[据CeramicIndustry报道]一种便携式高温摄像机为各种窑炉的现杨高温修补提供了方便。这种高温摄像机操作容易,可以在有火焰的窑炉和其它高温装置中使用。该高温摄像机插入窑炉的高温部分,由长122cm的水冷式塔望镇构成,可以在1926℃的高温下使用,潜望镜的顶端有90°的透镜。使用时,通过窑炉已有的窥视孔或现钻的观察孔伸入窑炉内,即可观察到高温窑炉内部的详细情况,以便窑炉的现场修补。用于窑炉现场修补的高温摄像机@冯改山 相似文献

比较了直接添加LDPE、SBR改性沥青与LDPE/SBR熔融共混物改性沥青的高温贮存稳定性,并利用光学显微镜观察了各种改性沥青在高温下随时间的变化。结果表明:直接添加LDPE、SBR所得到的改性沥青,其高温贮存稳定性很差。而采用预先制备含有部分共聚物的LDPE/SBR共混物所得到的改性沥青能够在高温下稳定贮存。同时,相形态观察也表明,这种共混物改性沥青的高温相形态也不随时间变化,这一点与稳定性测试结果想吻合。 相似文献

膨胀型防火/防腐涂料体系及其与基材的高温界面结合特性,是影响其实际应用中防火性能的关键因素。利用附着力测试、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、高温影像仪和小型耐火试验炉对商用防火涂料在不同体系下的高温界面特性进行了系统研究。结果表明:水性膨胀型钢结构防火涂料JSP在特定体系下表现出了明显的高温界面不相容缺陷并导致耐火失效,其耐火极限下降约42%;水性膨胀型钢结构防火涂料SSP在各体系中表现了良好的高温界面相容性,不同体系耐火极限保持在50~60 min。结合高温影像分析,2种防火涂料在高温下的膨胀形式与膨胀后界面结合面积大小显著影响了其高温界面相容性。 相似文献

The main formation reaction for whisker that has been synthesized from SiO2 and carbon black (CB) in a hydrogen-gas atmosphere was a solid–gas reaction between SiO and CB. The synthesized whiskers were classified into three types, in terms of the morphology, growth direction, and stacking-fault planes: (i) type A, which has a relatively flat surface and the stacking-fault planes are perpendicular to the growth direction; (ii) type B, which has a rough surface and the stacking-fault planes are inclined at an angle of 35° to the growth direction; and (iii) type C, which has a rough sawtooth surface and the stacking faults exist concurrently in three different {111} planes. The observed angles in the deflected and branched whiskers were 125°, 70°, and 109°. These whiskers were composed of mixtures of type A and type B, type A only, or parallel growth by two pairs of type A and type B whiskers. The whisker deflection was closely related to the difference in the growth speed of each type of whisker. 相似文献

Along with the improvement in weathering resistance of architectural coatings, staining has become a focus of interest among people working on urban buildings. Basic studies of staining have been carried out by the Public Works Research Institute Ministry of Construction to develop coatings which are largely free of objectionable stains in the form of mottles and streaks. Through this study, it has been shown that there is a correlation between the degree of staining of a surface when evaluated visually and ΔL*, used as a numerical scale, lightness difference. The staining is noticeable for everybody when ΔL* exceeds −10. The staining substances can be classified into two types, urban type and rural type. It was found that the urban type usually contains more lipophilic substances and is more lipophilic than the rural type. Taking into account the finding that the urban type staining is more intensive than the rural type, a group of urban type staining preventive coatings has been designed, which makes it easier for rain to rinse off the lipophilic stain. A technology has been developed which keep the surface of the coatings hydrophilic for an extended period of time without detracting from the weathering resistance. The staining preventive coating has been examined by newly developed accelerated tests. Its excellent staining preventive performance and weathering resistance have been proved. Subsequent field applications on condominiums and road constructions also demonstrate the excellent results. 相似文献

The three-dimensional morphology of polyethylene single crystals grown from dilute solution has been examined by atomic force microscopy. Single crystals were deposited on a soft ground of aqueous solution of poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) to avoid the collapse of thin lamellar crystals with thickness of 10 nm. The observation of single crystals on dried PVA clarifies the morphology of a chair type crystal as well as well-known hollow pyramidal type. It has been confirmed that the screw dislocations in the chair type follow a selection rule of the handedness in a manner to relieve the distortion in the chair type. 相似文献
