炉NOx减排效果比贫煤锅炉好得多;降低负荷,烟煤锅炉的NOx排放量降低值较大;缩腰式配风的NOx排放浓度比均匀配风方式约降低10%,制粉系统的运行方式影响炉内燃料的燃烧状态和温度分布,也影响NOx的生成和排放.在不降低锅炉效率的前提下,调整燃烧工况,可降低锅炉排放NOx浓度1O%~20%. 相似文献

The effect of primary air fraction f1, outer secondary air swirl strength and excess oxygen coefficient on the combustion characteristics of petroleum coke, Hejin lean coal and Shenmu soft coal are researched on a one-dimensional furnace using a dual channel swirl burner. The results show that with the increase in primary air fraction f1, the NOx emission concentrations of both Hejin lean coal and petroleum coke increase, and the combustion worsens in the earlier stage, but the burn-out rate of Shenmu soft coal is improved. The NOx emission concentration obtains a minimum value with an increase in f1. The ignition and burn-out rate of petroleum coke and Shenmu soft coal are optimal when Ωdl is minimum and Ωdl=0.87, respectively. However, both the NOx emission concentration of petroleum coke and Shenmu soft coal are minimum when Ωdl=1.08. The increase in excess oxygen coefficient delays the ignition of petroleum coke, worsens the combustion condition and increases the NOx emission concentration, but it greatly decreases the NOx emission concentration of Shenmu soft coal. 相似文献

In this work, experimental study on co-gasification of petroleum coke with coal and coal liquefaction residue (CLR) under CO2 atmosphere was investigated in a temperature-programmed reactor. The effect of ashes from coal/CLR and metallic oxide on gasification reactivity of petroleum coke was also investigated. The calculated and experimental gasification conversion was compared to analysis the synergetic effect during co-gasification. The results indicated that the petroleum coke has a much lower reactivity than that of coal/CLR chars, while it can be greatly improved by co-gasifying with coal/CLR. The synergetic effect on co-gasification of petroleum coke with coal/CLR was presented as the progress of co-gasification reaction. It was found that the synergetic effect can be enhanced with increasing coal proportion. However, as the increase of coal rank, the synergetic effect gradually weakened during the co-gasification process. In the selected coal/CLR samples, the low rank coal and CLR exhibited a better effect when co-gasifying with petroleum coke. The difference of synergetic effect was probably attributed to the catalytic effect of mineral matters in different coal/CLR. According to composition analyses of various ashes and the co-gasification reactivity of samples, it can be concluded that high content of active components such as Ca- and Fe-in coal/CLR was beneficial to co-gasifying with petroleum coke, while high content of inert Si- and Al- components in coal tended to resist the reaction. 相似文献

在额定蒸发量为410t/h的循环流化床锅炉上进行以烟煤、石油焦混合物为燃料的锅炉热力性能试验,根据ASME锅炉性能规程计算了锅炉热效率,并对温度、汽水流量、气态污染物排放、灰渣含碳量等多个参数进行了测试,整理得到了一些规律性的结果。结果表明,锅炉以烟煤、石油焦为燃料,添加石灰石脱硫,采用尾部飞灰再循环,额定负荷下锅炉热效率可达92.8%;炉内密相区温度分布均匀;床温、分离器入口温度、排烟温度和排渣温度等各温度稳定;主蒸汽流量、给水流量、减温水流量等汽水流量波动小;气态污染物均可控制在较低水平。这对我国循环流化床锅炉燃用煤焦混合物的设计和运行工作有一定借鉴意义。 相似文献

This paper examines the technical and economic feasibility of producing hydrogen at a refinery from coal and petroleum coke via gasification-shift-purification steps. A number of potential gasifiers were analyzed for their applicability to gasify a high sulfur bituminous coal and a high sulfur delayed coke. A pressurized entrained bed process was selected from the analysis for production of 50 MM SCFD hydrogen. A conceptual design was performed to develop overall materials and energy balances and major equipment lists for use in the conceptual cost estimates. Gilbert/Commonwealth's proprietary project analysis model was used to calculate the product costs. Sensitivity of the product costs with the coke and coal costs was also analyzed and compared with those from natural gas reforming. It was found that coke is highly competitive with natural gas for the production of hydrogen. 相似文献
