摘要:虚拟机放置技术能够控制智能电网数据中心物理服务器的资源使用,将有效提升资源使用效率。虚拟机放置策略的思路主要基于时间、空间、计算资源和能耗的综合均衡,其主要面临的瓶颈包括鲁棒性和灵活性的平衡矛盾,以及有限资源的非均衡分配问题。根据当前电力数据中心结构复杂和资源利用率低的问题,本文提出一种基于Orbital Shrinking的数据中心虚拟机最优放置算法,首先研究虚拟机放置的数据中心适用性问题,有效地从多维目标优化和边界动态约束这2方面分析数据中心的资源状态。基于Orbital Shrinking模型,建立计算资源、时空状态和能耗条件的多维背包模型,实现虚拟机放置策略的整体平衡。通过实验仿真表明,新算法能够有效提升数据中心服务器的计算资源利用效率9.8%,降低数据处理时延10.3 s。  相似文献

随着云计算数据中心规模和数量的日益增长,以及虚拟化技术的普遍采用,虚拟机放置问题逐步成为产业界和学术界研究的热点。虚拟机放置策略和方法的选择对数据中心的能耗,物理资源的利用率和虚拟机性能具有重大影响。合理的放置方法和策略在保证上层应用和业务不受影响的同时,能有效降低云计算数据中心的能耗,提升物理资源利用率,减少物理资源的浪费。阐述了虚拟机放置问题中的3个基本要素:优化目标、约束限制和实现方法,并基于已有的研究工作进行归纳与总结。最后,结合已有成果,展望了未来的研究方向和亟待解决的关键问题。  相似文献

为降低云计算系统产生的能耗,实现系统多类型资源的合理利用,提出虚拟机多资源能耗优化放置模型,并给出虚拟机多目标资源随机多组优化算法(RMRO)。RMRO算法随机生成多组虚拟机放置序列,并对每组序列进行优化,从中选出最优的序列作为最终的虚拟机序列。基于RMRO,进一步提出了3种虚拟机放置序列的再优化策略,通过实验对比,选择MMBA策略作为最佳策略。仿真结果表明,RMRO相比传统的MBFD和MBFH算法,能明显降低数据中心的能耗,同时使系统多种资源利用更合理。  相似文献

虚拟机放置问题是云数据中心资源调度的核心问题之一,它对数据中心的性能、资源利用率和能耗有着重要的影响。针对此问题,以降低数据中心能耗、改善资源利用率和保证服务质量(QoS)为优化目标,借助模糊聚类的思想提出了一种基于模糊隶属度的虚拟机放置算法。首先,结合物理主机过载概率和虚拟机与物理主机之间的相适性放置关系,提出了新的距离度量方法;然后,根据模糊隶属度函数计算得出虚拟机与物理主机之间的相适性模糊隶属度矩阵;最后,借助能耗感知机制,在模糊隶属度矩阵中进行局部搜索从而获得迁移虚拟机的最优放置方案。仿真实验结果表明,提出的算法在降低云数据中心能耗、改善资源利用率和保证QoS方面表现比较优异。  相似文献

为提高数据中心的资源利用率并降低能耗,提出了面向低能耗的虚拟机部署和迁移策略,包括虚拟机初始部署算法BT-MPA和虚拟机动态迁移算法MMT-MMA。BT-MPA算法基于回溯法实现虚拟机集合和主机集合的最优初始映射,MMT-MMA算法基于最小迁移时间策略实现虚拟机动态迁移。仿真验证了所提出策略能够在降低数据中心总能耗的同时避免了不必要的迁移开销。  相似文献

在IaaS云环境中,资源的分配管理关键取决于如何放置虚拟机,不当的放置策略可造成资源的损耗以及更多的能耗开销。为了降低整个数据中心的资源损耗和能耗开销,建立一个多目标优化的问题模型,并提出了一种基于动态规划思想的虚拟机放置策略。策略将放置问题转化为多阶段决策的背包问题,利用动态规划的思想把背包问题划分成一系列规模更小的子问题,通过求解子问题的最优解得到原问题的最优解。仿真实验表明,该策略能大大降低数据中心的能耗,并减少资源损耗。  相似文献

随着全球能源危机的出现,许多研究者开始关注数据中心的能耗问题。在满足用户需求的前提下,减少数据中心的活跃节点个数能够有效地降低其能耗。传统的减少活跃节点的方式是虚拟机迁移,但虚拟机迁移会造成极大的系统开销。提出一种基于MapReduce虚拟集群的能耗优化算法--在线时间平衡算法OTBA,能够减少活跃物理节点数,有效降低数据中心的能耗,并且避免了虚拟机的迁移。通过建立云数据中心的能耗模型、用户提交服务的排队模型和评价作业完成质量的作业运行模型,确定了数据中心节能模型的目标函数和变量因子。在线时间平衡算法是基于虚拟云环境和在线MapReduce作业的一种节能调度算法,能够在虚拟机的生命周期和资源利用率之间做出权衡,使数据中心激活的服务器达到最少,能耗降到最低。此外,该结果通过仿真和Hadoop平台上的实验得到了验证。  相似文献

