通过调整退火温度测试不同温度下超细钼丝的力学性能,探讨退火温度对超细钼丝力学性能影响的规律,从而制定钼丝最佳退火工艺.结果表明,在900~1 100℃退火,超细钼丝的延伸率变化不明显,而在1 100~1 350℃退火,延伸率发生了突变;结合断口分析得知,900~1 100℃退火主要发生回复,未消除加工形成的轴向织构,而1 350℃退火,超细钼丝发生了再结晶,完全消除了加工织构,所以综合性能得到改善.依此推荐超细钼丝最佳连续退火工艺参数为:在氢气保护下,移动速度为10 m/min,加热温度在1 350℃左右. 相似文献

研究了产品在形成过程中的质量波动—不合格零件和安装误差对其可靠性影响的问题。首先,引入三种质量波动下的产品可靠性模型;然后,基于log-logistic概率分布对模型进行分析;最后,通过参数分析绘制三种质量波动下的失效率图和转换后的log-logistic图,通过非参数分析描述失效率图的形状特征。研究结果表明,在三种可靠性模型下绘制出的图形具有显著的形状特征,这些特征图能够监测产品在形成过程中的质量波动,进而有效地控制波动,提高产品的可靠性。 相似文献

为研究地聚物再生混凝土(Geopolymeric recycled aggregate concrete, GRAC)试件尺寸及再生粗骨料(Recycled coarse aggregate, RCA)替代率对其抗压强度离散性的影响,制备了五种RCA替代率(0%、30%、50%、70%和100%)、四种宽度(70 mm、100 mm、150 mm和200 mm)长宽比均为3的试件。基于经典尺寸效应律,提出了考虑RCA替代率的GRAC平均抗压强度尺寸效应预测公式,试验数据表明GRAC抗压强度的离散性随试件尺寸增大而减小,随RCA替代率的增加而先增大后减小。此外,基于Weibull分布模型,提出了任意保证率下具有不同RCA替代率的GRAC抗压强度尺寸效应预测公式。 相似文献

In the study of concrete fractures, split‐tension specimens, such as cylinders, cubes and diagonal cubes, are frequently preferred to beams. However, experimental investigations on concrete reveal that for the same specimen geometry, the nominal strength of specimen decreases with increasing specimen size. This phenomenon is named as the size effect in the fracture mechanics of concrete. Although nominal strength is also highly affected by the width of the distributed load in the split‐tension cylinder and cube specimens, this effect can be negligible within the practical range of the load‐distributed width in the diagonal cubes. However, the number of theoretical and experimental studies with diagonal split‐tension specimens is limited. Besides, a size effect formula for estimating the split‐tensile strength of the diagonal cube specimens has not been proposed. In this study, nine series of cube and diagonal cube specimens, with three different sizes but similar geometries, were tested under different load‐distributed widths. The ultimate loads obtained from the test results are analysed by the modified size effect law. Subsequently, prediction formulas are proposed, and they are compared with historical test data from the split‐cylinder specimens. 相似文献

在微机模拟 B/Al 型复合材料拉伸断裂过程软件系统已得到初步验证的基础上,进一步模拟研究了基体屈服极限σ_(ym)及纤维强度分布变动系数 CV 的不同组合条件下该材料的拉伸断裂行为。结果指出,当σ_(ym)确定 CV 减小或当 CV 确定σ_(ym)增大时,断裂形式均存在由累积型向非累积型的过渡;当σ_(ym)很小时,材料断裂抗力σ_f 随 CV 增大而降低;而当σ_(ym)较大时σ_f 则随 CV 增大而提高。 相似文献

We propose a local criterion of brittle strength for structurally inhomogeneous materials based on the size effect of mechanical properties of materials under the conditions of stress concentration. It is assumed that the function of local strength of the material depends on the scaling factor equal to the ratio of the size of the zone of stress concentration to the characteristic structural size of the material. We study the problem of strength of a solid body containing a stress concentrator of any size and shape in tension, including the limiting case of degeneration of a smooth concentrator into a rectilinear (or circular) crack. The requirements to the behavior of the critical stress and critical size of the defect are formulated and the form of the function of local strength is specified. For the fracture stress, we deduce interpolation-type expressions and compare the obtained numerical results with the available experimental data. 相似文献

Mechanical properties of Polyvinyl-alcohol (PVA) fibre bundles were studied at three high strain rates (270/s, 600/s and 1500/s). It was found that, except for the elastic modulus, which remains unchanged, both the maximum stress and the failure strain show an apparent increase with strain rate. Two failure modes of PVA fibre under tensile impact were observed. A four-parameter Weibull function was adopted to describe the strength distribution of PVA fibre and the Weibull parameters were obtained by a fibre bundle testing method. Consistency between simulated and experimental results indicates that such a function and the method are valid and reliable. 相似文献
