Parental separation can be psychologically distressing for families—particularly when conflict between parents is high. In Australia, reforms to Family Law legislation have introduced mandatory mediation, which has increased the need for community-based family dispute resolution (FDR) services. Providers have responded to these needs with innovative solutions, including online computer-assisted mediation technologies. We evaluated the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) within the context of an Australian online family dispute resolution (OFDR) system. The model was extended to include trust and personal web innovativeness, which we proposed would be implicated in the intentions of staff to use a family mediation service. A cross-sectional web-survey methodology was employed to collect data from 127 staff in the implementation organization. The measurement and structural models were evaluated with partial least squares (PLS) modeling and the results provided some support for our hypotheses. Specifically, the core UTAUT model was partially validated in this context. Moreover, effort expectancy mediated the effects of trust in technology on behavioral intention. Contrary to expectations, trust in the organization and innovativeness did not produce significant effects on intention. Practically, these results suggest that pre-contemplation technology acceptance research can have utility for change management and system design.  相似文献

针对网络购物中买卖双方的信任问题,建立了基于信誉推荐的主观信誉模型。该模型不仅引入了交易时间、交易金额及信誉推荐可信度等客观因素,还引入了第一印象等主观因素。基于Matlab的仿真实验表明,[Zi→j]模型能保证交易成功率的成功率在0.8以上,而且[Zi→j]模型比其他的信誉模型能更好地对抗恶意节点(特别是间歇性恶意节点)的恶意行为,具有较高的稳定性。  相似文献

在现有的网格经济模型和在线信誉系统的基础上,提出了基于拍卖机制的网格在线信誉系统模型.该模型侧重于保护资源提供者,为资源提供者提供了贡献与共享资源的动机,吸引更多更好的资源加入网格,实现资源优化分配.保证交易双方均获取最大利益,有利于网格资源的市场管理及供需均衡.并以市场为平台,构建一种新的网格信任模型,由交易事件和衰减函数共同驱动信任度的在线更新,并引入激励机制,尽可能增强信任模型的合理性和可操作性.  相似文献

网上拍卖的匿名性以及不确定性是网上欺诈行为不断增加的重要客观因素,因此,建立一个完善的信任模型成为网上拍卖中亟待解决的问题。归纳了网上拍卖中受主、客观因素影响的信任概念模型,探讨了当今拍卖网站主要采用的信任模型以及存在的问题。列举了当前改进的信任计算模型,包括基于社会学理论的信任模型、基于统计的信任模型、基于概率的信任模型、基于不确定性理论的信任模型、基于语义的信任模型和基于网格的信任模型;在对上述模型的优势和不足进行具体分析的基础上,展望了未来信任模型的发展方向。  相似文献

介绍了切换多模型控制方法,针对多模型方法中子模型数量过多的问题,提出一种基于模型集在线优化方案的多模型自适应控制算法,并对其实时性进行讨论,该方法能减少子模型数量,降低计算复杂度,缩短系统的采样间隔,计算机仿真结果表明,该方法在控制精度,计算复杂度等方面均优于采用固定模型集的切换方案。  相似文献

根据交易者在交易环境中的角色划分设立商家名声与消费者名声,提出了基于评价时间顺序、交易金额和消费者信任值权重的信任模型;通过金额和消费者信任值加权计算商家加权平均分,在判断消费者评价可信度基础上,考虑时间衰减因子计算商家信任值。实验证明,该信任模型能够准确地判断诋毁消费者和不诚信商家,提高了信任模型的抗攻击能力和可用性,可有效帮助消费者识别商家的信任值变化趋势。  相似文献

针对复杂的在线服务环境下存在的主观性和不确定性,且缺乏从信任程度、不信任程度和不确定性程度三方面描述信任的方法,提出一种集成直觉模糊信息的主观信任模型。首先,给出了一种改进的集成精确数为直觉模糊数的方法,并结合K均值聚类算法,计算实体的直接信任和间接信任;然后,根据基于直觉模糊熵的权重分配策略计算综合信任;最后进行了仿真实验验证。结果表明该方法能有效抑制信用欺诈行为,且当恶意节点达到35%的情况下仍然维持一个较低的误差水平。  相似文献

Online computer gaming is growing at a rapid pace. However, this phenomenon is stigmatised by many negative connotations. This study investigated the influence of intangibility on perceived risks (social, time, financial, physical, performance and psychology) among online gamers. The self-completed market survey questionnaire employs the Intangibility and Perceived Risk scales. Data were gathered in Taipei city, the biggest metropolitan areain Taiwan. Both public (1018) and online (400) voluntary interviews were conducted. The collected data were analysed with a structural equation model. There is a significant positive relationship between intangibility and alldimensions of perceived risk. The findings have managerial implications and future research is suggested.  相似文献

为了研究网络舆论的传播过程及发展趋势,建立了一个基于元胞自动机的网络舆论激励模型,用于模拟网络舆论形成过程中个体发表言论数的变化以及个体观点的变化。在模型中,将网络空间的个体抽象为以情感描述的元胞,用情感倾向度和情感倾向度门限来确定元胞发表言论的状态,用情感激励来描述元胞的移动规则。同时,该模型考虑了个体数量增减和社会突发事件对网络舆论传播的影响,从而更能准确地模拟网络现实事件。  相似文献

基于技术接受与使用整合模型理论,结合最新的研究成果,构建手机视频APP用户使用意愿影响因素研究模型,不考虑个人属性特点即控制变量的影响,将绩效期望、努力期望、社会影响、信息化需求、娱乐性需求和个性化需求作为核心变量,从而提出初始理论模型与假设。然后,通过问卷调查搜集数据,利用结构化方程建模方法进行模型验证与修正。实证结果表明,绩效期望、社会影响、信息化需求、娱乐性需求与个性化需求对手机视频APP使用意愿有正向影响。  相似文献

