为避免硫酸烧渣对环境的污染,以硫酸烧渣为原料,通过添加活性还原剂,用废硫酸直接还原浸出铁并制铁黄,而后用以P204为主体的三元萃取剂萃取回收浸液中的铜,用全泥氰化和锌粉置换工艺从浸渣中提取金银,较经济有效地回收利用了烧渣中的有价金属,铁、铜和金的回收率分别达到了93.31%、80.78%和90.18%.  相似文献

采用选择性脱铜—氰化提取金银的湿法处理工艺综合回收含金银硫酸烧渣中的有价金属。重点介绍该工艺中选择性脱铜试验研究。确定的最佳选择性脱铜条件为:加酸量60 kg/t烧渣,磨矿粒度-0.045 mm占80%,浸出温度80℃,浸出时间2 h,矿浆浓度40%;在该条件下,铜、锌浸出率分别为84.36%和62.28%,铁浸出率仅为2.79%,金、银等不被浸出,取得了较好的选择性脱铜效果;脱铜渣氰化金、银浸出率分别为85.61%和69.91%,得到的铁精矿含铁64.16%,其它杂质金属含量较低,实现了烧渣中有价金属的综合利用。本研究有效解决了传统硫酸烧渣氰化提取金、银存在的浸出率低,得到的铁精矿杂质金属含量高等问题。  相似文献

黄铁矿制酸烧渣含金、银、铜、铅和锌等有价金属,通过焙烧深度脱硫,焙砂细磨,氯化浸出,回收其中的金、银、铜、铅和锌.确定最佳焙烧时间和温度,浸出时间、温度、液固比、氯离子浓度、磨矿粒度等,并进行浸出渣再浸,以及浸出液多方案回收金银等的研究.结果表明,氯化浸出金属回收率高,废水经处理后能达标排放.  相似文献

对某含砷锑难选金精矿进行了预先碱浸-焙烧-氰化试验研究,着重探讨了硫化钠浓度、浸出温度、浸出时间、焙烧温度对试验结果的影响。试验结果表明:在硫化钠浓度为90 g/L、氢氧化钠浓度为20 g/L、液固比为1∶1的条件下常温浸出30 min,锑的浸出率为96.55%;碱浸渣在750 ℃焙烧1.5 h、焙烧渣在液固比为1.5∶1、pH值为10~11、氰化钠浓度为8 kg/t的条件下氰化浸出48 h,获得了金浸出率为84.82%的试验指标。  相似文献

广东某含硫铁低品位铜矿石主要有用元素铜、硫、铁品位分别为0.51%、27.68%、34.07%。铜赋存状态复杂,以次生硫化铜形式存在的铜占总铜的54.91%,水溶性铜占总铜的26.39%,采用常规浮选方法选别铜回收率低。为探索该矿石中铜、硫、铁的高效分选工艺,对其进行了选冶工艺研究。结果表明:原矿磨细至-0.074 mm占72%时,采用pH=3的硫酸溶液为浸出剂,在液固比为4 mL/g、搅拌转速为1 400 r/min、浸出时间为24 h条件下浸铜,可以获得铜浸出率为93.33%的指标;铜浸渣经自来水搅拌洗涤至pH=6以后,以丁黄药为捕收剂、2号油为起泡剂,经1粗1扫硫浮选,可获得硫品位为48.44%、对铜浸渣回收率为95.57%的高品质硫精矿;浮硫尾矿在磁介质为Φ2 mm棒介质、脉动冲程为16 mm、冲次为280次/min、背景磁感应强度为0.6 T条件下,经1次高梯度强磁选选铁,可获得铁品位为51.42%、对铜浸渣回收率为17.02%的铁精矿。以上试验结果说明,采用铜浸出-硫浮选-铁磁选的工艺流程可以实现矿石中铜硫铁的有效分离。  相似文献

