研究了W 305C离子交换树脂从草酸溶液中吸附铌草酸配合物的性能。试验结果表明,在[(NH4)C2O4]=0 20mol/L,[K2S2O7]=0 030mol/L,[Nb]=8 0×10-5mol/L,pH=2 0条件下,铌的吸附率有最大值,测得Freundish常数K=3 50×103,吸附率常数k25℃=1 70×10-4s-1,吸附活化能Ea=24 94kJ/mol,铌的饱和容量为每g干树脂143 2mg。  相似文献

本文研究了707阴离子交换树脂从草酸溶液中吸附钽草酸配合物的性能和动力学。试验结果表明在[(NH4)2C2O4]=0.13mol/L、[K2S2O8]=0.024mol/L、[Ta]=8×10-5mol/L、pH=1.5~3.5条件下,钽的吸附率有最大值。测得液膜扩散控制交换速率常数B25℃=2.5×10-4s-1,液膜扩散控制交换活化能Ea=15.96kJ/mol,钽的饱和吸附容量CTa=182.4mg/g干树脂。  相似文献

合成了一种伯胺树脂,对钍具有很好的选择性,当钍浓度为125mg/L时,吸附钍的分配比达到2.48×103。与铁和铈的分离系数分别为1.29×104和9.7×104,吸附钍的最佳[SO42-]=1.0mol/L,[H+]=0.1mol/L,接触时间5min。对钍的去除率大于99%,处理液中钍浓度<0.001mg/L。  相似文献

本文采用在硫酸介质中 ,用草酸沉淀分离锌、铜等多种重金属离子 ,二氯化钡分离铅以消除铅的影响。锡在草酸 -硫酸介质中呈草酸锡络合物状态 ,不易水解 ,不被吸附。络合物既可产生阴极波也可产生阳极波。体系中引入次甲基蓝后形成三元离子缔合物产生络合物吸附波 ,灵敏度增加 ,在 0 72mol/LH2 SO4- 0 2 5mol/L草酸 - 5 34×1 0 - 5mol/L次甲基蓝介质中其锡的峰电位为- 0 4V。采用阴极化Ip” ,E0 =- 0 0 8V ,在5 0mL溶液中Sn质量 0 5~ 1 0 0 μg成线性关系 ;用阳极化Ip″,E0 =- 0 2V ,在 5 0mL溶液中Sn质量 5~ 40 0 μg线性关…  相似文献

本文研究了IPN弱碱树脂从弱碱性介质中吸附铼的行为和热力学性质。实验结果表明,在PH=9.0—10.0范围内,该树脂能有效地吸附铼,而钼仅有少量被吸附,铼钼分离系数高达1506;树脂对铼的静态平衡交换容量和动态操作容量分别为804、805.3mg/g树脂;被吸附的铼用8%HN_3·H_2O+10%NH_4NO_3混合液淋洗,淋洗率为99.32%。树脂以阴离子交换机理吸附ReO_4~-。测定并求算了吸附过程的热力学函数。其值分别为ΔH~0=-9.62kJ/mol,ΔG~0=-10.00kJ/mol,ΔS~0=1.3J/mol·K。  相似文献

研究了铈(Ⅲ)在氨基磷酸树脂上的吸附行为。试验结果在pH5.0时,静态饱和吸附容量为197mg/g干树脂;用2mol.L-1HCl洗脱,洗脱率为98.1%;表观速率常数k298=2.71×10-5s-1;等温吸附服从Freundlich经验式;吸附反应中的△Ho=50.0kJ.mol-1,△So=286J.mol-1.K-1,△Go=-35.1kJ.mol-1。树脂功能基与Ce3+的配比为2∶1;并用红外光谱探讨了树脂与铈的成键。  相似文献

对D152树脂吸附镝(Ⅲ)的过程及镝在D152树脂上的吸附行为进行了研究。研究了介质pH、温度、吸附时间、树脂量等因素对吸附过程的影响。实验结果表明:D152树脂对镝(Ⅲ)的吸附在pH=5.93的HAc-NaAc的缓冲溶液中为最佳。25℃时静态饱和吸附量为314.6mg.g-1(干树脂)。用1.0 mol.L-1的HCl溶液作为解吸剂,解吸率为96.2%;D152树脂对镝(Ⅲ)的表观吸附活化能Ea=18.28 kJ.mol-1,表观吸附速率常数k298=2.54×10-5s-1,k308=2.93×10-5s-1,k318=4.05×10-5s-1,测得热力学参数分别为ΔH=18.19 kJ.mol-1,ΔG=-0.88 kJ.mol-1,ΔS=63.99 J.mol-1.K-1,等温吸附服从Freundlich经验式。并用化学和红外光谱的方法探求树脂对镝(Ⅲ)的吸附机制。  相似文献

本文研究了CL-P_(350)萃淋树脂从硫酸溶液中提取铼和分离铜的性能。静态实验表明,不同酸液中DR_c值顺序是H(?)SO_4>HC1>HNO_3。在H_2SO_4浓度为3mol/L时,D_(Rc)=203.8mL/g,Dm_o=0.51mL/g;二者的分离系数B_(Rc)Mo有最大值399.6。D_(Rc)随温度升高而降低。动态实验表明,[Re]=0.372g/L的溶液和[Re]=0.372、[Mo]=0.96g/L的混合液分别流经柱床时,铼的动态饱和吸附容量均大于32mg/g,铼钼分离时铼的回收率接近90%.  相似文献
