数字LQG自动调节器和跟踪器提供了包含数据采样、分段常数控制及积分准则的实数字控制(realdigitalcontrolproblems)的求解方法。已有的各种文献对数字LQ,自动调节器数值计算的讨论只限于非时变系统和有关准则(指标)矩阵等范畴。非线性随机系统对状态轨迹的控制往往是通过基于轨进线性化动力学理论的LQG自动调节器来完成的,该调节器构成一个时变系统。本文给出了时变系统及时变指标矩阵的数字LQG自动调节器及跟踪器的一种计算方法,最后给出了一个计算实例。 相似文献

本文对由存在有界扰动和非线性关联的子系统组成的线性时变离散大系统提出了一种多项式逼近的分散自校正控制算法。也可用神经网络去实现自校正控制,采用神经网络作为预报和控制器,网络学习算法用Widrow-Hoff规则。证明了这种分散自校正控制系统的稳定性,仿真结果表明系统是稳定的,可以很好地跟踪期望输出。 相似文献

The idea of constructing a data-driven stochastic system model through subspace identification for the purpose of inferential control is investigated. Various available methods for designing an inferential controller are discussed and their limitations are brought out, particularly in applications involving multi-variable processes. Practical issues that arise in identifying a system model geared toward inferential control using a subspace method are discussed. They include: handling of nonstationary disturbances, handling of multi-rate measurements/missing data, and secondary measurement selection. With the identified stochastic system model, a multi-rate Kalman filter can be designed and coupled with a model predictive controller. The method is applied to a continuous pulp digester, which is a complex distributed parameter system involving heterogeneous reactions. The application study indicates much potential for the data-based approach. 相似文献

A procedure for designing distillation control systems with spe cified nominal properties is presented. The desired behaviour of the control system for both setpoint changes and disturbances in the feed flow rate and the feed composition can be specified. Both types of specifications can be handled because the disturbances can be inferred from the behaviour of the inventory control system. The control system is realized as a combined internal model and inferential control (CIMIC) system. A disturbance rejecting and decoupling (DRD) control structure is obtained as a special case. The performance of the control system is demonstrated experimentally on a pilot-scale distillation column. For comparison, experiments with pure internal model control (IMC) are also illustrated. A preliminary model of the distillation column was determined from step tests carried out in open-loop operation, but the final model used in the control system designs was obtained via a control-relevant closed-loop identification. 相似文献

The melt index (MI) is an important quality variable of control in polyolefin processes. However, it is difficult to measure this variable at frequent and regular sample intervals. A practical on-line inferential scheme is proposed in this paper for predicting the MI using secondary on-line measurements. This on-line MI inferential estimation scheme is combined with a quality control system that utilizes a two-degree of freedom cascaded model predictive controller. For a dual-rate control system where the output sampling interval is an integer multiple of the control interval, we propose a model-based inferential control scheme which uses a fast-rate model to estimate the intersample outputs and then supply them to a controller at the fast rate. Comparing such an inferential controller with the corresponding fast single-rate controller, we conclude that the former is no better in disturbance rejection capability; however, in the presence of model-plant mismatch, the former is advantageous in stability robustness of the closed-loop system. 相似文献

The debutanizer column control is a major economic incentive to a refinery due to the importance of the product quality. The nonlinear model-based multivariable control on a debutanizer has shown to provide improved control performance of the top product and the bottom stream qualities using a steady-state process model with approximate dynamics. The control performance is much better than that achieved by the traditional PID-type control system. This paper outlines the non-linear control method applied to an industrial debutanizer and discusses the use of inferential models to predict the iso-pentane contents in the overhead stream and the Reid vapour pressure (RVP) in the bottom stream, in nonlinear control applications. 相似文献

针对化工精馏过程产品成分无法在线检测及其用温度间接控制产品成分的常规控制策略存在着控制精度低的问题,提出基于软测量的精馏过程成分非线性串级推断控制策略。该控制策略首先提出核岭回归的实时软测量方法,即利用满足Mercer条件的核函数改进线性岭回归算法,实现精馏过程产品成分的在线检测;然后在此基础上,提出一种新的非线性串级推断控制策略,即副环采用常规的温度间接控制,主环采用基于核岭回归软测量的推断控制策略。通过Mejedell等建立的精馏塔动态模型分别对单端和双端成分非线性串级推断控制策略性能进行分析,仿真结果表明,与传统控制方案比较,新控制策略的控制质量有了较大提高,控制结构简单,易于实施。 相似文献
