转变师生关系扮好"四导"角色

<小学语文课程标准>已经对语文教学和语文课程改革产生了积极而深远的影响.凸显学生主体地位,要求教师更新教育理念,转变师生关系,实现角色的转换,做一个民主型现代教师.要求教师成为引领学生人格成长的"导师",成为学生学习活动中的"导游",成为学生综合实践活动中的"导演",成为学生健康成长中的"导航".

"热点新闻"融入英语课文话题的研究与实践

新世纪,随着教育观念的不断更新,课堂教学的改革正日益深入,并全面推进以创新教育为核心的素质教育,改变以传授知识为主要目标的传统教育模式.本文结合自己的教学实践与体会,尝试在英语课文话题设计中运用"热点新闻",使语言教学和现实生活结合起来,同时阐述其必要性与意义,运用"热点新闻",既优化课堂教学,更好地落实知识点,又寓育于教中,培养学生优良的品德修养以及正确的世界观与人生观.     

整合课,学科教师必须跨越的"三道槛"

新出台的<国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)>指出,要强化信息技术应用,提高教师信息技术应用水平,更新教学观念,改进教学方法,提高教学效果.而学科整合是推进信息技术普及与应用的很重要的形式.可是,教学实践中学科教师对整合课是既爱又怕,整合课在推进过程中也是叫好不叫座.上好整合课很难,难就难在观念的更新、技术的娴熟、科学的设计这"三道槛"上,文章力求通过分析、研究,为学科教师扫除上好整合课中的障碍,让大家欣赏到传统教学之外的那道绚丽的风景.     

"改革"春风下的感悟

"改革"春风吹满地,近年来,一股"新课改"的热风遍布了小学教育的每个角落,校校搞改革,人人谈课改,变换备课模式,改进教学方法.鼓励大胆创新,推进素质教育.教育的改革在教师,而教师又是课堂教学活动中的策划者和指导者,因此,在教学中,我们要充分利用学生的好奇心,引导他们去发现问题、解决问题.课改给我们的课堂带来了巨大的变化,是它让我们和学生一起学习,一起玩耍,一起享受探索中的快乐和成功的喜悦.     

用"心"滋润思想品德课

在新课改过程中,如何把新课程思想真真切切地体现在教育教学当中去.经过长期探索,笔者深切地体会到,除了教师的知识素养、教学经验及方法等因素外,还需要用"心"去滋润,才能建树教学业绩.这些"心",综合起来包括爱心、关心、耐心、恒心、良心、责任心等,教师只要有了以上素养,并且把它付诸于课堂,对学生的思想品德教育自然会取得良好的效果.     

创设教学"支点"提升小学生音乐素养

"支点教学"在小学音乐教学中有很重要的作用.不同阶段的学生,其音乐学习的"支点"是不一样的,教师如果能有效地发现学生的"支点",并有意识地在教学中创设"支点",将有效地提高学生的学习积极性,使原本晦涩难懂的音乐理论变得通俗易懂,使原本复杂的音乐技能变得轻松易学.     

"文化自觉"与教师专业发展

"文化自觉"的命题,是我国著名社会学家费孝通先生最早提出的.教师的"文化自觉"是指教师的"职业认同"和"自主发展"意识.从教师专业化发展的角度看,"文化自觉"主要体现在五个方面,即道德自觉、理论自觉、专业自觉、实践自觉和思维自觉.这"五个自觉",是教师专业发展的内在需求,也是教师实现专业化发展的行动基础.     

以"科学发展观"促进档案管理

"科学发展观"这一理论提出之后,各个行业和部门都将其确定为指导自身工作的理论基础.一般认为,"科学发展观"的具体内容包括以下四个方面:第一,以人为本的发展观;第二,全面发展观;第三,协调发展观;第四,可持续发展观.这些内容对于档案管理工作同样具有指导意义.在对档案管理进行日常安排和改进时,我们也有必要以"科学发展观"为理论指导,大力推进新形势下的档案管理工作.

