本文基于R.Piltner和R.L.Taylor1999年的工作^「1」,利用Maple数学软件包,发展了一种解析刚度阵杂交元。这种单元具有和传统的位移元相当的效率,而蒿于位移元和QM6^「2」单元。同时,该单元能方便地接入流行的商用软件,如NASTRAN、MARC、ABAQUS等,以便进行大规模有限元计算。利用ABAQUS的UEL功能,作者已将该单元成功地接入ABAQUS软件件中。文中给出的数值  相似文献

给出了一种基于权因子调整的四次Bēzier曲线形状控制的有效方法。推导出了曲线肩点的两种新的表达式。这两个表达式对曲线权因子的意义进行了较好的解释,很好地反应出权因子变化对曲线肩点位置的影响。基于这两个表达式,推导出了曲线肩点插值某固定点时各权因子的具体取值公式。最后,实例表明此方法能给曲线形状调整带来实用性指导。  相似文献

Large numbers of fatigue testing results of welded joints after ultrasonic peening treatment (UPT) were analyzed and summarized. Differences in fatigue design between as welded and UPT joints were discussed. Results indicate that material strength has effect, to a certain extent, on the fatigue performance of UPT welded joints. Contrast tests show that slope m values (6.3–23) of SN curves of UPT welded joints are much bigger than 3.0 (recommended by the international institute of welding-IIW). It is not appropriate to simply use m as 3.0 to analyze the fatigue testing data of UPT joints. Furthermore, after UPT, fatigue strength is not independent of the average stress any more, so stress ratio should be taken into account for fatigue design.  相似文献

Contrast fatigue tests were carried out on T-shape tubular joints of 20 steel in three conditions: as welded, treated by ultrasonic peening treatment (UPT) before loading and UPT under loading. Results are: (1) Dispersity of test results measured by nominal stress is much larger than that measured by hot spot stress. After UPT before loading, fatigue strength of 20 steel tubular joints measured by hot spot stress increases by 67% and fatigue life is prolonged by 22–45 times. (2) Under low stress ratio R, UPT before loading can improve the fatigue performance of welded tubular joints significantly. (3) Under high stress ratio R, UPT under loading (static load) is recommended to improve the fatigue performance of welded tubular joints. UPT under loading not only enhances the fatigue properties at low stress level, but also at high stress level. (4) The general rule of SN curves of welded joints treated by UPT is commonly effected by external load (static load) and self release of residual stress.  相似文献

The conventional fatigue design codes was formulated based on the data from test stress cycles less than 1 × 107. Most of them could not be applied for welded structures serviced in the ultra-long life region so the new recommendations were discussed. The method of ultrasonic peening treatment (UPT) was introduced in this thesis as a post-weld treatment to improve the fatigue strength of the welded structures. The fatigue behavior of welded structures in the ultra-long life region was investigated using an ultrasonic fatigue test machine under two post-weld treatment states: the as-welded and the UPT. Discussion had also been made about the fracture mechanism on the UPT joints in ultra-long life fatigue test.  相似文献

The development of up-converting phosphor reporter particles has added a powerful tool to modern detection technologies. Carefully constructed phosphor reporters have core-shell structures with surface functional groups suitable for standard bio-conjugations. These reporters are chemically stable, possess the unique property of infrared up-conversion, and are readily detected. In contrast to conventional fluorescent reporters, up-converting phosphor particles do not bleach and allow permanent excitation with simultaneous signal integration. A large anti-Stokes shift (up to 500 nm) separates discrete emission peaks from the infrared excitation source. Along with the unmatched contrast in biological specimens due to the absence of autofluorescence upon infrared excitation, up-converting phosphor technology (UPT) has unique properties for highly-sensitive particle-based assays. The production and characteristics of UPT reporter particles as well as their application in various bioassays is reviewed.  相似文献

This paper describes an inexpensive kit which is designed to allow users to get acquainted with modern instrumentation without the necessity to get to a laboratory where the instruments are available. The kit takes advantage of any low-cost audio card installed into a personal computer and is based on an open-source code, which interacts with the audio card, and on a simple test board, which allows the audio card to be calibrated. The kit is the base of the Instrumentation Training Project at the Politecnico di Torino, which is composed of a set of guided experiments based on the capabilities of the training kit.  相似文献
