采用XRD、DSC检测技术,采用连续升温晶化和等温退火晶化方法,研究分析了Fe63Ni1Al5-Ga2P9.65B4.6Si3C6.75Co5非晶薄带的晶化动力学行为和晶化过程中晶化相的析出过程。结果表明,该非晶合金的玻璃转变和晶化行为均具有显著的动力学特征。Kissinger法计算得到的Eg、Ex、Ep1、Ep2分别为750、340、432、689kJ/mol,Eg Ex,表明合金具有较好的热稳定性。合金晶化过程为:非晶→非晶+α-Fe→非晶+α-Fe+Fe2P+Fe3P→α-Fe+Fe2P+Fe3P+Fe3C(Al,Si)+Fe5PB2+SiC。合金的晶化类型为初晶型和随后的共晶型反应。  相似文献

利用铜模吸铸法制备了直径φ1.0mm和2.0mm的Fe74Al4Sn2P10Si4B4C2块体非晶合金和直径2.0mm的Fe74Al4Sn2P10Si4B4C2块体纳米晶合金圆棒.利用X射线衍射、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和差热分析仪(DTA)对Fe74Al4Sn2P10Si4B4C2块体非晶合金的结构和热性质进行了测定.该非晶合金的超冷液相区△Tx为16.7K,约化玻璃转变温度Tg/Tm和Tg/T1分别为0.60和0.57.Fe74Al4Sn2P10Si4B4C2合金接近共晶成分,在10K/min的冷却速率下其过冷度可达86.7K.利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察了制备态的Fe74Al4Sn2P10Si4B4C2纳米晶合金圆棒的结构,为非晶基体上均匀分布的尺寸10~20nm的α-Fe晶粒.Fe74Al4Sn2P10Si4B4C2合金能达到较大的过冷度,具有较高的约化玻璃转变温度(接近共晶合金成分)和过冷合金熔体的二步相析出有利于块体非晶合金和块体纳米晶合金的形成.铜模吸铸法既可制备块体非晶合金,也可制备块体纳米晶合金,是一种很有吸引力的制备块体非晶合金和块体纳米晶合金的方法,并进一步证实利用快速凝固法可以直接制备块体纳米晶合金.  相似文献

采用机械合金化法制备了Fe70Zr10B20、Fe63Co7Zr10B20和Fe63Ni7Zr10B20合金.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了3种合金的机械合金化过程及晶化过程.Fe70Zr10 B20球磨50h后的合金由大量非晶相和少量晶态相组成,Co的添加对FeZrB非晶合金的形成起到了抑制作用;Ni的添加对FeZrB非晶合金的形成起到了促进作用.Fe70-Zr10B20、Fe63Co7Zr10B20合金的晶化过程容易进行,而Fe63 Ni7Zr10 B20合金的晶化比较困难.  相似文献

采用铜模吸铸法获得直径为2 mm的Fe61Co10Zr5W4B20块体非晶合金.采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、示差扫描量热仪、微显硬度及压缩实验等研究了非晶合金的结构、热稳定性、显微硬度与压缩性能.结果表明:Mo的引入不利于非晶合金的形成;Fe61Co10Zr5W4B20块体非晶合金表现为二级晶化,玻璃转变温度为561.1℃,晶化起始温度为619.0℃,第一晶化峰值温度为632.6℃,第二晶化峰值温度为747.0℃,过冷液相区为57.9℃;该非晶合金的显微硬度为1207HV0.2,抗压强度σbc为1707.6 MPa.  相似文献

为了明确Fe基块体非晶材料的晶化过程,通过铜模吸铸法制备了Fe45Co7Cr15Mo10Y2B6C15块体非晶合金,采用连续和等温差热扫描量热法对非晶合金在1 000 K以下的晶化动力过程进行了研究.研究表明:在973 K时效后的晶化产物为铁的碳化物;晶化过程的激活能达到了555.9 kJ/mol,非晶热稳定性良好;Avrami常数n值接近2,随着退火温度的变化,n值没有明显的变化,非晶晶化机理没有发生改变,而放热峰宽随着退火温度的降低明显宽化,说明非晶晶化过程是一个二维扩散控制的形核与长大过程.  相似文献

采用铜模铸造法制备了厚2mm的Fe74Al4Ga2P12B4Si4块体非晶合金.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、差热分析(DSC)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)研究了其晶化行为和软磁性能.结果表明,非晶合金的玻璃转变温度Tg为457.35℃,晶化开始温度Tx为497.65℃.合金的过冷液相区宽度△Tx达到40.30℃,表明合金具有较大的玻璃形成能力.F74Al4Ga2P12B4Si4合金的晶化是二级晶化过程.经520℃等温退火后析出α-Fe相,其晶粒尺寸为15.9nm;而经550℃等温退火后析出α-Fe相及微量的A10.3Si0.7Fe3和Fe3B相,其中α-Fe相的晶粒尺寸为17.4nm.非晶合金的饱和磁化强度为108.816emu/g、矫顽力Hc为574.97Oe;经520℃等温退火后,纳米晶合金的饱和磁化强度为106.875emu/g、矫顽力Hc为94.16Oe.退火实验结果表明,纳米晶化对材料的饱和磁化强度没有显著影响,但会显著降低材料的矫顽力.  相似文献

