针对竞争环境下的订单接受决策问题,提出一种订单赢取决策方法.该方法考虑了订单竞价和交货期两个影响因素,建立了订单竞价和交货期的决策过程模型.基于订单竞价构成以及成本估算的准确性,通过平衡优化订单竞价和获取概率,以利润最大化为目标,建立了订单竞价决策算法;为避免订单的延迟损失,使交货期决策更为准确,提出一种基于已有负荷和可能负荷的订单交货期设置方法及算法.通过算例给出了详细的求解过程,说明了该算法的有效性.  相似文献

为解决三级供应网络中供应商和制造商的加工任务顺序优化和合理性问题,建立了交货期窗口约束下供应商与制造商协同决策的批量调度模型.以最小化供应链的物流和交付总成本为目标,综合考虑了供应商与制造商的库存成本、运输成本和未按期交付的惩罚成本.提出了采用两级遗传算法和两级编码的模型求解算法.通过一个仿真算例,验证了调度模型和求解策略的可行性.  相似文献

为了获得尽量满足交货期的调度方案,针对工艺规划与调度集成问题在交货期方面考虑的不足,将准时化调度集成到工艺规划与调度集成问题中。以总成本为优化目标,将总成本划分为加工成本、提前/拖期成本及机器闲置成本,对该问题进行建模。针对这种带有非正规性能指标的集成问题,提出一种三阶段式解码的遗传算法对该问题进行求解。通过一个实例验证了所建模型的正确性和算法的有效性。  相似文献

为解决单件小批订货生产方式下交货期满足问题,研究CAPP/PPS集成并行模式下加工过程决策的调度方法,提出把交货期和资源负荷作为工艺设计过程的约束,基于动态分析并行协同设计模式,在一定交货期和动态的资源负荷约束下,基于约束传播和智能回溯算法的约束推理,对构成零件每个加工表面的加工方案一次调度成功,在此基础上,通过作业计划优化调度仿真,实现工艺设计与作业计划并行协同设计,达到快速准时生产的目的。  相似文献

综合考虑了工件的加工时间、到达率和交货期等随机因素,仿真分析了不同故障率下调度规则和路径选择规则组合的性能,并给出了每种性能评价指标下最优的规则组合。另外,在动态生产环境中,为了支持快速仿真分析,提出了基于建模模板的仿真建模方法。该方法以建模元素和仿真控制逻辑分离的原则为指导,采用面向对象仿真建模技术,构建面向生产线的过程控制模型,实现控制模型的模块化,提高了模型的可重用性和可扩展性。  相似文献

针对动态Job Shop仿真调度研究中的交货期设置问题,研究了TWK规则中交货期宽裕度系数的合理取值方法。以EDD、MDD和ODD作为基准调度规则,拖期工件百分比作为交货期松紧程度评判指标,并提出了以区间方式表示的定量评判标准。通过仿真调度试验,得到了不同车间利用率和不同交货期松紧程度下合适的交货期宽裕度系数取值。  相似文献

钢铁企业生产管理和成本管理面向的管理领域不同,在研究了生产系统物料跟踪过程模型和物料管理信息模型的基础上,建立了成本管理系统的数据转换模型,将生产对象转换为成本对象,对生产对象的状态、加工时间、重量等属性根据成本管理要求进行相关转换,从而保证成本数据与生产数据的一致性,为成本核算与成本分析等提供基础数据.企业应用表明该模型能够实现钢铁企业根据实际生产数据进行成本核算,保证了成本管理系统数据来源的准确性.  相似文献

This paper considers the control wafers safety inventory problem (CWSIP) in the wafer fabrication photolithography area. The objective is to minimize the total cost of control wafers, where the cost includes new wafers cost, re-entrant cost and holding cost while maintaining the same level of production throughput. For the problem under pulling control production environment, a nonlinear programming model is presented to set safety inventory levels so as to minimize total cost of control wafers. A numerical example is given to illustrate the practicality of the model. The results demonstrate that the proposed model is an effective tool for determining the service level of safety inventory of control wafers for each grade.  相似文献

