本文采用点源脉冲示踪的方法考察了装填250 Y 型金属板波纹规整填料的填料塔中的轴向及径向返混。在规整填料塔的顶部注入 K Mn O4 作为示踪剂,从塔的底部的不同径向位置取样。通过最优化方法计算出轴向返混系数 Dz 和径向返混系数 Dr,研究了液相和气相对规整填料的返混的影响,并就液相和气相对返混影响做了初步解释。实验结果表明:径向扩散系数和轴向扩散系数随气速和液体流速的增大而增大。得到轴向和径向混合系数的彼克列数( Pez , Per) 与液相和气相的表观雷诺数( Re1 , Reg) 的关联式。  相似文献

将填料单元处理成立体节点网,根据节点网内网线液流和节点液流各自的运动方式建立了填料单元的液体分布模型.通过将填料与塔壁间的液体交换规范成填料节点网与塔壁节点网间的液量传递建立了填料单元对应塔壁区的流体分布模型.提出了规整填料塔液体分布问题的边界条件.2个描述填料单元及其对应塔壁区液体分布的数学模型与2类边界条件共同构成了波纹板规整填料塔的液体分布模型.采用单纯形法对3个模型参数进行了估计.模型计算结果与实验数据一致,表明模型能合理地描述波纹板规整填料塔的液体分布性能.  相似文献

A mathematical model of nitrogen oxide (NOx) absorption is adopted and solved for adiabatic operation of a column with structured packings on the basis of the film theory. Removal rate, outlet concentration, oxidation degree of NOx and outlet acid concentration, liquid acid temperature are simulated and tested. The gas phase reactions and equilibria, gas phase mass transfer, interracial equilibria, and liquid phase reactions are considered in the model. Absorption of nitrogen oxides is studied in packed with Mellapak 250Y columns in series in an industrial process of 20000 t oxalic acid per year. Favorable agreement is shown between the model predictions and the on-site observations.  相似文献

上海焦化有限公司200kt/a甲醇装置原先采用的是以浮阀塔技术为基础的三塔精馏生产工艺。为了满足2003年投产的140kt/a甲醇新装置的生产需要,上海焦化有限公司与天津大学合作,将原先精馏系统改造成新型高效填料塔的三塔精馏生产工艺。改造后,生产能力由原来的200kt/a增大为现在的350kg/a,同时在生产效率、产品质量和能耗等方面也有所改善。  相似文献

Detailed investigation of flow behavior in structured packing distillation columns is of great importance in accurate prediction of process efficiency and development of more efficient and optimal equipment internals. In this study, a three-dimensional two-phase flow model based on VOF method for simulating the hydrodynamics and mass-transfer behavior in a typical representative unit of the structured packing is developed. In the proposed model, the model is used for the closure of turbulent mass transfer equation. By solving the proposed model, the velocity distribution, phase fraction profile and concentration field are obtained. Using these data, the total liquid holdup, the wetted area and the separation efficiency [height equivalent to a theoretical plate (HETP)] are estimated. For testing the model validation, the simulated HETPs are compared with our previous experimental data obtained in a 150 mm-diameter column containing Mellapak 350Y operating at the pressures of 0.6-1.8 MPa. The compari-son shows that they are in satisfactory agreement, with an average absolute deviation (AAD) of 25.4%.  相似文献

The hydrodynamics of liquid flow in packed columns affects the column performance from the point of view of heat and mass transfer. The interfacial and the specific wetted areas are decisive in this case. The complex three‐dimensional liquid flow on a single structured and flat packing element of Rombopak 4M was investigated. It consists of four connected wavy inclined plates in an X‐shape configuration. The geometric characteristics of the packing were related to the fluid mechanics of the liquid distribution. CFD simulation results for different cell sizes and flow rates, obtained using the VOF (volume of fluid) model, are presented as being capable of describing this complex geometry. With the help of the CFD simulation and the experimental results from Rombopak 4M, correlations from the literature describing the interfacial and wetted area and liquid holdup in packed columns were adjusted to describe the hydrodynamic performance of Rombopak 4M.  相似文献

以235/45R18子午线轮胎为基础,以质量小、弹性优异的发泡弹性聚氨酯为内支撑体制备新型安全轮胎,用非线性有限元软件ABAQUS对其进行静态力学特性分析。结果表明:新型安全轮胎采用连通充气设计,能够在标准气压下正常行驶,不影响其操控性和舒适性;当轮胎漏气时,内支撑体与轮胎内衬层接触,内支撑体与胎侧共同承受载荷,从而减小胎侧部位的形变量,保证车辆能正常行驶到安全区域。  相似文献

A CFD model of the two‐phase countercurrent flow in the geometry of the plate‐type structured packing Mellapak 250.Y was built, tested and verified. The model was applied to determine the effect of liquid and gas flow rates and physicochemical properties of the flowing liquids on the interfacial area formed on structured packing. The CFD model allowed us to determine the minimum liquid flow rate at which an unbroken liquid film was observed on the packing surface. The simulations confirmed that with an increase of the wetting rate the surface of the packing covered with a liquid film increased until the surface was totally covered up, while further slight changes of an interfacial area were the result of wave formation. The effect of gas load (F factor) on the film surface was in the range of a calculation error. Results of the CFD simulation allow us to predict the stages of film formation during liquid flow, to follow local velocity oscillations, film thickness and velocity profiles of phases.  相似文献

Physical 3D models were established for corrugated packing used in the enrichment of the isotope 13C. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation results indicated that common corrugated packing was not well wetted when used for isotope distillation. It is concluded that liquid misdistribution in the packed tower results from the structure of the packing rather than from the height of the packing beds. The existence of entrainment was also demonstrated by CFD simulation. It is proved that mass transfer equations based on the Nusselt theory are not suitable for distillation calculation in such a corrugated packing system. By comparison, the recently developed structured packing model with a corrugation geometry based on the right‐angled triangle, known as Zigzag‐pak, describes vapor‐liquid distribution properties well and has significant advantages over common corrugated packing due to its better liquid distribution character.  相似文献