采用示差扫描量热法(DSC),X射线衍射(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)研究了Co对Nd—Fe-Al大块非晶合金的非晶形成能力,晶化行为和磁性能的影响。结果表明:加入Co元素后可以显著提高Nd—Fe-Al大块非晶合金的非晶形成能力以及提高合金的居里温度。Nd60Fe30-xAl10Cox(z=0、5、10)大块非晶合金在室温有较高的内禀矫顽力,具有硬磁性。内禀矫顽力随着Co含量的增加变化不大.但是饱和磁化强度和剩磁则随着Co含量的增加有所下降。Nd60Fe3-xAl10Cox(x=0、5、10)大块非晶合金具有的硬磁性能来自于非晶相。合金少量晶化后,磁性能变化不大。完全晶化后合金的硬磁性迅速消失。  相似文献

用差示扫描量热仪分别对具有相似晶体体积分数和晶化激活能的Zr55Al10Ni5Cu30块体非晶合金铸态、轧制态试样进行等温和连续升温实验,研究了不同微观结构块体非晶合金的晶化过程。结果表明,在晶化初期(小于30 min),两个试样具有相似的晶化速率;晶化后期(大于30 min),轧制态试样表现出较快的晶化速率。这在一定程度上表明,用JMA公式和晶化开始温度Tx及峰值温度Tp计算出的晶化激活能不能全面反映非晶合金的热稳定性。另外,剪切带中原子之间相互联接的减弱以及短程有序的强化,使轧制态试样热稳定性降低和晶化过程变快。  相似文献

采用铜模吸铸法制备出Fe43Cr16Mo16C18B5Y2块体非晶合金,并用XRD、SEM、DSC、硬度和压痕实验分别研究了该合金的结构、压缩断口形貌、晶化特征、硬度和断裂韧度.由热分析曲线得到玻璃转变温度(Tg)、晶化起始温度(Tx)和晶化峰值温度(Tp),这些特征温度具有明显的动力学效应.用Kissinger方法计算出不同升温速率下该Fe基块体非晶合金的玻璃转变激活能Eg、晶化激活能Ex、激活能Ep,结果表明该合金具有较高的热稳定性.力学实验结果表明,该块体非晶合金的硬度高达1178kg/mm2,断裂韧度为7.614MPa·m1/2,呈典型的脆性断裂,通过压缩断口形貌的观察发现该块体非晶合金的断裂呈现剪切断裂模式.  相似文献

Y2O3与Gd2O3共掺杂SrZrO3热障涂层材料的热物理性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用固相反应法合成了5mol%Y2O3与5mol%Gd2O3共掺杂SrZrO3(Sr(Zr0.9Y0.05Gd0.05)O2.95,SZYG)粉末.采用X射线衍射(XRD)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分别研究了SZYG粉末在1450℃长期热处理后以及200~1400℃范围内的相稳定性.采用高温热膨胀仪测量了SZYG块材的热膨胀系数,结果表明:通过Y2O3与Gd2O3共掺杂改性可以明显抑制SrZrO3的相转变.在1000℃下SZYG块材的热导率是~1.36 W/(m.K),与SrZrO3和8YSZ块材相比降低~35%SZYG分别与8YSZ和Al2O3在1250℃热处理24 h表现出很好的化学相容性.  相似文献

Minor alloying plays an important role in the synthesis and improvement of thermal stability of bulk metallic glasses(BMGs).The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of minor additions of Y,Ti and Nb on the crystallization behavior and the thermal properties of Zr64.5Ni15.5Al11.5Cu8.5 alloy.Thermal parameters and the activation energies for crystallization were calculated for four(Zr0.645Ni0.155Al0.115-Cu0.085)100-xMx(M=Y,Ti and Nb,while x=0,2 at.) alloys.The present alloys have wide supercooled liquid region of ≥87 K.Maximum activation energy was found to be greater than 300 kJ/mol for the base alloy.Four crystalline phases were identified in the samples annealed at 823 K for 20 min.Reduced glass transition temperature(Trg) and other thermal parameters such as γ,δ and β were improved by Y and Ti addition.Nb addition resists crystallization below annealing temperature 713 K,however,its effect on thermal properties is not very promising.  相似文献

