四足机器人动步态下实时足底力优化方法的设计与验证   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2

为实现四足机器人在动步态下的稳定行走及最优足底力分配,提出了融合全尺寸虚拟模型和动力学模型的四足机器人控制框架.在支撑相中,将躯干质心虚拟力与足底力分配问题转化成二次型优化问题,通过Gurobi库求最优值,实现实时的最优足底力分配.在摆动相中,融合动力学前馈和虚拟模型控制方法实现了平滑的轨迹追踪.通过Webots动力学仿真,将该方法与基本的位置阻抗控制方法在四足机器人平台上进行了对比分析,结果证明该方法能减小大约30%的足地交互冲击力,同时有效提高了机器人在运动中的稳定性.  相似文献

详细阐述了液压驱动的四足仿生机器人SCalf的结构组成、机载动力系统、液压驱动器和实时控制系统.利用基于姿态解耦的运动控制方法,实现了机器人的平稳、快速运动.开发了基于足底接触力的腿部柔顺控制方法,提高了机器人对复杂地形的适应能力.在实际运行实验中,验证了SCalf机器人在非平整路面、易打滑路面、上下坡及上楼梯状况下的运动能力,以及受到侧向冲击时的抗扰动能力和自主平衡能力,证明了SCalf四足机器人能够满足较为复杂地面环境下的行走需求.  相似文献

为提高四足机器人对角小跑运动的稳定性,实现机器人躯干6维运动方向控制的解耦,提出了一种基于虚拟模型的对角小跑步态控制方法.控制器主要包括支撑相虚拟模型控制和摆动相虚拟模型控制.在支撑相,建立了作用于躯干质心的虚拟力与对角支撑腿关节扭矩之间的数学关系,通过调整躯干虚拟力的大小控制躯干的高度与姿态,控制机器人前进速度和自转角速度.在摆动相,将机器人侧向速度控制引入到足端轨迹规划中,并通过虚拟的"弹簧-阻尼"元件驱动摆动足沿给定轨迹运动.此外,在控制器设计过程中,引入了状态机,用于监控机器人各腿的状态,并输出对角小跑步态相位切换指令.仿真实验结果表明,机器人能够以对角小跑步态在平地上进行全方位移动,跨越不平坦地形,并能够抵抗外部冲击,证明了文中控制方法的有效性和鲁棒性.  相似文献

为了实现四足机器人在无崎岖地形先验知识情况下的自主爬行,提出了一种四足机器人运动控制方法.该方法采用间歇爬行步态作为主步态,将爬行运动分解为若干任务分别进行控制:基于NESM(normalized energy stability margin)判据计算内外倾的稳定裕度并根据其比值进行质心位置调整;使用坐标映射的方式调整足端坐标进行地面坡度适应;通过调整各腿长度控制机器人的高度;利用姿态传感器信息进行姿态恢复.仿真和实验表明,机器人仅依赖内部传感器即实现了在崎岖地形稳定行走,验证了本文方法的有效性和可靠性.  相似文献

为实现四足机器人在凹凸地形上稳定运动并能选择最大步长的目的,提出了基于稳定裕度的步态规划方法;基于研究对象,建立四足机器人的运动学方程及逆运动学方程,将机器人足端的位置映射为各关节的关节变量;提出工作空间矩阵的概念,将所需克服的地形高度反映到工作空间矩阵中,并选择最优步态区域;依据四足机器人的立足点在质心坐标系下的空间坐标,以纵向稳定裕度为约束条件,在工作空间矩阵中计算机器人摆动腿的最大步长并规划机械腿的运动轨迹;针对所提出的方法,分别利用MATLAB和ADAMS进行仿真验证;在MATLAB环境中计算并验证质心的水平投影是否在立足点形成支撑多变形内,而ADAMS平台分析机器人在复杂地形上的位移变化及姿态变化。仿真结果表明机器人的质心始终在支撑多边形内,机器人的躯干姿态基本保持不变且运动速度匀速,所提出的方法能够保证机器人稳定行走,为四足机器人的稳定运动提出依据。  相似文献

为提高负载型四足步行平台对角步态行走的稳定性,减小较大的腿部质量及偏心质量对稳定行走的影响,提出融合重心动力学及虚拟模型的控制方法.应用虚拟模型控制方法对机身及摆动腿加速度进行求解.结合平台重心动力学模型得到其所受合外力,而后应用二次规划将平台合外力分配到支撑腿足端.接着运用逆向动力学和关节空间PD控制得到步行平台关节力矩.通过Adams和Simulink对负载型四足步行平台对角步态行走进行仿真,并将该方法与虚拟模型控制算法进行对比.结果表明重心动力学及虚拟模型控制方法能够使平台姿态角稳定在目标值附近,在平台受到侧向冲击情况下横滚角、俯仰角分别减小约42%、21.8%,在机身偏心全向行走过程中减小50%、89%.证明了所提控制方法能够有效应对较大的腿部质量及偏心质量的影响,提高负载型四足步行平台对角步态行走的稳定性和鲁棒性.  相似文献