转炉炉壳热应力分析

根据实际转炉建立实体模型。以有限元为手段,考虑了炉衬和炉壳材料的物性参数随温度变化的特点和炉衬与炉壳之间膨胀间隙,计算了转炉炉壳在温度载荷和炉衬膨胀压力同时作用下的热应力。所得结果可为转炉炉壳设计提供依据。     

焦炭热性能指标意义浅析

通过对焦炭在高炉内的历程及其变化规律的剖析,阐述焦炭热性能指标的意义,形象地把焦炭在高炉内的损耗分为三部分(M1,M2,M3)。指出M2对焦比及焦炭价格有一定的指导作用。     

Results of treatment of cancer of the cardia

Cancer of the cardia is traditionally discussed with cardiac cancer of the lower portion of the esophagus and upper gastric cancer invading the esophagus, and the specific characteristics of cancer of the cardia have never been clearly defined. We reviewed the outcome of 172 patients with adenocarcinoma of the cardia who had undergone radical surgery between 1949 and 1994 in the Division of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the Cancer Institute Hospital. The centers of the tumors were located within 2 cm above and below the boundary between the esophagus and the stomach, and their longitudinal diameter was less than 8 cm. We divided the patients into an early period (1949-1979; n = 79) and a late period (1980-1994; n = 93), and focused on the historical transition. There were no differences in patient gender or histology between the two periods. However, the late period was associated with fewer cases of esophageal invasion and shorter longitudinal diameter, as the age of the population advanced. The number of advanced cancers such as the localized and infiltrative type had decreased, and early cancer and early clinical stage had become more common, but despite the fact that the number of early cancers had increased, extended dissection, such as thoracic and paraaortic lymph node dissection, was performed more frequently. By clinical stage, the long-term outcome markedly improved in Stage I patient in the late period, and tended to improve in Stage II and III patients. This appears to have been attributable to the prevention of micrometastasis by extended dissection, although the number of early cancers is another major potential cause. There were no differences in the outcome of Stage IV patients between the two periods, and further advances in multimodality therapy must be awaited. The range of resection is basically proximal gastrectomy, and if there are adequate indications, the prognosis is favorable. In view of the status of lymphatic flow and lymph node metastasis, and long-term results, lateroaortic lymph node dissection is important. Since the number of early cancer patients has been increasing, if intraabdominal recurrence is prevented, intrathoracic lymph node dissection will contribute greatly to the outcome of such patients.     

The effect of amount of possession of the trait of hostility on accuracy of perception of hostility in others.

Some theories of personality hold that an individual's perception of others is influenced by his own personality characteristics; more specifically, that a trait of low social value will be projected more into others, and that insight into the possession of these characteristics reduces this distortion. These 2 hypotheses were tested by having a group of college students rate each other (including themselves) on degree of friendliness or hostility. Agreement with group rating about self yielded the insight score. In general, the hypotheses were supported; the "friendly" Ss were most accurate in their perception of others, and insight was positively associated with accurate perception. Effect of antibiotics of chemotaxis of human leukocytes

The effect of 20 different antibiotics on chemotaxis by human neutrophils was studied. Human leukocytes incubated with chloramphenicol, rifampin, sodium fusidate, and tetracyclines in vitro showed markedly depressed migration. The mechanisms by which these antibiotics affect leukotaxis are discussed.     

Quality of life of relatives of mental patients

Usage of quality of life of psychiatric patients' relatives as the parameter of estimation of the quality of psychiatric care is considered. By means of standard questionnaire elaborated by the authors as well as by means of both individual and group conversations the quality of life was analyzed in 40 relatives which lived together with psychiatric patients. Different spheres of their life and difficulties (financial, social-psychologic, production) were examined in families with such patients. The defects of psychiatric care that had direct influence on the quality of life of the psychiatric patients' relatives are outlined.
