钢铁冶炼新技术讲座之四：转炉炼钢新技术（一）

转炉炼钢的新技术主要是铁水预处理(三脱)、顶底复合吹炼，溅渣护炉与转炉长寿、转炉吹炼自动控制，煤气回收与负能炼钢等。     

降低转炉钢铁料消耗的技术措施及建议

钢铁料消耗是考核转炉的一项极其重要的指标,它是一个显示转炉综合技术水平和管理水平的指标. 近年来,国内外转炉钢厂为进一步降低转炉的钢铁料消耗,从炼钢生产操作技术和生产的组织管理等方面采取了一系列的措施.这些措施包括:全面实行精料炼钢,对炼钢用铁水进行预脱P、S、Si处理;改进转炉的吹炼操作.降低吹损和喷濺率;采用挡渣出钢技术,提高合金收得率;完善计量、检测手段,实现生产的科学管理等.

转炉炼钢作为目前最主要的炼钢方法,其技术上的进步对我国炼钢生产的发展有着巨大的推动作用。本文从转炉钢产量、生产工艺优化以及消耗指标等方面介绍了我国转炉炼钢的现状,在分析国内转炉炼钢技术现状的基础上又详细阐述了转炉炼钢技术上的创新,分析讨论了目前国内炼钢生产中所存在的主要技术问题,并对今后我国转炉炼钢技术的进一步发展提出了一些建议。     

铜转炉吹炼喷溅的危害及控制措施分析

喷溅问题不仅在转炉炼钢时经常出现,在铜转炉吹炼过程中同样存在,对安全生产构成威胁,恶化多项技术经济指标。本文根据转炉喷溅形成机理,结合谦比希铜冶炼有限公司转炉吹炼工艺生产现状,对转炉吹炼喷溅的危害及影响因素进行分析,并提出相应的控制措施。     

六吨转炉顶底复合吹炼实践

七十年代末期转炉出现了顶底复合吹炼新方法。由于此种炼钢法兼有顶吹转炉和底吹转炉两种炼钢方法的优点,因此,发展很快,到1982年末,世界各国已有九十几座转炉改为顶底复合吹炼法炼钢。 我厂六吨转炉复合吹炼新方法,八二年末试验成功,八三年四月通过技术鉴定。六月开始试生产,当年十月转入正常生产,至1984年四月份,共生产十七个炉役4719炉,产钢41289吨。生产品种有普炭钢、低合金钢,电机硅钢、超低碳钢等钢种。     

转炉补吹脱碳升温规律与终点控制研究

对转炉炼钢接近吹炼终点阶段的脱碳升温规律进行了深入研究,并据此建立了转炉补吹模型;采用线性统计回归自适应算法实现转炉补吹模型参数动态修正.结果表明:转炉吹炼后期补吹阶段的总脱碳氧效率与钢水中碳含量呈线性关系,建立的补吹自适应模型在转炉自动化炼钢终点控制中的精度和命中率方面满足了生产需要.     

炼钢用活性石灰的生产工艺条件及其煅烧设备

一、前言随着氧气炼钢的迅速发展,特别是氧气转炉炼钢的吹炼时间只有15～20min,因此要求石灰具有很高的溶解速度。普通石灰限制了转炉生产的发展。我国目前转炉炼钢,只有武钢、宝钢等少数炼钢厂使用优质活性石灰,而占全国转炉钢产量80%的转炉炼钢是使用竖窑生产的普通石灰。
