近红外光谱分析技术测定溶剂油芳烃含量 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
选取较长的一段时间内溶剂油生产装置中的样品100个,收集光谱,采用一阶微分和多元散射校正方法对光谱进行预处理,建立溶剂油芳烃含量的近红外光谱分析模型,并应用该模型对多种类型原油的溶剂油产品芳烃含量进行分析预测,将其结果与实验室色谱仪分析结果进行比较。实验的结果证明,用近红外光谱分析模型对未知样品进行预测的结果完全能够满足生产工艺中对精确度和重现性的要求,并能够满足工艺上对质量指标进行快速分析的要求。 相似文献

The macronutrient constitution of bovine milk was investigated by Raman spectroscopy involving 830 nm excitation at 300 mW from 600–1800 cm?1 with a probe. Bovine milk was analyzed for total proteins, casein, total fat, and lactose by standard assays. The concentrations of these components were estimated by correlating these assays with the fitting coefficients based on least-squares fitting of lactose, casein, triolein, and stearic acid and milk spectra to prepare calibration curves. The model was employed for the analysis of milk from local markets. The spectra of milk were dominated by bands of proteins, lipids, and carbohydrates. There was a strong correlation between the concentrations of total proteins and casein (r = 0.75 and 0.73, respectively), and very strong correlation for total fat and lactose (r = 0.93 and 0.91, respectively) with the standard errors of prediction of 0.49, 0.38, 0.61, and 0.27 mg/dL, respectively. The milk contained lower concentrations of lactose and protein than in the nutritional facts table. The amount of saturated fat was close to the nutritional value with more unsaturated fat. A single Raman spectrum was employed to characterize the composition of milk and may have application for rapid quality control. 相似文献

为了有效地提取牛奶中微量的掺杂物特征信息,提出了基于二维相关近红外光谱多维主成分分析(MPCA)和最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)判别牛奶掺杂物的方法。首先,采集纯牛奶、掺杂尿素牛奶和掺杂三聚氰胺牛奶的一维近红外谱,并对其进行相关计算,构建各样品的二维相关近红外谱。然后,采用多维主成分分析法分析二维相关谱矩阵,压缩数据,提取相关谱的得分矩阵。最后,将提取的得分矩阵输入最小二乘支持向量机,分别建立掺杂尿素牛奶、掺杂三聚氰胺牛奶及两种掺杂牛奶与纯牛奶的LS-SVM判别模型。用所建模型对测试集未知样品进行了判别,结果显示其判别正确率分别为92.3%,96.2%,92.3%。研究结果表明:所提出的方法不仅有效提取了牛奶中掺杂物的特征信息,而且缩短了建模所需时间,取得了较好的判别效果。 相似文献

为了快速、准确地检测掺杂牛奶,采用基于核隐变量正交投影(K-OPLS)法分析了掺杂牛奶的光谱.选用高斯函数作为核函数,内部交叉验证均方根(RMSECV)最小值作为评价指标,优选了核函数中的核宽度σ以及Y正交成分数.配置含四环素牛奶(0.01~0.3 gL-1)、三聚氰胺牛奶(0.01~~0.3 gL-1)和葡萄糖牛奶(0.01~~0.3 gL-1)各36个,采集纯牛奶及掺杂牛奶样品的红外光谱,采用K (PLS建立各掺杂牛奶与纯牛奶的判别模型.利用这些模型对未知样品进行判别,结果显示对掺杂四环素、三聚氰胺、葡萄糖牛奶的判别正确率分别为100%、100%、95.8%o.建立了同时判别3种掺杂牛奶与纯牛奶的K-OPLS模型,该模型对未知样品的判别正确率为93.1%;同时,与偏最小二乘判别PLS-DA方法的预测结果进行了比较,结果表明:K-OPLS建模方法对于复杂的牛奶体系具有较好的预测能力. 相似文献

为研究近红外光谱分析技术结合支持向量机(SVM)模式识别原理在鉴别烟叶产地中的可行性,选择云南省曲靖市所辖6个不同区县的180个烟叶样品为研究对象。对其近红外光谱进行一阶求导后,通过matlab分析软件建立预测各烟叶产地的近红外模型,并应用该模型对78个烟叶样品进行实际产地预测。实验结果表明:上述方法建立的预测模型训练样本的正确识别率100.00%,测试样本正确识别率为91.03%。结果显示,运用基于SVM的近红外光谱技术可以实现烤烟烟叶产地的快速准确判定。 相似文献

Since the near-infrared (NIR) spectrum is susceptible to sample temperature fluctuations, we investigate the influence of sample temperature on the predictive power of calibration model for soil moisture content (MC) and propose the multi-source information fusion technology based on back propagation neural network (BPNN) to compensate for sample temperature effect. With the discrete wavelet transform (DWT) as the pre-processing method and the least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) regression as the modeling method, a model at 20 °C to predict MC of the soil samples at other temperatures was established. The results show that except for 20 °C, the root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) are large. We analyze the predicted results with the dual-factor analysis of variance without duplication and the result shows that the effect of sample temperature on the prediction model for soil MC is significant. A temperature compensation model was then established with combining of soil MC and sample temperature based on BPNN. The predicted results showed that the prediction precision of the model was improved significantly. 相似文献

We characterize the hemodynamic response changes in the main olfactory bulb(MOB)of anesthetized rats with near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)during the presentation of three different odorants:(i)plain air as a reference(Blank),(ii) 2-heptanone(HEP),and(iii)isopropylbenzene(Ib).Odorants generate different changes in the concentrations of oxyhemoglobin.Our results suggest that NIRS technology might be useful in discriminating various odorants in a non-invasive manner using animals with a superb olfactory system. 相似文献