虚拟机放置(VMP)是虚拟机整合的核心,是一个多资源约束的多目标优化问题。高效的VMP算法不仅能显著地降低云数据中心能耗、提高资源利用率,还能保证服务质量(QoS)。针对数据中心能耗高和资源利用率低的问题,提出了基于离散蝙蝠算法的虚拟机放置(DBA-VMP)算法。首先,把最小化能耗和最大化资源利用率作为优化目标,建立多目标约束的VMP优化模型;然后,通过效仿人工蚁群在觅食过程中共享信息素的机制,将信息素反馈机制引入蝙蝠算法,并对经典蝙蝠算法进行离散化改进;最后,用改进的离散蝙蝠算法求解模型的Pareto最优解。实验结果表明,与其他多目标优化的VMP算法相比,所提算法在使用不同数据集的情况下都能有效降低能耗,提高资源利用率,实现了在保证QoS的前提下的降低能耗和提高资源利用率两者之间的优化平衡。  相似文献

为了解决云数据中心资源分配时能耗与性能间的均衡问题,提出了一种基于DVFS感知与虚拟机动态合并的能效优化策略。首先,策略通过新的DVFS管理算法(DVFS-perf)在不降低系统性能的同时降低了数据中心功耗,然后,通过频率感知的虚拟机VM部署合并算法(Frequency-aware Placement)在实现DVFS最优配置的同时最小化总体能耗,同时确保了虚拟机映射时的QoS保障。最后,通过真实云负载数据流构建仿真实验进行了性能分析。结果表明,在动态负载条件下,策略可以在不降低QoS和不增加SLA违例的情况下,降低虚拟机迁移次数和数据中心的总体能耗,更好地实现能耗与性能的均衡。  相似文献

数据中心的虚拟机(virtual machine,VM)整合技术是当今云计算领域的一个研究热点.要在保证服务质量(QoS)的前提下尽可能地降低云数据中心的服务器能耗,本质上是一个多目标优化的NP难问题.为了更好地解决该问题,面向异构服务器云环境提出了一种基于差分进化与粒子群优化的混合群智能节能虚拟机整合方法(HSI-VMC).该方法包括基于峰值效能比的静态阈值超载服务器检测策略(PEBST)、基于迁移价值比的待迁移虚拟机选择策略(MRB)、目标服务器选择策略、混合离散化启发式差分进化粒子群优化虚拟机放置算法(HDH-DEPSO)以及基于负载均值的欠载服务器处理策略(AVG).其中,PEBST,MRB,AVG策略的结合能够根据服务器的峰值效能比和CPU的负载均值检测出超载和欠载服务器,并选出合适的虚拟机进行迁移,降低负载波动引起的服务水平协议违约率(SLAV)和虚拟机迁移的次数;HDH-DEPSO算法结合DE和PSO的优点,能够搜索出更优的虚拟机放置方案,使服务器尽可能地保持在峰值效能比下运行,降低服务器的能耗开销.基于真实云环境数据集(PlanetLab/Mix/Gan)的一系列实验结果表明:HSI-VMC方法与当前主流的几种节能虚拟机整合方法相比,能够更好地兼顾多个QoS指标,并有效地降低云数据中心的服务器能耗开销.  相似文献

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

This paper provides the author's personal views and perspectives on software process improvement. Starting with his first work on technology assessment in IBM over 20 years ago, Watts Humphrey describes the process improvement work he has been directly involved in. This includes the development of the early process assessment methods, the original design of the CMM, and the introduction of the Personal Software Process (PSP)SM and Team Software Process (TSP){SM}. In addition to describing the original motivation for this work, the author also reviews many of the problems he and his associates encountered and why they solved them the way they did. He also comments on the outstanding issues and likely directions for future work. Finally, this work has built on the experiences and contributions of many people. Mr. Humphrey only describes work that he was personally involved in and he names many of the key contributors. However, so many people have been involved in this work that a full list of the important participants would be impractical.  相似文献

提出了一种基于复小波域统计建模与噪声方差估计显著性修正相结合的合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar,SAR)图像斑点噪声滤波方法。该方法首先通过对数变换将乘性噪声模型转化为加性噪声模型,然后对变换后的图像进行双树复小波变换(Dualtree Complex Wavelet Transform,DCWT),并对复数小波系数的统计分布进行建模。在此先验分布的基础上,通过运用贝叶斯估计方法从含噪系数中恢复原始系数,达到滤除噪声的目的。实验结果表明该方法在去除噪声的同时保留了图像的细节信息,取得了很好的降噪效果。  相似文献

Abstract  This paper considers some results of a study designed to investigate the kinds of mathematical activity undertaken by children (aged between 8 and 11) as they learned to program in LOGO. A model of learning modes is proposed, which attempts to describe the ways in which children used and acquired understanding of the programming/mathematical concepts involved. The remainder of the paper is concerned with discussing the validity and limitations of the model, and its implications for further research and curriculum development.  相似文献
