基于工序加工能力的并行公差优化设计 总被引:3,自引:2,他引:3
提出一种基于工序加工能力的并行工序公差优化设计方法。在产品的初步结构设计阶段,通过相配零件的加工工艺规划把装配功能公差表示为零件的工序公差,建立以加权制造总成本最小为目标,以并行公差链、标准化的工序公差系数、机床最大经济极限公差为约束的非线性并行公差优化设计模型,求解该模型得到最佳的工序公差。最后给出了并行公差优化设计的一个工程实例,结果表明,所提的方法具有比传统串行等精度方法更合理、工序公差数值更大的优点。 相似文献

通过对并行公差优化设计的分析,将其视为一种混合变量组合优化问题.首先给出了并行公差优化设计的数学模型,然后将其映射为一类特殊的旅行商问题--顺序多路旅行商问题,从而降低了问题的求解难度.利用蚁群优化算法和粒子群优化算法,分别在求解离散和连续变量优化时的优势,提出了一种求解并行公差优化设计问题的混合群集智能算法.通过一个计算实例,将混合群集智能算法分别与遗传算法和模拟退火算法进行了比较,结果表明,前者具有更强的搜索能力和较高的效率.同时,混合群集智能算法也为求解一般意义的混合变量优化问题提供了借鉴和参考. 相似文献

为了解决产品加工成本与质量稳健的协调性问题,提出了一种新的公差稳健优化设计数学模型.依据公差稳健设计的思想,考虑产品质量的模糊性,以封闭环误差分布概率密度函数的方差和优质品概率之比为设计目标,建立了公差优化设计产品质量稳健性损失成本目标函数,并研究了优质品率和封闭环误差分布方差的确定方法.以加工成本和产品质量稳健性损失成本为目标,以模糊装配可靠度、可取公差极限范围为约束条件,建立了公差多目标优化数学模型.举例说明了文中所述的公差稳健优化设计方法的应用,采用遗传算法实现了公差的多目标优化设计.实例表明,该方法能够协调零件的加工成本和产品质量的稳健性损失成本,使优化指标的综合性能最佳. 相似文献

In a concurrent design environment, a robust optimum method is presented to directly determine the process tolerances from multiple correlated critical tolerances in an assembly. With given distributions of multiple critical assembly dimensions, the Taguchi quadric quality loss function is first derived. The quality loss is then expressed as the function of pertinent process tolerances. A nonlinear optimal model is established to minimize the summation of manufacturing costs and product quality loss. The interaction between components in an assembly plays a major role in the performance and reliability of the assembly. However, in conventional design, the dimensions and tolerances of components are usually assigned intuitively to satisfy design constraints. Tolerance analysis is then performed to determine the critical tolerance accumulation that results from the assembly. The tolerances are then modified so that the interaction requirements are satisfied. This approach relies on the experience of the designers and the results may not be an optimum.This paper presents a direct method to determine the working dimensions and tolerances of components that allows control of the assembly interaction. The model is easy to construct and it provides a clear picture of the entire process and assembly links. Using the model, a set of linear equations is formulated directly based on the design constraints and interaction requirements. With appropriate constraints derived in terms of the process capabilities, the desired working dimensions and tolerances can be determined using LINDO, software for solving the linear programming problem. A multibody approach is suitable for tolerance analysis of mechanical systems since multibody formulation can directly consider
part-level tolerance variables. In this study, procedures for performing tolerance analysis and corresponding sensitivity
analysis for spatial multibody systems are proposed. First, statistical formulation for performing multibody system tolerance
analysis is developed to obtain system level tolerance for given part-level tolerances. One very useful aspect of the proposed
formulation is that in the process of computing system tolerance, the sensitivity of system tolerance with respect to part-level
tolerances can be additionally obtained. The kinematics of spatial multibody systems has been redefined in terms of both generalized
coordinates and part-level tolerance variables. Tolerances in geometry of a body are specified in terms of the variations
in relative locations of joint definition points and relative distance between them. Tolerances in the joint kinematics are
defined through variations in vector closure equations and orthogonality equations that are two fundamental constraint equations
for most kinematic joints. To demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed tolerance analysis procedure, tolerance
