采用大连通用化工有限公司研制的三元Raney Ni合金催化剂进行木糖加氢,考察了温度、压力、pH值、剂糖比和反应时间等因素对加氢反应的影响,并与其它Raney Ni类催化剂进行了对比.结果表明,使用大连三元Raney Ni催化剂RTH-311进行木糖加氢,当反应温度为130~140℃、压力为8~10MPa、pH值为6~7、剂糖质量比为2%、反应时间为90~120min时,转化率可达100%,产品色度好.RTH-311催化剂的木糖加氢活性好于其它类催化剂,重复使用时,也可保持较高活性. 相似文献

采用石油化工科学院研制的非晶态合金催化剂进行葡萄糖加氢,考察了温度、压力、pH 值、剂糖比和反应时间等因素对加氢反应的影响,并与其它Raney Ni 类催化剂进行了对比。结果表明,使用SRNA-3 非晶态合金催化剂进行葡萄糖加氢,当反应温度为130 ~140℃、压力为5 ~9MPa、pH值为8.35、剂糖质量比为1% 、反应时间为70~120min 时,转化率可达100% ,产品色度好。SRNA-3 催化剂的葡萄糖加氢活性好于Raney Ni 催化剂,重复使用时,也可保持较高活性。 相似文献

采用SRNA-4非晶态合金催化剂对双环戊二烯(DCPD)进行了加氢反应考察,研究了搅拌速度、温度、压力和催化剂浓度各条件对双环戊二烯加氢反应的影响.结果表明DCPD加氢反应为连串反应,中间产物主要为9,10-二氢双环戊二烯(9,10-DHDCPD)和少量1,2-二氢双环戊二烯(1,2-DHDCPD);DCPD易于加氢生成中间产物9,10-DHDCPD,其继续加氢为四氢双环戊二烯(endo-THDCPD)需要较为剧烈的条件.DCPD加氢过程选用两段法,第一段为温度110℃,第二段为130℃,压力均为1.5MPa,催化剂浓度1.18%.非晶态合金(催化剂)对DCPD的加氢反应活性明显高于Raney Ni,可进行1、2位加氢反应生成1,2-DHDCPD,并且催化剂用量少,反应温度和反应压力低,反应时间短,生成副产物少. 相似文献

油脂加氢催化剂是以金属镍为活性组分、氧化铝为载体制备的Ni/Al2O3催化剂。在制备催化剂过程中,其合成条件直接影响着催化剂的最终活性。以工业硝酸镍、碳酸钠和自制氧化铝粉为原料,利用共沉淀的方法制备加氢催化剂,考察了反应温度、反应时间、反应液pH及反应过程中搅拌转速对催化剂活性的影响。通过实验数据汇总分析,最终确定制备Ni/Al2O3油脂加氢催化剂的最佳条件:反应温度为85 ℃、反应结束时溶液pH=8.0、反应时间为1.5 h、搅拌转速为600 r/min。在此条件下制备的Ni/Al2O3催化剂,经棕榈油加氢评价后测定的碘值最低。 相似文献

乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)是十分重要的化工中间体,其下游产品较多。江苏某化工厂开发生产乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)下游产品三十多个,年生产规模三万多吨,是国内以乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)为中间体生产精细化学品的综合骨干企业。针对乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)下游产品废水特点,该厂结合企业实际,开展了产品优化,结构调整,清洁生产,资源循环利用,节水降耗等工作,从源头削减了污染物的生产。同时投资二千多万元新建预处理装置三套,6000m3/d废水生化处理装置一套,使全厂乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)下游产品的废水得到了有效的治理。 相似文献

A thermochemical rather simple experimental technique is applied to determine the enthalpy of formation of Diperoxide of ciclohexanone. The study is complemented with suitable theoretical calculations at the semiempirical and ab initio levels. A particular satisfactory agreement between both ways is found for the ab initio calculation at the 6–311G basis This set level. A perturbation viscometer is a differential capillary viscometer that measures the logarithmic viscosity gradient of the viscosity-composition curve for gas mixtures. Measurements are made at different gas mixture compositions. Integration of the logarithmic viscosity gradients measured over the full composition range gives the mixture viscosity relative to the viscosity of one of the pure components of the gas mixture. This method is attractive because, for measurements of equal precision, integration of the gradients is potentially an order of magnitude more precise than measurement of the viscosities directly. It can also work at high and low temperatures and perhaps high pressures.The perturbation viscometer has been used to make measurements on ideal gas mixtures at ambient and elevated temperatures. The situation is more complicated when the gas mixtures are non-ideal. Extra effects due to density differences, molar volume change on mixing and differential thermal expansion may be measured in addition to the desired viscosity change producing systematic errors in the results. Thus, a more sophisticated apparatus is required. The standard perturbation viscometer has been modified to separate out the extra effects to permit measurement of the true change in viscosity. In addition, the theoretical operation of the modified apparatus has been revised to account for the design changes to permit calculation of the viscosity-composition profiles from the results.The apparatus has been tested using helium-HFC-125 mixtures and two new viscosity-composition profiles are presented for these mixtures at 23 and . Internal consistency tests have been used to confirm that the data produced are of high quality with an estimated uncertainty in the viscosity ratio data at of 0.9% and at of 1.5%. 相似文献
