The rotational spectrum of the argon-diacetylene van der Waals complex, produced in a supersonic molecular beam at 1 K, has been observed with a Fourier-transform microwave spectrometer. We observed 22 a-type rotational transitions with Ka up to 3. Three rotational constants, five centrifugal distortion constants, and one higher-order centrifugal distortion constant were determined precisely by least-squares analysis. The complex is shown to have a planer T-shaped structure with C2v symmetry. The structural analysis provides that the Ar atom is located 3.68 A from the center of mass of diacetylene. Force constants for the van der Waals vibrations were determined from the centrifugal distortion constants. It has been found that this complex has a much steeper and more harmonic intermolecular potential than the argon-acetylene complex. Copyright 1997 Academic Press. A BWO-based terahertz spectrometer has been constructed and tested by measuring some high-J rotational transitions of NNO in the frequency region from 620 to 730 GHz. The observed line center frequencies confirm the previously reported ones obtained by FTIR spectroscopy. The high sensitivity of the present spectrometer allowed us to record spectra of singly substituted isotopomers, 15NNO, N15NO, NN18O, and NN17O, in natural abundance. The effects of different doses of filgrastim on yields of CD34+ peripheral blood stem cells were evaluated in patients with breast cancer. 55 were randomized to receive filgrastim 10, 20, 30 or 40 microg/kg/d with more CD34+ cells/kg/apheresis harvested after the three highest dose levels. 35 additional patients were randomized to receive 10 or 30 microg/ kg. The median number of CD34+ cells collected after 10 microg/ kg (n = 31) was 0.7 x 10(6)/kg/apheresis (range 0.1-4.4) as compared to 1.2 (range 0.1-6.8) after 30 microg/kg (n = 32) (P = 0.04). Among patients randomized to 10 v 30 microg/kg, more (50%) achieved > or = 5.0 x 10(6) CD34+ cells/kg and less aphereses were required to achieve > or = 2.5 x 10(6) CD34+ cells/kg after the higher dose (P = 0.04). In multivariate analyses, patients receiving 10 microg/kg (n = 31) had lower yields of CD34+ cells (P = 0.026) and had a 3.3-fold increase in the probability of not achieving > or = 5.0 x 10(6) CD34+ cells/kg as compared to patients receiving 20-40 microg/kg (n = 59). Patients who had received radiation had a 2.9-fold probability of not achieving > or = 2.5 x 10(6) CD34+ cells/kg. These data suggest that, in patients with good marrow reserves, doses of filgrastim > 10 microg/kg/d mobilized more CD34+ cells and may be useful when high numbers of CD34+ cells are desired.  相似文献

The "Ritz" program, originally written for the analysis of the Fourier transform spectra of the methanol isotopomers and presented in previous papers, has been extended in order to analyze the spectra of other molecules. This program evaluates the term values involved in the assigned transitions by the Rydberg-Ritz combination principle, and can tackle such perturbations as Fermi-type resonances or Coriolis interactions. As a first application of the extended version, we present an investigation of the Fourier transform spectrum of cyanamide between 25 and 980 cm-1. More than 16 000 lines have been assigned. Our Ritz database now comprises a list of more than 19 000 assigned lines (including of the microwave and FIR lines available in the JPL database) and more than 3900 term values. All of the lines presented in this paper correspond to transitions within the ground and first excited inversion levels of the ground vibrational state of the small-amplitude modes.
