花垣型高磷锰矿富锰降磷的研究

花垣型高磷锰矿为我国一大类型锰矿。该类型锰矿含锰品位低,含磷高。本文根据“七五”富锰降磷攻关课题,阐述了采用强磁选富集锰—黑锰矿法除磷工艺的连续扩大试验研究结果;当原矿中Mn19.83％、PO.30％时,采用该流程可获得Mn40.15％、PO.147％(P/Mn0.0037),锰回收率达82.71％的合格锰精矿。     

某低品位碳酸锰矿选矿与利用途径研究

经过对某低品位碳酸锰原矿筛析、物相分析和X-衍射分析,实施了多方案选矿试验,仅取得该矿区低品位碳酸锰矿为难选锰矿的结论。为解决该类型锰矿的利用途径,又实施了直接硫酸浸出试验,取得了该矿区低品位碳酸锰矿的浸出率、耗酸量试验数据,为电解锰行业使用该类锰矿,研究和拟定了试验测试方法。研究成果推进了对该类低品位碳酸锰矿利用,可供同行业参考。     

绥宁岩田锰矿地质特征与找矿方向

岩田锰矿位于雷峰山边缘褶皱带内、是一个小而富的淋滤型氧化锰矿床。矿体呈似层状、透镜状、囊状、脉状产出。主要锰矿物为隐钾锰矿、恩苏塔矿、软锰矿、硬锰矿等,脉石矿物主要为石英。矿石具隐晶质结构、胶状结构及环带状构造、角砾状构造。工程平均品位,含锰最高的达49.29％,矿石类型属低磷低铁高硅氧化锰矿石。     

松桃锰矿开发利用现状评述

松桃锰矿探明储量4750万t,占全国总储量的十分之一以上。碳酸锰矿石平均含锰19—21％,次生氧化锰矿MnO_2地质品位平均在60％以上。松桃经开发利用锰矿资源20年后,锰产品已有原生碳酸锰矿、碳酸锰矿粉、焙烧锰矿、冶金用锰粉、化工用锰粉、锰铁、富锰渣、电解金属锰和电解二氧化锰等9个品种,总产值达3000多万元。今后要注意杜绝资源浪费,减少损失,加强选矿,充分利用贫矿资源和制订人才培训计划。     

锰矿石脱磷新工艺的研究

研究开发出一种高磷碳酸锰矿的化学脱磷新方法:加氯化钙焙烧—稀盐酸浸出法。实验室试验表明,用此法处理花垣锰矿的两种高磷磁选精矿,最终产品锰品位提高约0.5倍,锰回收率达98％,磷锰比由0.01～0.013降低到0.002—0.0021,脱磷率达80—85％。指标优于其他方法,盐酸用量仅为黑锰矿法的22％。     

某低品位锰矿的投资优化分析研究

我国锰资源具有分布广泛但储量不足、品位低、品质差、对外依存度过高等特点。近年来我国锰矿产业发展迅速,我国已经成为全球第一大锰矿资源消费国,而随着新能源市场的增长,未来我国锰矿资源的供需矛盾将进一步加大。基于当前锰矿仍为我国短缺矿产、需求量大等实际情况,如何快速、低成本、高效地开发我国境内锰矿山来增加矿石产量,开展这方面的研究十分有意义。对湘西某低品位锰矿山的设计优化来减少投资,矿山成功投产,为后续的低品位锰矿山的开发建设、投资控制、项目实施等方面提供了很好的参考。     

桃江锰矿选矿流程的改进

桃江锰矿三期选矿原流程为4—0mm入强磁选,投产后矿石过粉碎严重,回收率低,1990年通过试验引进CS-2型强磁选机,将入选粒度扩大到10—0mm,流程改进后,在精矿品位基本相近的情况下,锰回收率提高3％以上,生产成本下降10％。     

广东锰矿的矿物学特征

本文通过对广东省锰矿的物质组成研究,介绍了广东省境内锰矿的矿石特点,矿物组成,矿石结构构造等特征。文章指出了广东省锰矿点多面广,大多属于低磷中铁酸性氧化锰矿石,矿石品位高,有的矿床含锰45％以上,很多矿床还伴生有银、铅、锌等多种有用元素,是理想的化工和冶金用锰。通过大量的研究工作捐出,广东地区锰矿的主要锰矿物有钡镁锰矿、碱硬锰矿、恩苏锰矿、隐钾锰矿、软锰矿、黑锌锰矿、铅硬锰矿等,并对几种常见锰矿物的性质、特征、嵌布情况进行了详细描述。     

铁锰矿和贫锰矿的合理利用

本文通过生产实践得出,含 Mn18—28％,(Mn Fe)38—48％的铁锰矿都可在高炉中生产富锰渣。利用高磷高铁的铁锰矿和低磷高硅贫锰矿进行配矿入炉,采用自然碱度酸性渣操作,控制渣中SiO_2含量在24—30％,可以炼出低磷低铁优质富锰渣。     

浅谈福建省麟厚锰矿焙烧矿石的实践

福建省麟厚锰矿属风化型氧化锰矿床，多呈土状、粉状、密度小，含水率高。该矿把含锰32％以下的土状矿石经焙烧，提高了品位，销路不错，使低品位资源得到了充分地利用，并总结了麟厚锰矿焙烧矿石的技术和管理经验。
