从氧的光化学能态方面分析了紫外光固化涂料的氧阻聚机理,详细讨论了抑制紫外光固化涂料氧阻聚的方法,包括开发阳离子聚合机理的反应体系,提高引发剂浓度或增加辐射剂量,使用对氧敏感度低的预聚物和单体,在光固化体系中加入氧清除剂,以及采用惰性气体保护法、石蜡保护法、覆膜法、强光辐照法和分步照射法等光固化工艺。 相似文献

3 阳离子光固化体系 阳离子光固化体系的发展较自由基光固化体系为晚,因为阳离子的光固化反应是以阳离子聚合为基础的,而阳离子聚合通常要求在低温无水条件下进行,条件比自由基聚合苛刻。这种观念妨碍了阳离子光固化体系的发展。实际上光固化反应与聚合反应有很大不同,光固化反应不要求得到长链聚合物,尽管阳离子聚合在有水和高温下易于发生链终止,但链终止时仍可产生新的活性中心(质子或其它阳离子),它们仍可和双键发生加成,引发新的反应,其链终止相当于链转移,并不影响多官能基单体、齐聚物间的交联反应,最终得到固化材料。阳离子固化体系有明显的优点如不怕氧气,固化时体积收缩问题可以得到控制。阳离子光固化体系和自由基光固化体系一样,分引发体系与树脂两部分。3.1 阳离子光引发体系 相似文献

cured using 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-propan-1-one or 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl-ketone were superior to those of the UV-curable
coatings cured using bis (2,4,6-trimethylben-zoyl)-phenylphosphine oxide or diphenyl (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)-phosphine oxide,
when the UV-curable coating was cured in air.

超支化聚氨酯是一种新型的功能性树脂,UV固化超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂作为一种新型的涂料成膜物质,具有固化速度快、涂膜性能好、环境污染小等优点,对制备环境友好、性能优异的产品以及用其改性普通的UV光固化树脂具有实际意义,展现出良好的发展前景。本文就国内外有关UV固化超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂的制备方法、固化动力学和固化流变行为等方面的研究工作进行了综述,并介绍了UV固化超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂在改善涂膜力学性能和阻尼性能等方面的应用研究现状,提出完善UV固化超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂的基础研究和在此基础上的相关产品的开发将是今后研究的主要发展方向。 相似文献

Radiation-curable powder coatings are now in the early stages of commercialization. For years, the coatings industry has sought
ways to lower the curing temperature of powder coatings. UV-curable powder coatings offer the possibility of curing powder
coatings at temperatures as low as 120°C. Radiation-curable powder coatings also offer high cure speed and relatively low
energy consumption. As each application requires its own coating performance, two different maleate-vinyl ether-based binders
for UV-curable powder coatings have been developed. With these binders the balance between flexibility and hardness of the
coating can be adjusted with proper formulation. In this paper, the curing characteristics and coating performance of several
UV-powder coating formulations are described. In addition, a comparison between conventional powder coatings and UV-powder
coatings is provided.

采用一种有机环保型缓蚀剂鞣酸来改性UV固化涂料,介绍了其基本组成及配制过程.讨论了鞣酸用量、改性方法(冷拼、预聚)对涂料性能的影响.利用电化学阻抗谱研究了2种不同改性方法所得涂层的防腐性能.结果表明,该涂料可用于金属表面涂覆.当m(EA):m(PUA)=7:3,m(PO3-TMPTA):m(TPGDA):m(HDDA):m(PO2-NPGDA):m(HEMA):m(助剂):m(引发剂)=6:10:13:18:8:3:6,m(低聚物):m(活性稀释剂)=6:5,鞣酸用量在2.0%左右时,采用预聚方法获得的涂层其综合性能优良,防腐效果最好. 相似文献

Novel soy-based thiols and enes were synthesized and characterized. Then, soy-based thiol–ene UV-curable coatings were formulated
and their coating physiochemical properties were investigated in detail. The use of biorenewable resources, combined with
environmentally friendly UV-curable technology, provides a “green + green” solution to the stricter regulations in the coatings
industry. Novel soy-based thiols and enes were synthesized through the Lewis acid-catalyzed ring opening reaction of epoxidized
soybean oil with multifunctional thiols or hydroxyl functional allyl compounds. FTIR and NMR confirmed the formation of the
target compounds. The soy-based thiols and enes were formulated with petrochemical-based enes and thiols, respectively, to
make thiol–ene UV-curable coatings. Typical coating film properties, thermal properties, and photopolymerization kinetics
of these coatings were studied. Soy-based thiol–ene coatings having lower functionality thiols and enes have poor UV curability
and coating properties, which was attributed to the lower crosslink density. Soy-based thiols and enes with higher functionality
can be UV-cured in combination with petrochemical-based enes or thiols even without the presence of free radical photoinitiators.
Better coating film properties were obtained from these higher functionality thiol–ene systems that were toughened by commercial
hyperbranched acrylates. 相似文献
