我国十五期间油品供需预测分析

介绍了我国原油、成品油供需的现状,并对十五期间及今后10年的供需状况采用弹性系数法进行了预测.在对我国各大区市场分析的基础上,对中石油成品油的竞争能力进行了评价.     

前三季度我国石油进口突破1．5亿吨

据海关总署统计快讯，2007年1月至9月，我国进口原油和成品油已超过1．5×10^8t，其中，进口原油1．24×10^8t，同比增长13．6％；进口成品油2684×10^4t，同比下降8％．进口原油和成品油总额达到637亿美元。其中，进口原油金额为513亿美元，同比增长10．5％；进口成品油金额为124亿美元，同比下降3．9个百分点。     

加工进口原油工作的一些体会和做法

本文介绍镇海炼化股份有限公司加工进口原油的一些体会和作法，其中包括新建一批大型技术项目，以提高装置配套能力；培养一批精干、高素质人材以充实经贸队伍；全力捕捉油价信息，跟踪价格变化，做好价格预测；学习国际惯例，实行原油与成品油挂钩操作；抓好进料加工产品的复出口，以消除原油涨价压力。该文还针对加工进口原油存在的问题提出了若干建议。     

未来两三个月内我国油品进口可能保持较高水平

据中国石油集团经济技术研究院专家预测，未来两三个月国内成品油供应形势将不容乐观，宜保持较高进口水平或减少出口。     

现代油品管输技术

管道输送是现代油品主要运输方式之一。“稳定东部、开发西部”，需尽快调整我国成品油管输的比例，加速相关输油技术研究，以便建立更为完善的我国油品管道输送体系，促进我国的经济发展。     

油品升级能否挥别雾霾?

在雾霾背景下,国务院迅速发布了有关油品质量升级的决定。这对我国两大石油公司而言,似乎多少显得有些不合时宜。因为该决定的发布强化了公众对油品质量是雾霾罪魁祸首的认识。无可避免,我国油企再次卷入舆论漩涡,各种指责纷至沓来。     

油品运输纾难

要解决望"路"兴叹的局面,除了发展管道运输之外,中国石化、中国石油还各出奇招,构筑进口原油的输转体系,打造自己的海运船队。     

扬子石化做大油品蛋糕

截至2015年12月31日,扬子石化原油加工量首次突破1000万吨,成品油总量突破500万吨。其中,汽、煤、柴油分别达到188．82万吨、166．67万吨、193．27万吨,同比分别提高49．05％、134．58％、14．92％,为实现做大油品迈出了一大步。     

我国油气管道发展的探讨

论述了国内油气管道发展现状，分析了我国原油、成品油和天然气管道建设中存在的一些问题．提出了对国内油气管道发展的构想。     

中国石油进口存在的问题与对策

由于我国石油储量和国内产能满足不了快速发展的经济需求，因此，我国石油进口规模越来越大。1993年我国成为石油进口国，1999年我国原油及油品净进口达4000万吨，占当年石油消费量的20％以上。2000年我国石油进口达7000多万吨，2004年我国生产原油1.75亿吨，净进口原油1.17亿吨，进口的原油占世界原油贸易量的6．31％。2005年我国原油净进口11875万吨，成品油净进口1742万吨，[第一段]     

我国石油进口的必要性与可行性分析

从石油需求及供给角度分析了我国石油进口的必要性,从世界原油的供应情况及我国的外汇储备角度分析了石油进口的可行性,认为从经济角度来看我国实施石油进口战略是合理的。     

石化销售系统油品蒸发损耗的现状

针对石油销售过程中油品蒸发损耗的严重性,对装油过程的油气损耗规律进行了现场考察和实验室研究,结果表明:所用油罐未清洗的排放气体积分数率平均高达64.17％,是已清洗油罐的1.7倍;高位喷淋装油平均排放气的体积分数高达40.58％,比低位潜没装油高1.4倍,且排放出的油蒸气和空气的混合气夹带有油雾;已清洗油罐低位装油时的损耗率为0.37％,高位装油为0.8％。油品因轻质组分的蒸发排放使其质量降低,并污染环境。     

油井产量计量技术现状与发展趋势

油井是石油开采重要的基本生产单元,油井的产量计量是油田开发生产的重要基础工作,准确计量油井的产量对于掌握油田的生产动态、科学制定和实施油田开发调整方案、检验各种油田开发措施的效果、实现油田生产经营绩效的量化考核具有重要意义。目前,中国各油田采用的油井产量计量技术主要有玻璃管量油、液位自动量油、翻斗量油、功图法量油和不分离多相量油等技术。油井的产量计量综合反映了油田的生产管理水平,通过对计量技术的使用方法、技术原理、应用环境和相关特点等进行对比分析,明确了油井产量计量技术未来的发展方向,并提出了相关建议。