以含铁氰化渣为原料进行了酸浸试验, 考察了浸出酸用量系数、浸出温度和浸出时间对铁浸出率的影响。热力学分析结果表明, 氰化渣中的铁氧化物在高温、浓酸条件下以可溶性铁离子形式进入浸出液。试验结果表明: 在硫酸浓度45%、硫酸用量系数(硫酸理论用量的倍数)1.5、盐酸用量0.1 mL/g、体系沸点温度下、液固比3∶1、浸出时间4 h的最佳条件下, 铁浸出率为96.53%; 然后采用胶体分散法制备聚合硫酸铁回收浸出液中的铁。浸出渣氰化浸出试验结果表明, 金浸出率达到98.82%, 为实现氰化渣的综合利用提供了一种新的处理工艺。  相似文献

以某铜烟尘为处理对象,采用常压酸浸回收铜锌、氧压酸浸回收铟的两段酸浸法浸出其中的铜、锌、铟。常压酸浸法浸出铜烟尘中锌和铜的最佳条件为:浸出温度95℃,硫酸浓度180 g/L,搅拌速率350 r/min,液固比4∶1,浸出时间120 min,此时铜、锌、铟浸出率分别为84.25%、95.35%和9.98%。采用氧压酸浸法浸出铜烟尘中的铟,最佳条件为:浸出温度220℃,搅拌速率650 r/min,釜内氧分压0.60 MPa,液固比4∶1,硫酸浓度180 g/L,浸出时间150 min,此时铜、锌、铟浸出率分别为93.12%、97.89%和99.50%。  相似文献

为了综合回收钨冶炼除钼渣中的钼、硫、铜,提出碱浸除钼渣分离铜和钼,氧化浸出液中S2-以分离硫和钼的思路,并对比了常压碱浸和高压氧碱浸两种工艺,详细考察碱浸过程氢氧化钠用量、温度、反应时间,液固比等工艺条件对钼浸出率、S2-残留率的影响规律。试验结果表明,常压碱浸在温度85℃、氢氧化钠用量为理论量1.1倍、反应180 min、液固体积质量比3 GA6FA 1时,钼浸出率为99.48%,铜浸出率低于0.1%,S2-残留率高于98%,选用硫酸与氯酸钠氧化碱浸滤液可实现S2-残留率低于0.2%。高压氧碱浸在温度85℃、氢氧化钠用量为理论量1.1倍、反应180 min、液固体积质量比3 GA6FA 1时,钼浸出率99.82%,铜浸出率低于0.5%,S2-残留率低至0.35%;两种工艺均可实现钼与铜、硫的深度分离,为除钼渣的综合利用提供切实可行的方案。  相似文献

针对某硫铁矿烧渣进行了硫脲法搅拌浸金、银研究,考察了磨矿细度、硫脲浓度、pH值、液固比、搅拌时间、矿浆温度、浸出剂种类对金、银浸出率的影响。结果表明,适宜的搅拌浸出条件为: 磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占89%、硫脲浓度15 g/L、pH=2.5、液固比3、搅拌时间7.5 h、矿浆温度50 ℃,此条件下金、银浸出率分别达到84.8%、72.1%。  相似文献

针对山东某TFe含量为52.30%、Au品位为1.28 g/t的硫铁矿烧渣, 采用非氰浸金-浸渣磁选回收铁的工艺回收烧渣中金和铁。试验结果表明, 当碳酸钠用量为15 kg/t、KBF-1用量为4.0 kg/t、搅拌浸出槽转子转速为1794 r/min、搅拌浸出时间为40 h时, 硫铁矿烧渣中金浸出率较高, 为64.19%。以浸金渣为原料磁选回收铁, 当磁场强度为318.47 kA/m时, 铁精矿中铁品位为64.83%、产率为78.40%、回收率为88.32%。研究结果表明, 非氰浸金-浸渣磁选回收铁工艺对山东某硫铁矿烧渣中金和铁回收是可行的。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