Liquid dynamics plays an essential role in glass formation.Here we observed a distinct change of liquid dynamics in Gd55Co20Al25 metallic glass induced by microalloying Si element.In the equilibrium melt,minor Si(0.5 at.%)addition leads to a more fragile liquid behavior and a smaller strength of liquid-liquid transition with the transition strength(ΔF)decreasing from 0.76 to 0.35.However,in the supercooled liquid,Si-doped liquid exhibits a remarkable enhanced fragile-to-strong transition(FST),and the value of FST factor f increases sharply from 1.63 to 3.84,resulting in a stronger liquid behavior and more sluggish crystallization kinetics for Gd55Co20Al24.5Si0.5 metallic glass.Moreover,minor Si addition promotes the formation of a crystal-like structure with a size of 1-2 nm.The interactions between the crystal-like structures and other local favored clusters frustrate the further growth of crystal-like phases,thus sta-bilizes the amorphous structure.As a result,the glass-forming ability(GFA)was largely improved.The critical diameter of Gd55Co20Al25 metallic glass increased from 2 to 7 mm with 0.5 at.%Si addition with-out deterioration of the magnetocaloric effect.This study provides valuable insight for understanding the distinct effect of microalloying on GFA of metallic glasses from the aspect of the evolution of the liquid.  相似文献

利用红外光谱、差热分析、X射线粉末衍射、电子显微镜等手段研究了含有TiO2和ZrO2的堇青石微晶玻璃的分相,成核与析晶过程,热处理过程中玻璃首先发生分相,富含钛离子的一相呈现点滴状,均匀分散于玻璃基体中,随后玻璃中析出大量微小的镁铝钛酸盐晶粒,并保持与玻璃分相类似的显微结构形貌,在玻璃析晶过程中钛离子逐渐向六配位状态转化,表明玻璃中钛离子参与形成晶相,玻璃相中钛离子含量逐渐减少。  相似文献

The present work aims to compare the amorphous phase forming ability of ternary and quaternary Al based alloys(Al86Ni8Y6, Al86Ni6Y6Co2, Al86Ni8La6 and Al86Ni8Y4.5La1.5) synthesized via mechanical alloying by varying the composition, i.e. fully or partially replacing rare earth(RE) and transition metal(TM) elements based on similar atomic radii and coordination number. X-ray diffraction and high resolution transmission electron microscopy study revealed that the amorphization process occurred through formation of various intermetallic phases and nanocrystalline FCC Al. Fully amorphous phase was obtained for the alloys not containing lanthanum, whereas the other alloys containing La showed partial amorphization with reappearance of intermetallic phases attributed to mechanical crystallization. Differential scanning calorimetry study confirmed better thermal stability with wider transformation temperature for the alloys without La.  相似文献

A series of new families of heavy rare-earth (RE) based bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) with excellent glass-forming ability and high thermal stability have been obtained by a copper mold casting method. Compared with the light RE-based BMGs, the heavy RE-based BMGs have much higher glass transition and crystallization temperatures and higher elastic moduli. It is found that the thermal stability is closely correlated with the elastic constants in the RE-based BMGs. The correlations found are useful for guiding BMG-forming alloy design to enhance stability.  相似文献

在MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-TiO2玻璃中添加不同数量的氧化镧,采用差热分析,X射线衍射及电子显微镜等技术研究了氧化镧对玻璃析晶过程与力学性能的影响。氧化镧的加入使玻璃中析出α-堇青石相的温度降低,同时避免了高膨胀方石英相的析出。随着氧化镧加入量的增加,玻璃整体析晶能力下降,微晶玻璃中晶相含量减少,晶粒尺寸增大,微晶玻璃的弹性模量与硬度减小,断裂韧性增加,体现出大尺寸长柱状金红石晶粒的增韧作用。  相似文献

A series of Dy(Gd)-based bulk amorphous alloy rods were prepared by water-cooled copper mold method. 电弧炉熔炼的Gd2Co2Al合金在铸态条件下即为W2Co2B型单相正交结构。变温磁化曲线表明,当外加磁场为0.01和0.1T时,可以在40、77和215K附近观察到磁相变;而外加磁场增加到1T以上时,40和215K温度处的磁相变消失。在排除第二相相变的前提下,推测215和77K处的相变对应Gd2Co2Al合金中Co和Gd次晶格的磁有序相变,而40K处的相变可能是由于自旋重取向产生。在0~5T磁场变化下,Gd2Co2Al合金在77K附近的最大磁熵变(-ΔSMmax)为10.7J/kgK,相对制冷量的值为5.4×102J/kg,表明该合金适合作为工作在液氮温区附近的磁致冷工质。  相似文献

A pronounced effect of overheating is observed on the thermal stability and mechanical properties of Cu36Zr48Ag8Al8 bulk metallic glass. Higher overheated temperature enhances the thermal stability of bulk amorphous alloys, corresponding to higher specific-heat capacity and the smaller initial defect concentration. And a threshold overheating temperature is found for the fully amorphous structure. Bulk amorphous alloys exhibit good compressive plasticity at small overheat levels, whereas the compressive fracture strength and micro-hardness exhibit a significant increase first and then a slightly decrease. Mechanical properties of BMGs can be tailored in certain extent by controlling the overheated level, which is correlated with free volume and residual stresses.  相似文献