针对具有2自由度主动脊柱关节的仿猎豹四足机器人,基于任务分解思想和生物神经系统机理,提出多模型融合的控制方法。该方法以弹簧负载倒立摆模型实现单腿跳跃控制,通过中枢模式发生器(CPG)实现4条腿之间以及脊柱―腿之间的协调控制,利用虚拟模型控制实现机器人与环境交互,采用基于CPG输出的有限状态机来融合3个控制模型,构建仿猎豹四足机器人的多模型分层运动控制器。参考猎豹脊柱运动特征,设计了机器人脊柱关节运动模式,给出脊柱与腿的协调控制策略。最后,在Webots仿真环境中搭建了仿猎豹四足机器人虚拟样机,实现了不同步态下的脊柱―腿的协调控制、在崎岖地形上稳定奔跑,以及平滑的对角―疾驰―对角步态转换,仿真结果验证了所提出的多模型融合的四足机器人运动控制方法的有效性。  相似文献

针对节律运动突变碰撞力大和柔顺性低的问题,改进基于Hopf振荡器的中枢模式发生器模型,提出一种节律柔顺行走控制方法。分析Hopf振荡器输出信号与关节运动之间的关系,整合膝关节变量,改变神经元之间的作用关系,实现对称步态和非对称步态行走;分析节律运动碰撞力突变对四足机器人行走产生的负面影响,提出基于碰撞力大小和四足机器人身体姿态的柔顺性评估方法;通过连续调整碰撞阶段大腿的摆动幅度,增大摆动周期,减小碰撞阶段的关节运动速度,形成机器人本体与地面之间的缓冲,实现节律柔顺行走。四足机器人慢走步态和对角小跑步态仿真实验验证了该控制方法的有效性。  相似文献

针对双足机器人动态步行生成关节运动轨迹复杂问题,提出了一种简单直观的实时步态生成方案。建立了平面五杆双足机器人动力学模型,通过模仿人类步行主要运动特征并根据双足机器人动态步行双腿姿态变化的要求,将动态步行复杂任务分解为顺序执行的四个过程,在关节空间相对坐标系下设计了躯干运动模式、摆动腿和支撑腿动作及步行速度调整模式,结合当前步行控制结果反馈实时产生稳定的关节运动轨迹。仿真实验验证了该方法的有效性,简单易实现。  相似文献

仿生六足机器人稳定性好、灵活度高在众多领域得到了使用。为实现对六足机器人的运动控制和性能分析,通过构建机器人D-H连杆坐标系结合机械结构参数,确定了运动学正解、逆解表达式;设计可修改参数的机器人行走参考步态,引入了控制机体保持水平的姿态控制和适应不平整地形的腿着陆控制。以MATLAB的Simulink作为仿真环境,构建机器人模型,完成运动仿真,并对测量到的运动数据和腿部关节输出力矩进行分析。其结果表明,机器人能够跟随所设计步态生成的轨迹连续稳定行走,使用基于模型设计的方法,验证了所提算法的正确性和可行性,最后得到了腿部各关节力矩分布,为后续六足机器人设计与运动控制提供参考。  相似文献

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

This paper provides the author's personal views and perspectives on software process improvement. Starting with his first work on technology assessment in IBM over 20 years ago, Watts Humphrey describes the process improvement work he has been directly involved in. This includes the development of the early process assessment methods, the original design of the CMM, and the introduction of the Personal Software Process (PSP)SM and Team Software Process (TSP){SM}. In addition to describing the original motivation for this work, the author also reviews many of the problems he and his associates encountered and why they solved them the way they did. He also comments on the outstanding issues and likely directions for future work. Finally, this work has built on the experiences and contributions of many people. Mr. Humphrey only describes work that he was personally involved in and he names many of the key contributors. However, so many people have been involved in this work that a full list of the important participants would be impractical.  相似文献

提出了一种基于复小波域统计建模与噪声方差估计显著性修正相结合的合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar,SAR)图像斑点噪声滤波方法。该方法首先通过对数变换将乘性噪声模型转化为加性噪声模型,然后对变换后的图像进行双树复小波变换(Dualtree Complex Wavelet Transform,DCWT),并对复数小波系数的统计分布进行建模。在此先验分布的基础上,通过运用贝叶斯估计方法从含噪系数中恢复原始系数,达到滤除噪声的目的。实验结果表明该方法在去除噪声的同时保留了图像的细节信息,取得了很好的降噪效果。  相似文献

Abstract  This paper considers some results of a study designed to investigate the kinds of mathematical activity undertaken by children (aged between 8 and 11) as they learned to program in LOGO. A model of learning modes is proposed, which attempts to describe the ways in which children used and acquired understanding of the programming/mathematical concepts involved. The remainder of the paper is concerned with discussing the validity and limitations of the model, and its implications for further research and curriculum development.  相似文献
