为拓展二氧化钛对可见光的响应,采用溶胶-凝胶法、水解法制备了碳掺杂二氧化钛粉末。用X射线衍射、比表面分析和紫外-可见光漫反射吸收光谱等方法对制备的样品进行了表征,对可见光照射下的光催化活性进行了测试,并考察了煅烧温度对光催化活性的影响。结果表明:碳掺杂致使二氧化钛在可见光区的光吸收增强,在降解甲基橙的实验中表现出良好的可见光催化活性;随煅烧温度的增加,晶粒增大,可见光催化活性减弱。 相似文献

Titania catalysts were synthesized by a solution combustion method (SCM). Photodegradation of 4-chlorophenol (4-CP) using the synthesized catalysts was studied under both visible light (λ≥420nm) and sunlight irradiation. The effect of preparation conditions on photocatalytic activities of the synthesized catalysts was investigated. The optimal photocatalytic activity of the catalyst (denoted as A1 ) was obtained under the following synthesis conditions: ignition temperature of 350~C, fuel ratio ( φ) of 1 and calcination time of lh. The degradation and mineralization ratio of 4-CP were 78.2% and 53.7% respectively under visible light irradiation for 3h using catalyst A1. And the catalyst A1 also showed high photocatalytic activity under sunlight irradiation. 相似文献

对自制锐钛矿型掺铁二氧化钛粉末进行SEM表征,研究了用光催化降解甲基紫的影响因素。结果表明,所制备的粉末由二氧化钛晶体自组装而成,晶体呈八面体结构,每个面为三角形。可见光照射下,用产物二氧化钛催化降解甲基紫溶液的优化条件是:4 mg/L的甲基紫溶液中加入0.180 0 g掺铁2%(摩尔分数)二氧化钛粉末,室温下恒温反应2 h,降解率为59.36%。 相似文献

本课题研究了掺镧纳米二氧化钛的物理特性及光催化活性,探讨了它们之间的关系,通过对甲基橙和罗丹明两种不同结构物质的降解实验,发现掺镧纳米TiO2光催化性能具有广泛性,用于实际印染废水处理,再次验证掺镧能提高TiO2的光催化效能,其中掺镧量为0.02%(质量比,下同)的光催化效果最好。 相似文献

以氯化铟(InCl3)和钒酸铵(NH4VO3)为原料,通过回流法制备出了钒酸铟(InV04)溶胶.用x射线衍射仪、透射电镜、分光光度计等手段对样品物相、微观形貌、光催化性能进行表征.结合实验结果分析了InVO4的生成机理,优化了工艺参数.实验证明:回流法中用氢氧化钾(KOH)作矿化剂、回流温度为100℃,时间为20h时,可得到性能较好的InVO4前驱体溶胶.最后,将制得的InVO4溶胶与实验室自制的回流二氧化钛(TiO2)溶胶混合获得复合溶胶,用溶胶-浸渍法在玻璃基片上制备复合薄膜,在一定温度下热处理,制得InVO4-TiO2复合光催化薄膜.通过测试,样品在可见光下12h对甲基橙的分解率最高可达73.1%. 相似文献

本文采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了以活性炭纤维(ACF)为模板的掺氮TiO2光催化剂,利用XRD、XPS、TEM、SEM和UV-Vis等方法对催化剂进行了表征,测定了催化剂在紫外、日光照射下光催化脱氨氮的活性.ACF作模板掺氮TiO2催化剂具有介孔结构,平均粒径约为10nm,比表面积为64.43m^2/g.紫外、可见光光催化2h氨氮(85mg/L)废水的氨氮去除率分别为68%和47%.结果表明,催化剂中氮的含量是影响催化剂光催化活性的重要因素。 相似文献

采用原位聚合法制备了一系列不同质量比m(Th)/m(Tb掺杂介孔TiO2)的复合光催化剂(其中Th为噻吩),采用XRD、FTIR、荧光光谱(PL)、场发射透射电镜(FETEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对复合光催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,复合粒子上的聚噻吩骨架中S原子与TiO2粒子间存在相互作用。以罗丹明B为模型降解物,研究了不同比例复合光催化剂在可见光下的光催化性能,其中m(Th)/m(Tb掺杂介孔TiO2)=1/10复合光催化剂光催化性能最好。在可见光照射下4 h,脱色率达到82.4%。这是由于Tb掺杂介孔TiO2与PTh(聚噻吩)之间的协同作用,拓宽了TiO2纳米粒子的光响应范围,提高了光生电子和空穴的分离效率,从而有效提高了其光催化性能。 相似文献

采用共沉淀-浸渍法制备掺Fe的改性纳米TiO2光催化剂,以五氯酚(PCP)的光催化降解反应为模型,研究了不同光催化剂、不同光催化降解体系对水体中PCP降解效率。结果表明,适量Fe元素掺杂改性TiO2后,光催化剂为锐钛矿型,粒径变小,形貌规则,分散性能良好,且掺杂后可降低纳米TiO2光生电子-空穴对的复合几率,提升光催化剂对可见光子利用率。0.008%Fe-TiO2具有最佳的PCP可见光催化降解效率,降解率达90.3%,超声对光催化氧化降解水体PCP有良好协同作用。该降解反应体系简单、可直接利用可见光,成本低、便于推广。 相似文献

采用Ce(NO3)3掺杂改性后的纳米TiO2粉末作为光催化剂(Ce-TiO2),研究了Ce-TiO2在可见光条件下光催化降解苯酚的过程,考察了Ce掺杂量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、pH值以及催化剂用量等因素对苯酚溶液光催化降解过程的影响。结果表明:可见光照射下,当Ce掺杂量为1.00%、焙烧温度为700℃、焙烧时间为3 h、反应溶液pH值为5、催化剂投加量为1.0 g/L时,苯酚的去除率达到最佳,为35.8%。 相似文献

TiO2是宽禁带(Eg=3.2ev)半导体材料,只能吸收少于5%的太阳光能,这限制了TiO2的实际应用,而金属离子掺杂、染料光敏化以及复合半导体均存在一定的缺陷.掺氮的TiO2(TiO2-xNx)可以克服这些缺陷并将吸光范围扩展到可见光区,具有令人欣慰的前景.本文就目前对TiO2-xNx光催化剂的制备以及在环境保护中实际应用的研究状况进行综述,并提出未来TiO2-xNx的研究趋势. 相似文献

Defective TiO2 attracted increasing attention due to its high photocatalytic activities. Herein, we report a facile and efficient method to fabricate gray defective TiO2 by vacuum annealing raw TiO2 materials with copper powders. The treated TiO2 nanoparticles exhibit significantly enhanced visible‐light‐photocatalytic performance with photo‐degradation rate increased to 400% as that of pristine commercial P25 under visible light. The performance enhancements can be attributed to the disordered structure, optimized optical and electronic properties of defective TiO2. In addition, this facile Cu reduction method provides an effective way to generate defective sites in other metal oxides for various potential applications. 相似文献

Cyclohexane was oxidized under visible light in a titanium dioxide suspension containing hydrogen peroxide. Cyclohexanol and
cyclohexanone were detected as products. Under similar experimental conditions, nonyl aldehyde was oxidized to nonylic acid.
The reaction rate for the oxidation on rutile particles was faster than that on anatase particles. When hydrogen peroxide
was added to suspensions of these particles, both rutile and anatase particles became yellow-colored due to the formation
of peroxide complexes on their surfaces. The difference between the reaction rates for rutile and anatase particles suggests
that the properties of the peroxide complexes formed on these particles are different. The properties of these complexes were
