用接触力学方法推导了托轮与轮带接触应力的计算公式,利用ANSYS的二次开发功能,开发了托轮与轮带的有限元建模程序,建立了回转窑托轮与轮带的有限元分析模型。应用接触力学和有限元方法对2号窑的托轮轮带的接触应力进行了计算,表明这两种方法都有较高的计算精度。有限元法计算结果表明:在滚动接触过程中,轮带应力呈复杂交变状态,在与托轮的接触区内,出现了明显的应力集中,这使接触面表层易出现楔状掉块、开裂等接触疲劳破坏;在轮带回转过程中,每一点的变形均呈现凹凸交变的复杂状态,从而迫使筒体的变形凹凸交变,严重时导致窑衬松动脱落。 相似文献

The skin‐core interfacial fracture properties of a number of dry and moistureconditioned sandwich structures have been investigated over a range of crosshead displacement rate using the three point bend sandwich (TPBS) structure. It has been shown that the interfacial fracture toughness, Gc, of a crosslinked PVC system decreases rapidly with loading rate, whereas the toughness of a linear PVC remains roughly constant. In contrast, the interfacial fracture toughness of the balsa core material increased steadily with increasing crosshead displacement rate, an effect that was attributed to the rate dependent properties of the glass fibers in the wake of the primary crack. Prolonged seawater exposure in an aluminum honeycomb structure was found to attack the bond between the epoxy matrix and the aluminum core, facilitating crack advance along the skin‐core interface. Finally, it is concluded that great care should be exercised before selecting sandwich structures for hostile marine environments. 相似文献

研究了低速冲击对缝合与未缝合碳纤维泡沫夹芯复合材料冲击性能及损伤的影响;采用落锤冲击试验机对缝合和未缝合夹芯复合材料板分别进行了不同冲击能量下的冲击实验,得出冲击力和冲头位移分别随时间变化的曲线;采用水浸超声波扫描成像系统对冲击后的复合材料板进行损伤检测,得出夹芯复合材料板内部损伤情况。结果表明,在相同冲击能量下,缝合碳纤维复合材料板的冲击力较未缝合的要大,但冲头接触时间要短;此外,缝合碳纤维泡沫夹层复合材料板比未缝合的损伤面积要小,这说明缝线能有效的抑制冲击载荷下复合材料板内损伤扩散,减小分层损伤面积,提高复合材料板的抗冲击性能;缝合的抑制损伤效果在表面层和最内部层效果显著,而在中间层缝线的效果一般。 相似文献

Beam and elasticity theory have been applied to the deformation observed to occur when a model adhesive joint is exposed to water. The adhesive joint is comprised of a thin microscope cover slip/adhesive layer/rigid substrate sandwich.
The presence of damped normal displacement waves in the cover slip, predicted to exist in the joint in regions of negligible water concentration, has been confirmed by measurements on photographs of interference patterns generated with an optical interferometer.
A “theory assisted” fit for the normal displacement has led to an improved fourth derivative, and this has enabled a better estimate to be made for the distribution of normal swelling stress. 相似文献

The three‐point bending behavior of sandwich beams made up of jute epoxy skins and piecewise linear functionally graded (FG) rubber core reinforced with fly ash filler is investigated. This work studies the influence of the parameters such as weight fraction of fly ash, core to thickness ratio, and orientation of jute on specific bending modulus and strength. The load displacement response of the sandwich is traced to evaluate the specific modulus and strength. FG core samples are prepared by using conventional casting technique and sandwich by hand layup. Presence of gradation is quantified experimentally. Results of bending test indicate that specific modulus and strength are primarily governed by filler content and core to sandwich thickness ratio. FG sandwiches with different gradation configurations (uniform, linear, and piecewise linear) are modeled using finite element analysis (ANSYS 5.4) to evaluate specific strength which is subsequently compared with the experimental results and the best gradation configuration is presented. 利用有限元方法对一种复合材料夹层结构翼型件在一定压力下的力学性能进行了数值分析。计算结果显示最大变形区域为翼型件右上半部分,最大位移为6.2mm。应力分析表明面板部分受力较小,应力主要集中在右边铝合金下半部分。将计算所得应力值代入TsAi—Wu破坏准则进行校核,结果表明,翼型件在所加载荷下安全,为翼型件的强度设计提供了理论依据。通过真空辅助模压成型工艺试制了若干件翼型件并进行了静力学测试,结果表明,理论计算与试验结果具有较好的一致性。试验完成后对翼型件的内部质量进行了无损检测,结果表明,与拉力试验前相比翼型件内部没有损伤产生。 相似文献
