A thyristorized dc motor speed control system using phase-locked loop principle is presented. Linear model analysis is given and control performance is studied in terms of system parameters using the root-locus technique. Practical design aspects are discussed, and experimental results obtained with a prototype system intended for a separately excited ?-hp dc motor are given.  相似文献

This paper describes the design, construction, and testing of a thyristorized speed control unit for a separately excited dc motor. The motor is fed from a three-phase six-pulse fully controlled thyristor bridge. A speed loop with a proportional plus integral controller maintains the desired speed irrespective of the load variations on the motor. An inner current control loop protects the thyristors from overcurrents. This loop also provides fast response overcoming the effect of disturbances such as variations in supply voltage. The design aspects of the control loops are discussed, and experimental results are given.  相似文献

Simplified Model and Closed-Loop Control of a Commutatorless DC Motor   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A simplified dynamic model of a current-fed, self-commutated synchronous motor, operating with a constant angle between the motor counter electromotive force (CEMF) and the input current. The model, which is justified experimentally, includes only two time constants, associated with the rotor inertia and the dc link inductance. This permits the design of the current and speed controlling loops along the same principles used for classical armature-controlled dc motor drives. In this way, the experience which is widely available in industry can be applied, at least with a good approximation, to design of the commutatorless dc motor drives. Various control configurations are discussed. Control loops are designed and closed around the basic motor-inverter block. An experimental result is obtained for each control configuration, thus validating the proposed model.  相似文献

This paper presents a method to model and optimize brushless dc motor for a solar airplane. In order to obtain the optimal solution for the given specifications, all free parameters are analyzed globally in one go. For this, the commercial optimization software Pro@Design is used. The method is fully analytical and deterministic. The actual multiphysic model comprises electromagnetic, thermal, and propeller models. Different results of the design of solar airplane motor using this method are presented.  相似文献

This paper presents a triac converter which can replace two thyristor bridges normally used for regenerative dc motor drives. The most important characteristics of the triac are outlined and specific problems are discussed. Performance specifications for the control electronics are given. 直流侧独立供电是抑制混合型逆变器零序环流的有效方法。以混合型逆变器供电的交流传动系统为对象,在分析主从逆变器和电机负载之间能量交换关系的基础上,提出一种直流电容稳压控制策略,并结合主从式控制结构和异步电机矢量控制策略,建立旋转坐标系下的混合型逆变器主从式矢量控制系统。仿真和实验结果表明:通过在主逆变器电流控制环节增加与电容波动电压相关的有功电流参考量,能有效实现电容电压的稳定控制,同时在电容电压稳定的前提下,从逆变器可以动态补偿主逆变器产生的主要谐波电流,使得电机电流总畸变率低于5%。  相似文献

该文提出了一种混合不对称三相九电平逆变器,这种新型的多电平逆变器将不对称五电平逆变器与传统的两电平全桥逆变器级联在一起而获得的。该文对这种逆变器进行了分析,提出了一种新型混合不对称调制方法,并对单相中每个模块的输出电压的频谱和不对称五电平模块的直流母线电容电压不平衡问题进行了分析。文中进行了瞬时反馈数字控制器的设计,最后给出仿真分析和实验验证结果。  相似文献

This paper presents the computer-aided design and development of an improved 720-steps hybrid stepper motor used as the drive motor for the solar array of the Indian remote-sensing (IRS) satellite in the polar Sun-synchronous orbit. The motor is of pancake type with coil redundancy, and the step angle is 0.5°. It is designed to deliver a constant holding torque of 1 Nm against a varying DC supply voltage of 28-42 V and in an operating temperature range from -10°C to +60°C. The authors introduce a phenomenon named as “torque saturation”, achievable in a hybrid stepper motor by properly choosing the operating point of the rotor permanent magnet and the stator winding configuration. Apart from the computer-aided design procedure, relevant details regarding fabrication and testing are also provided. The test results of the developed motor match fairly well with the computed values and confirm the high performance of the developed hybrid stepper motor  相似文献

The ac converter system discussed involves a design concept that results in a total cost that is competitive with dc converter systems when applied to specific application requirements. The particular application used as a reference is the limited speed range, constant horsepower grinder. This application may be satisfied by a constant voltage, adjustable frequency converter, and motor combination. First, the application requirements are presented. Next, the discussion covers satisfaction of these requirements by means of specific design as to minimize cost. Finally, other unusual aspects of the system are presented, such as the method of modifying the motor voltage during acceleration, the requirement for high voltage output, and a unique packaging design to satisfy the severe ambient conditions of the application.  相似文献