提出了基于神经网络的产品装配成本的估算方法 ,运用该方法对某铁路货车产品重要部件的装配成本进行了估算 ,并且与线性回归分析法进行了比较 ,结果表明基于神经网络的估算方法大大优于线性回归分析法。该方法为设计人员提供了成本方面的决策依据 ,达到了产品最终成本的有效控制 ,在产品装配成本的估算中是正确和有效的。  相似文献

A fuzzy set based cost model for additive manufacturing is proposed. The model is illustrated through an example of selective laser sintering (SLS), a commonly used additive manufacturing (AM) process. Initially, a deterministic cost model is developed. It is then converted to a fuzzy set based model by considering uncertainty in build time estimation and cost components. For the specific case of SLS, a build time estimation procedure is developed as a part of the cost model. A method to evaluate the reliability of the cost estimate in AM and its significance is also introduced. The cost model is illustrated through two examples of products manufactured by SLS.

如何估算面向订单设计产品的制造成本,是企业向客户提供和合理报价的前提.为此,提出了基于成本模型的成本估算方法,将客户需求与零件材料、制造工艺间的逻辑关系表示为成本模型,然后根据客户需求参数在成本模型的控制下进行新零件的成本估算.提出了基于特征-零件-部件层次上的成本估算方法.实践证明,该方法可以迅速地获得较为准确的零件制造成本.  相似文献

In a global dynamic environment, there is a need to develop organizations and facilities significantly more flexible and responsive. This work proposes an integrated model of dynamic cellular manufacturing and supply chain design with consideration of various issues such as multi-plant locations, multiple markets, multi-time periods, reconfiguration, etc. The model objective was to minimize the sum of various costs such as facility/plant to market transportation cost, part holding cost at a facility/plant, part outsourcing cost, machine procurement cost, machine maintenance overhead cost, machine repair cost, production loss cost due to machine breakdown, machine operation cost, setup cost, tool consumption cost, inter-cell travel cost, intra-cell travel cost, and system reconfiguration cost for the entire planning time horizon. To study the model, three procedures—LINGO, artificial immune system, and hybrid artificial immune system—are used to perform computational experiment on some problems from existing literature. The best result generally is found by the hybrid artificial immune system algorithm.  相似文献

There is a complex, dynamic and highly competitive market for the textile and clothing industries in developed countries. To respond quickly to changes in the market and to insure that the response will be able to satisfy customer fashion requirements, postponement strategy is one of the most important methods. This paper constructs original and postponed garment dyeing cost models and uses practical parameter data to simulate various situations, and then analyzes the differences and relations between the two cost models. The results show that the cost of the postponement model is lower than the cost of the original model when key parameters such as total demand quantity, number of colors, inventory holding cost rate, demand standard deviation, lead-time, and safety stock factor are large. The cost evaluation model provides a strategy and the basis for feasible judgment in evaluating dyeing postponement for the textile and clothing industries in garment supply chain management.  相似文献

This paper introduces a mathematical model of tolerance chart balancing for machining process planning under complete inspection. The criteria considered in this study are based on the combined effects of manufacturing cost and quality loss, under constraints such as process capability limits, product design specifications, and product quality requirements. Manufacturing costs include the machining cost, part cost, inspection cost, reworking cost, and replacement cost. The machining cost is expressed in geometrical decreasing functions, which represent tolerances to be assigned. Process variability is expressed in quadratic loss functions, which represent the deviation between the part measurement and the target value. An example is presented to demonstrate the proposed model. A comparison made with previous methods shows that the proposed model minimizes the total cost of manufacturing activities and quality-related issues in machining process planning, particularly in the early stages. Moreover, the applications are not be limited to machining process planning but can also be used in other forms of production planning.  相似文献