This study presents two extensions to the two‐stage expectation‐confirmation theory of information systems (IS) continuance. First, we expand the belief set from perceived usefulness in the original IS continuance model to include three additional predictors identified in the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology, namely effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions. Second, we ground the IS continuance model in the context of transactional systems that involve transmission of personal and sensitive information and include trust as a key contextual belief in the model. To test the expanded IS continuance model, we conducted a longitudinal field study of 3159 Hong Kong citizens across two electronic government (e‐government) technologies that enable citizens' access to government services. In general, the results support the expanded model that provides a rich understanding of the changes in the pre‐usage beliefs and attitudes through the emergent constructs of disconfirmation and satisfaction, ultimately influencing IS continuance intention. Finally, we discuss the theoretical and practical implications of the expanded model.  相似文献

This paper reviews the literature related to the concept of information quality (IQ) in the context of the online environment to understand how it has been conceptualised in the Information Systems (IS) literature, to identify gaps in the literature, and to make recommendations for future research. This study also extends the Information Processing Model (IPM) and proposes a novel dynamic model of online IQ perceptions and impacts. To understand the online IQ construct, an in-depth review of the literature is conducted. Overall, we reviewed 508 journal articles published between 1995 and 2016. This study found that there is a substantial gap in the IS literature in regards to a full understanding of the online IQ construct and its relation with the IPM. More research is needed to understand the way individuals process and respond to online information. Further, although the importance of context in theory development has been emphasised in the literature, very few empirical articles have explored the impact of contextual factors on the IPM as well as perceived online IQ. The findings provide online vendors with important guidelines that should be considered to motivate individuals to acquire more information from their websites that could lead to more satisfied and loyal users.  相似文献

This study aims to provide an integrated model that examines the determinants of near-field communication (NFC) based mobile payment (MP) technology acceptance in the restaurant industry. The proposed model, which combines the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) and technology acceptance model (TAM), was tested via structural equation modeling (SEM) by using data collected from 412 restaurant customers. The study results indicated that the proposed model provides approximately 20% greater explanatory power and predictive accuracy than the original UTAUT model and demonstrates strong evidence of the effects of risk, security, and trust on customers' intentions to use NFC-based MP technology in restaurant settings. In addition, considering the total effect, attitude, security, and risk have the most substantial impact on customers’ behavioral intentions. The study results further demonstrate that risk, security, and trust are also important determinants, with direct and indirect impacts, of other critical constructs (i.e., effort expectancy, hedonic and utilitarian performance expectancy, attitude, and intention). The empirical findings provide valuable theoretical contributions for researchers and practical implications for restaurant operators and technology vendors by explaining the reasons as to why the NFC-based MP is not popular in North American restaurants.  相似文献

Purpose of this research is to explain the factors affecting high school teachers' acceptance and use of interactive whiteboard within the scope of FATIH project according to the Unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT, Venkatesh et al., 2003). The study was designed using causal research design in order to examine the cause-effect relationship between the variables. Sample of the study consists of 158 teachers, determined via criteria sampling, who have participated in the study voluntarily. Data has been collected using a 7 points Likert scale, developed for this study, which covers UTAUS's factors and variables featuring interactive whiteboard acceptance and use of the teachers. The collected data has been analyzed with simple and multiple linear regressions and structural equation model. The findings have shown that performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence had positive effects on behavioral intention; behavioral intention and facilitating conditions had positive effects on the usage time of interactive whiteboard.  相似文献

社交网络作为一种新兴的媒体具有广泛的社会影响力,且基于社交网络的营销方式逐渐成为一种新的发展趋势,因此研究社交网络中消息的传播具有重大的现实和经济意义。通过借鉴日常生活中人与人之间的信任原理,提出了一种基于信任度的消息传播模型。该模型首先利用个体的公开信息,使用数据挖掘的算法对个体进行分类;然后,根据同类和不同类个体之间的关系计算个体之间的信任度;最后,使用消息与个体的属性相似性以及信任度来计算消息可能传播范围。给出了相应的计算方法,并与两种基准方法对比,结果表明,该模型在准确度上提升15%左右,而所用时间降低50%以上。与数据集统计结果对比,该实验的结果与统计结果相差5%左右,充分表明该模型在实际应用中有比较好的效果。  相似文献

为了提高传统内模控制的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力,采用在线支持向量机回归(Online Support Vector Machine Regression,OSVMR )理论建立系统的正向模型和设计逆模控制器。首先简要介绍了OSVMR的原理和算法,然后将其应用于内模控制问题,并建立了OSVMR模型。其次,在控制过程可逆的条件下设计了OSVMR控制器,最后将该控制方法应用于可逆非线性系统和具未知干扰的温室环境控制问题,仿真结果表明该方法与RBF神经网络IMC相比,具有较简单的模型和较好的控制性能。  相似文献

The growing use of social online services raises the question of what encourages members to participate actively and maintain accumulated social capital. Our research has particularly become aware of the relevance of familiarity, trust and reciprocity in understanding the members' sense of a virtual community (VC). Familiarity and trust are efficient criteria to assess and determine the extent to which one should engage in a virtual relationship. Furthermore, the effort of sharing experiences and knowledge must be based on the expectation of receiving certain returns. A structural equation modelling, specifically partial least squares, is proposed to assess the relationships between the constructs. Overall, the empirical results provided strong support for the hypotheses. Familiarity and trust lead the member to develop a growing perceived community support (PCS) and significantly influence the sense of a VC. Norms of reciprocity directly influence affective trust and PCS. Higher familiarity does not moderate the impact of affective trust on PCS, however. The results of this study could thus help social online service providers to create a successful business model and to determine the main drivers of the members' sense of a VC.  相似文献
