为了提高高炉渣的附加值和回收利用高炉熔渣显热,介绍了目前高炉渣处理的技术现状,并阐述了在处理过程中存在的弊端。依据岩棉成纤原理,提出了高炉渣调质制备用于管道保温材料的矿渣棉的技术构想,并采用高速喷吹手段验证了高炉渣成纤过程,得出酸度系数配制成Mk=1.2,风口压力为0.35MPa,出渣口温度控制在1350℃左右,所得纤维具有较好的理化性能。最后预测未来管道保温材料市场前景和发展新趋势。  相似文献

采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)为粘结剂和不同造孔剂(碳酸氢钠、卡拉胶、淀粉)对微波铝改性膨润土进行造粒,制备改性膨润土颗粒MBG1、MBG2、MBG3。考察了不同制备条件下MBG1、MBG2、MBG3对微污染水中UV254和NH4-N的降低效果。结果表明,MBG1对UV254和NH4-N降低效果优于MBG2和MBG3,MBG1的最佳制备条件为:PVA用量10 g/100m L水,碳酸氢钠用量5 g/100m L水,包埋量(m改性土∶mPVA)=10。在p H值为7、投加量3 g/L、吸附时间20 min的条件下,MBG1对20 mg/L腐殖酸、5 mg/L氨氮的微污染水降低率分别可达98%和20%以上。  相似文献

凹凸棒原土经提纯粉碎后,用硅烷偶联剂KH560进行表面改性,获得活性凹凸棒土纳米棒晶。用高速搅拌和超声波振荡的方法使活性纳米凹凸棒土均匀分散在聚乙烯醇缩甲醛(PVFM)泡沫海绵的基体中,制得活性凹凸棒土/聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纳米复合材料。用SEM观察了纳米凹凸棒土和复合材料的微观结构。通过物理力学性能测试表明:当活性纳米凹凸棒土填充量为6g/100g时,可以显著提高聚乙烯醇缩甲醛泡沫海绵的拉伸强度(2.68MPa)和吸水率(14.92g/g),降低材料的表观密度(76.8kg/m3)。  相似文献

以膨胀珍珠岩和热固性酚醛树脂为原料,盐酸磷酸混合酸为固化剂,制备膨胀珍珠岩/酚醛树脂轻质复合材料。运用单因素研究法探究了固化剂用量、加热成型温度、加热成型时间、主要原料的比例及酚醛树脂预热温度对轻质复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,固化剂用量为酚醛树脂质量的12%,固化温度为120℃,加热时间为2 h,酚醛树脂与膨胀珍珠岩的质量比为3.50时复合材料性能最优。其抗压强度为1.476 MPa,抗折强度为1.148 MPa,导热系数为0.048 W/(m·K),密度为320 kg/m3。  相似文献

这是一篇陶瓷及复合材料领域的论文。为实现高钛型高炉渣固废的再次资源化利用,解决大掺量高钛型高炉渣制备透水砖问题,本文以高炉渣为骨料,高岭土、钾长石为粘结剂和助融剂,经坯体成型、烧结制备了透水砖。采用TG-DSC综合热分析法、SEM形貌分析法研究了物料的热性能及高温下的形貌变化;讨论了高炉渣及辅料的配比、高炉渣骨料的粒度、成型压力、烧结温度、保温时间对透水砖性能的影响,确定了透水砖适宜的制备工艺参数。结果表明:选取高炉渣0.18~0.25 mm,高炉渣∶高岭土∶钾长石(质量分数)配比为75∶10∶15,成型压力为10 MPa,烧结温度为1 095℃,保温时间为3 h,此时透水砖的透水系数为0.064 cm/s,抗折强度为12 MPa,具备高透水性和高强度的特性,满足《透水路面砖和透水路面板》(GB/T25933-2010)的要求。  相似文献

磷渣和磷尾矿都是工业废弃物,它们的堆放不仅占用土地而且对环境构成潜在危害。通过研究磷渣与生石灰的比,水灰比,磷尾矿掺量,水泥用量等得到制备保温板的最佳配比:膨胀珍珠岩10%、磷尾矿60%、水泥3%、磷渣∶生石灰(质量比)=4∶1、水灰比0.24。按此配方配料,成型后经174.5℃、8h蒸压养护所制得的保温板,其容重为1.49g/cm3、抗折强度3.56MPa、抗压强度12.5MPa、导热系数0.143W/(m.K),超过了国标规定的指标。  相似文献

采用溶液共混法制备了聚乙烯醇-魔芋葡甘聚糖/凹凸棒石复合材料。探讨了聚乙烯醇用量(相对于魔芋葡甘聚糖质量分数,下同)、交联剂戊二醛用量和凹凸棒石用量对聚乙烯醇-魔芋葡甘聚糖/凹凸棒石复合材料力学性能的影响。力学性能测试结果表明,当聚乙烯醇用量为80%、交联剂戊二醛用量为3%、凹凸棒石用量为1%时,聚乙烯醇-魔芋葡甘聚糖/凹凸棒石复合材料的力学性能最好。FT-IR和SEM测试结果表明,复合材料中聚乙烯醇、魔芋葡甘聚糖和凹凸棒石之间存在强烈的相互作用和良好的相容性。  相似文献

以磷酸、氢氧化铝和膨胀珍珠岩为主要原料,以氧化镁和氧化锌为固化剂制备膨胀珍珠岩/磷酸盐保温板材。运用单因素研究法探究了胶黏剂基料制备温度和时间、样品的干燥温度和时间对保温材料性能的影响。采用X射线衍射和红外光谱技术研究了磷酸盐的固化机制。结果表明,磷酸盐胶黏剂在水浴85℃加热30 min制备;黏结珍珠岩板材的最优制备条件为140℃干燥2 h,其密度为260 kg/m3、导热系数为0.050W/(m·K)、抗压强度为0.63 MPa。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
