采用热模拟和显微组织分析方法,研究了冷却速率、变形温度、变形量等轧制工艺参数对一种X70级微合金管线钢组织及马氏体/奥氏体(M/A)小岛的影响.结果表明:增大冷速、降低变形温度均可使组织细化,组织中多边形铁素体减少,针状铁素体增多;同时,在不同的控轧条件下,会形成一定的M/A小岛,变形温度对M/A小岛影响不大,而适当提高冷速和增大变形量将减少小岛相对量,并使其细小而弥散分布于基体;合理控制形变参数及冷速可获得较理想的显微组织与M/A小岛的配合,提高材料性能. 相似文献

应用Gleeble-3500热/力模拟试验机研究了轧后冷速(20—0.5℃/s)、卷取温度(630—500℃)、精轧初始温度(1000—900℃)、末道次精轧温度(860~750℃)对X65管线钢(0.08%C、1.38%Mn、0.032%Nb、0.041%V、50×10^-6N)显微组织的影响。结果表明,增加轧后冷却速度、减小950℃左右的压下量,降低终轧和卷取温度可细化板材组织。提出150mm×1700mm板坯轧成7.1mm成品板的轧制温度为:1150—1200℃加热,≤1130℃粗轧至35mm,950—1020℃精轧,≤830℃终轧,≤580℃卷取,其产品力学性能满足标准要求。 相似文献

利用金相显微镜、SEM、TEM方法研究了轧后冷却制度对铌钛微合金化低碳贝氏体钢微观组织结构、第二相析出及力学性能的影响.结果表明:轧后空冷(弛豫)至一定温度后加速冷却获得铁素体/贝氏体双相组织;随轧后空冷终止温度降低,铁素体含量增加,晶粒尺寸越大,第二相析出尺寸也有长大趋势,贝氏体形态发生改变,贝氏体板条边界和取向越不明显,位错密度降低,M/A形态也发生一定变化;力学性能表现为强度降低,屈强比和韧塑性得到改善.当轧后空冷终止温度在725~740℃,然后以15℃/s的冷却速度冷却至440℃,可以获得良好的综合力学性能,性能满足标准GB/T 1591中Q690要求. 相似文献

The correlation among finish rolling temperature (FRT),microstructure and mechanical property of the high grade pipeline steel was investigated in this study.The microstructure of the steels with different finish rolling temperatures was observed with scanning electronic microscope (SEM) and transmission electronic microscope (TEM).The martensite/austenite (M/A) islands distribution was fixed by colour metallography,and the mechanical properties of the steels were tested with quasi-static tensile testing machine.The result shows that the fraction of M/A island increased with the finish rolling temperature decreasing,and when the finish rolling temperature is 800℃,the mechanical properties are the best. 相似文献

本文以X80管线钢为例,对2250热连轧生产高级别管线钢的成分设计及工艺控制进行了阐述。对生产的X80级高级别管线钢的力学性能、显微组织、析出物进行了分析研究。结果表明:2250热连轧生产的厚度规格为18.4mm的X80高级别管线钢力学性能优良,平均屈服强度为655MPa,平均抗拉强度为750MPa,屈强比为0.87,-20℃条件下平均冲击功为300J,-15℃条件下DWTT平均纤维断面率为95%。通过对显微组织进行观察发现X80级高级别管线钢的显微组织主要为粒状贝氏体加针状铁素体组织,析出物分布均匀,尺寸约在20nm左右。 相似文献

In order to improve the strength and toughness of 95CrMo steel and explore a short flow process,a direct rolling process was employed,and the effect of finishing rolling process on microstructure and mechanical properties was investigated.The results show that,with the decrease of finishing rolling temperature,inter-lamellar spacing in-creases,the strength as well as hardness has a general increase,and secondary cementite is distributed uniformly but represents a remarkable decrease in size.Based on Hall-Petch type equation,an effective relationship of yield strength and pearlite structure parameters was established.The correlation coefficients between the measured and calculated strength were more than 0.9 5 ,which indicated a high reliability of the relationship.By analyzing the indi-vidual strength contributions of pearlite structures,yield strength was found to have a more great dependence on pearlite inter-lamellar spacing than colony size. 相似文献
