为了提高风力发电机的电能质量,减小风力发电机在发电过程中的桨叶载荷,提高变桨距执行机构的性能,采用小波分析对风力发电机进行了分析、阈值化与重构,同时对桨叶根部载荷和统一变桨控制器执行机构性能进行分析与评估。以FAST模型为基础在标准风速下对统一变桨风力发电机进行的仿真分析结果表明:小波分析方法能够减少风力发电机发出功率的谐波含量,能够对桨叶载荷进行提前预估,且独立变桨控制器的跟踪效果较好。 相似文献

为解决现有聚氨酯发泡机原料搅拌器因笨重而引起功率和材料的浪费、搅拌效率低等问题,采用响应面分析法对聚氨酯料罐内搅拌器进行结构轻量化设计。设计了一种四叶平直叶开启式涡轮搅拌器,以其搅拌轴和搅拌叶片为主要研究对象。首先,将UG_NX建立的几何结构导入ANSYS中对两者进行有限元静力学分析。根据搅拌器的实际工况,分别施加力与载荷后,求解得到变形图和等效应力图。其次,在静力学分析的基础上对叶片进行响应面分析。以质量最小为优化目标,叶片的厚度和宽度为设计变量,叶片在对应的力与载荷条件下所受的应力与变形为约束条件,最后求解得到质量最小且满足应力、应变条件下所对应的最优结构尺寸方案。最后,为避免搅拌轴发生共振,对搅拌轴进行模态分析,得到其前六阶的振型和固有频率。最终仿真结果表明,叶片质量减少为原来的31%,且最大变形仅为0.035 mm,最大等效应力为7.52 MPa。证明采用响应面分析法对搅拌轴及叶片的结构进行轻量化设计能够满足强度要求。 相似文献

In this paper, an optimum design method for co-cured steel-composite tubular single lap joints under axial load is proposed based on a failure model which incorporates the nonlinear mechanical behavior of the steel adherend and the failure mode of joints such as composite adherend failure and steel adherend failure. The design parameters considered were the test temperature, the stacking sequence of the composite adherends, the thickness ratio of the steel adherend to the composite adherend, and the existence of scarf in the steel adherend. Stress analysis of the cocured steel-composite tubular single lap joints was performed considering the nonlinear mechanical behavior of the steel adherend, and the fabrication residual thermal stress and thermal degradation of the composite adherend. The method developed may be employed in the joining of hybrid composite structures such as golf clubs and automotive composite propeller shafts in which a carbon/epoxy shaft has normally been bonded to a metal shaft with epoxy adhesives. 相似文献

以直径1 m的搅拌槽为模型、含水率92%的污泥和粒径0.1 mm的固体颗粒为工作介质,采用Fluent软件对错位六叶螺旋桨搅拌下污泥与固体颗粒的混合过程进行数值模拟,通过与普通六叶螺旋桨对比,分析了2种桨型的浓度场分布、混合时间及单位体积混合能,并将计算的固体颗粒浓度分布与实验结果进行了比较. 结果表明,固体颗粒浓度分布计算结果和实验结果吻合较好,流动场分布对混合过程有一定影响,相同条件下错位桨搅拌的浓度场分布更快趋于稳定. 当转速N=4 r/s时,错位六叶螺旋桨的混合时间为27 s,比六叶螺旋桨的混合时间缩短9 s. 采用错位桨单位体积混合能仅为普通桨的79.6%,节能效果显著. 相似文献

Currently the service life of CDQ shafts in China is mainly restricted by the properties of the inclined flue bricks.In this work,based on the systematic analysis of the damage mechanism of inclined flue refractories,high performance mullite-SiC bricks were developed.The bricks were produced by corundum,andalusite,SiC and other high purity raw materials.Metal silicon and alumina ultra micropowder were added to form dispersion multi-phase structure,fortifying the matrix and improving the microstructure.The products have excellent properties such as low porosity,high density,good wear resistance,high refractoriness under load,and good thermal shock resistance.The products can replace the ordinary mullite-SiC bricks and obtain a good service life. 相似文献

The stress distribution and the displacement are examined when a butt adhesive joint, in which two dissimilar tubular shafts are joined, is subjected to a torsional load. In the analyses, general representations of the stresses and the displacements are given as a torsion problem when two dissimilar tubular shafts are band-adhesively bonded. Next, in the case of shafts with the same material, effects of the ratio of the shear modulus of an adhesive to that of shafts, the thickness of the adhesive and the bonded position of band-adhesive on the stress distribution are made clear by numerical computations. Moreover, when solid shafts are joined, these effects are made clear by the similar analyses and numerical computations. 相似文献
