莱钢1500宽带钢生产线采用的是斯坦因公司的数字化加热炉,其燃烧系统采用的脉冲燃烧控制方式,具有灵活操作、加热质量高、燃耗低等优点。由于现场工况限制造成加热炉加热温度不均、煤气热值不稳、加热能力不足,现场生产节奏频繁改变都给加热系统增加了困难。经改造后的燃烧控制系统有效提高了炉温的稳定性,有利于后续轧制及带钢产品质量。 相似文献

在实际的系统应用中,由于无刷直流电机采用普通PID控制策略难以满足高精度以及快速响应的需求,需要寻求更优的控制方式,因此通过融合粒子群算法与模糊控制的优势进行互补,采用了对外界因素变化影响较弱的模糊控制和运算处理效率较快的粒子群算法相互作用,进而优化单一控制算法控制精度不足。通过Simulink仿真验证,无论在响应速度还是在抗扰方面,无刷直流电机的优势都得到了很大的提升,能够获得更高的控制精度和稳态性,相比普通PID控制,启动阶段可以达到无超调,在面对负载扰动情况下抗干扰能力提高了50%。 相似文献

This paper focuses on the design and implementation of a fuzzy-logic-based torque control system, embedded in an open-architecture computer numerical control (CNC), in order to provide an optimization function for the material removal rate. The control system adjusts the feed rate and spindle speed simultaneously as needed, to regulate the cutting torque using the CNC's own resources without requiring additional hardware overheads. The control system consists of two inputs (i.e., torque error and change of error), two outputs (i.e., the feed rate and spindle speed increment) fuzzy controller, and a self-tuning mechanism, all of which are embedded within the kernel of a standard open control. The self-tuning strategy is based on the measured peaks in the torque error signal of the closed-loop system response. The self-tuning fuzzy controller is applied to the milling process in a production environment in order to demonstrate the improvements in performance and effectiveness. Two approaches are tested, and their performance is assessed using several performance measurements. These approaches are the two-input/two-output for the fuzzy controller and a single-output fuzzy controller (i.e., only feed-rate modification), with and without the self-tuning mechanism. The results demonstrate that the proposed control strategy provides better transient performance, accuracy, and machining cycle time than the others, thus, increasing the metal removal rate. 相似文献

This paper describes an algorithm for solving reliability optimization problems formulated as nonlinear binary programming problems with multiple-choice constraints. These constraints stand for restrictions in which only one variable is assigned to each subset making up the set; thus, they are expressed by equations whose r.h.s. is unity. Different types of methods for achieving high reliability (an increase in component reliability, parallel redundancy, standby redundancy, etc.) can be easily used simultaneously as design alternatives for each subsystem. In order to solve the problem effectively, the Lawler & Bell algorithm is improved by introducing a new lexicographic enumeration order which always satisfies the multiple-choice constraints. The function for obtaining feasible solutions which give first ~ L-th minimum values of the objective function is added to the algorithm in order to make it more useful for decision making. After a numerical example assists in understanding the algorithm, the computational efficiency is compared with that of the Lawler & Bell algorithm. 相似文献

In the infrared guidance system, the gray level threshold is key for target recognition. After thresholding, a target in the binary image is distinguished from the complex background by three recognition features. Using a genetic algorithm, this paper seeks to find the optimal parameters varied with different sub-images to compute the adaptive segmentation threshold.
