用傅立叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)差谱法研究了高氯化聚乙烯(HCPE)的热老化降解机理,表征了高氯化聚乙烯在160 ℃热空气老化过程中分子结构的动态变化.结果显示,HCPE中C-Cl及亚甲基含量迅速减少,随着热老化时间的延长,这2种基团含量逐渐减少,而-OH、-C=O和-C-O等基团含量逐渐增加,表明HCPE的热老化降解是先脱去HCl,生成的共轭烯烃自动氧化反应的过程. 相似文献

研究粘土 /SBR及粘土 /NR纳米复合材料的耐热氧老化和耐臭氧老化性能 ,并考察粘土 /SBR纳米复合材料的热失重和气体阻隔性。结果表明 ,粘土 /SBR纳米复合材料的耐热氧老化和耐臭氧老化性能均优于炭黑 /SBR复合材料 ;粘土 /NR纳米复合材料的耐热氧老化性能略优于炭黑 /NR复合材料 ,耐臭氧老化性能与炭黑 /NR复合材料相差不大 ;均匀分散的纳米粘土可提高橡胶的热稳定性和气体阻隔性 ,减缓氧及臭氧在橡胶中的扩散 ,降低橡胶分子链受攻击的几率 ,有利于提高橡胶耐热氧老化和耐臭氧老化性能 相似文献

Cashew nut shell liquid (CNSL) is a cheap agro-by-product and renewable resource that consists mainly of substituted phenols. A CNSL-based resin was used in this study to modify the properties of the elastomers Isobutylene-Isoprene Rubber (IIR) and Natural Rubber (NR). The resin was a copolymer obtained by condensing a mixture of phenol and CNSL with hexamethylenetetramine. The effect of the resin on the aging properties of elastomers was studied by following changes in tensile strength, elongation at break, modulus, and tear strength. Comparison of the properties of the aged material containing resin with those of specimens not containing any modifiers shows improved aging characteristics with respect to tensile strength, modulus, and tear strength for IIR. 相似文献

Thermooxidative degradation at and beyond processing temperatures of a polyoxymethylene copolymer has been progressively accelerated to carbonisation through oven-storage aging. The quantification of such degradation was carried out through FTIR spectrography and colour spectrophotometry methods. The state of thermo-oxidation was monitored through the FTIR spectra corresponding to the carbonyl aldehyde group (O=CH) and methylene bending (–CH2), as well as the chromaticity changes experienced on the sample surface. The results showed that the FTIR bands suggested are a reliable indicator during the initial conditions of degradation, however, the spectrophotometry becomes more appropriate method for more aggressive conditions leading to carbonisation. 相似文献

采用环氧化天然橡胶(ENR25和ENR45)改性陶土,通过对混炼胶结合胶质量分数、硫化胶表观交联密度、补强性能和力学性能的测定,研究了ENR与陶土的相互作用,ENR的环氧化程度及ENR的用量对陶土和填充NR硫化胶结构与性能的影响。结果表明,ENR可提高陶土与NR间界面的作用强度,提高混炼胶的结合胶质量分数,增大硫化胶的表观交联密度,改善硫化胶的网络结构,提高陶土填充NR硫化胶的力学性能,其中ENR25对陶土的改性效果优于ENR45。 相似文献

以化学反应动力学原理为基础,利用热重分析法作为实验手段,通过线性模拟得出聚酰亚胺(PI)的寿命线性方程。克服了热老化寿命常规法试验时间长、所需试样量大、试验温度高的缺点。得出的理论结果和实际相仿,表明Coats-Redfern方法可以行之有效的估算高级工程材料PI的热老化寿命。 相似文献