A new method is described in which the dc motor may regenerate power effectively to ac supply. The principle is similar to that with a dc chopper for regeneration of the power from dc motor to dc supply. In this new method, however, thyristor switches synchronizing to the ac supply are used instead of a dc chopper. The principle and the power calculations as well as experimental results are presented. From theoretical and experimental considerations it is clarified that there exist suitable trigger angles in the thyristor of the synchronizing switches.  相似文献

PWM controlled rectifiers can efficiently and economically be employed in low and medium power applications of dc drives and in front-end converters of rectifier–inverter systems while maintaining the advantages of design simplicity and operation reliability of naturally commutated schemes. Due to the high dc voltage that is produced which is greater than the peak voltage of the utility supply, the ac–dc buck-boost converter is especially suited as a front-end power source in variable-speed drive systems to convert the utility supply voltage into a variable dc link voltage where a single-phase or a three-phase utilities power supply is available. In this paper, the dynamic model and steady state equivalent circuit of a single-phase ac–dc buck-boost converter fed dc motor with uniform PWM control is presented. The waveforms of voltage and current, the input and output characteristics of the converter are discussed and verified. Measured, computed and simulated results are shown to be very close and the model is proved to be efficient and accurate.  相似文献

The position control of a dc motor is presented. This motor is fed by a four-quadrant chopper. The control is entirely digital and is assumed by a microprocessor. This motor is one of a robotic manipulator joint's actuators. A model of the drive taking into account the mechanical structure variations of the load is presented. Basic information on modeling and digital computer simulation of variable-reluctance (VR) step motors is provided. The nonlinear equations of the system are derived, and a method for implementing them on a digital computer is presented. As an example, a typical printer with a step motor is designed with this approach. The problem is defined by giving the desired system performance criteria and the step motor parameters and characteristics. The specification of the control schemes determined the design. Computer simulation runs are made to determine the optimal control parameters of the system. The case study demonstrates the advantages of the computer-aided design, before the physical construction of the experimental system.  相似文献

磁控形状记忆合金(MSM)是一种新型具有形状记忆功能的合金材料,不仅变形率大,易于控制,动态响应速度高,而且功率密度大和机电能量转换效率高,特别适合于制造高精度的运动与位置控制执行器。该文首先介绍MSM材料在磁场作用下的变形机理与磁控特性,然后分析利用仿生学蠕动原理将MSM小步距的位移累加形成直线电机所需要的大行程的工作原理,而后论述蠕动型MSM直线电机的设计与控制方法,最后给出样机的试验结果。  相似文献

A solid-state induction motor speed regulating scheme using a rotor chopper-controlled external resistor is investigated. This control scheme provides continuous and contactless variation of rotor resistance and thereby eliminates the undesirable features of the conventional rotor resistance control method. A thorough analysis of the steady-state performance of the system is presented. Both dc and ac circuit models are derived to describe the performance characteristics when the chopper operates under the time-ratio control (TRC) strategy. Effects of machine parameters on performance characteristics are studied. Theoretical results from the model are verified by comparison with experimental results. The torque?speed characteristic of this speed control system is essentially linear for a particular time ratio.  相似文献

为了增强柴油机油门调节系统的功能,提高其调速性能,在满足控制精度、可靠性的前提下,设计了以两相混合步进电动机为执行器的柴油机数字电子调速控制系统。系统以数字信号控制器dsPICF4012为处理器,以芯片TC4424作为步进电动机的集成功率驱动,采用变细分的控制策略实现柴油机的供油量调节。实验结果表明,所设计系统通过对步进电动机的精确控制,能够实现对不同工况下柴油机供油量的有效调节。该系统结构简单、功能完善、开发周期短,适宜于对柴油机油门调节系统的升级改造。  相似文献

对二相混合式步进电动机矢量控制进行了理论研究,解决不同于一般种类电机的特殊问题,建立考虑电机非线性并充分利用电磁转矩和磁阻转矩的矢量控制方法.在此基础上,设计并实现了基于神经网络的二相混合式步进电动机矢量控制位置伺服系统,克服电机参数时变对控制效果的影响,提高了系统鲁棒性,使系统具有较高的性能.  相似文献
