对思茅松进行钻孔,施入不同型号、不同剂量的思茅松增脂剂,用下降法采脂,采割面负荷率40%,30d施一次药。利用本底产量对比法计算增脂率,以1#3mL、6mL,2#9mL,4#9mL效果较佳,最高增脂率达40.1%。采集松针并测定松针中叶绿素含量,证明叶绿素含量的增加与松脂产量增加呈正相关性。 相似文献

本研究将一种营养型增脂剂施用于云南松, 检测其增脂效果及其对松针生理指标的影响, 结果表明: 5~10月份施加增脂剂后, 云南松增脂率最高可达41.08%, 平均增脂率34.76%。云南松松针鲜质量、干质量、叶绿素总量和可溶性蛋白均有所增加, 最高分别可增加11.02%、10.26%、13.03%和40.96%;松针细胞三大保护酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性也有所增加, 从而增加了云南松的抗逆性; 松针中丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对电导率减少, 增加了细胞内膜系统的稳定性, 提高云南松抵御逆境的能力。 相似文献

目的比较两种低pH孵放法对静注人免疫球蛋白(intravenous immunoglobulins,IVIG)中脂包膜病毒的灭活效果。方法 IVIG中分别加入两种核酸类型的脂包膜病毒水疱性口炎病毒(vesicular stomatitis virus,VSV)及伪狂犬病毒(pseudorabies virus,PRV)作为指示病毒,以经典工艺(23~25℃灭活21 d)及新工艺[(37±0. 5)℃灭活9 h]低pH(pH为3. 8~4. 4)孵放法进行病毒灭活,分别检测不同灭活时间的病毒滴度,比较灭活效果。结果经典工艺低pH孵放法对VSV灭活效果≥5. 88 logTCID_(50)/0. 1 mL,对PRV的灭活效果≥6. 00 logTCID_(50)/0. 1 mL,且灭活的样品在敏感细胞盲传3代无细胞病变。新工艺低pH孵放法对VSV灭活效果≥4. 62 logTCID_(50)/0. 1 mL,对PRV的灭活效果≥6. 12 logTCID_(50)/0. 1 mL。结论两种低p H孵放法对指示病毒的灭活能力均符合国家标准,但经典工艺对两种指示病毒的灭活效果好且灭活彻底。 相似文献

Reducing the amount of inclusions during the steelmaking process as much as possible and much earlier plays a vital role in improving the quality of steel products. To reveal the dissolution mechanism of inclusions in slag during the converter tapping process, some comparison experiments were conducted by adding isolated spherical alumina balls as inclusions in CaO–SiO2–Al2O3–FetO–MgO slag, and FetO content up to 10% was contained in slag. The results showed that the dissolution rate of alumina balls in the slag was mainly affected by the diffusion of Al2O3, and the diffusion coefficients of Al2O3 were 4.2 × 10–11, 7.5 × 10–11, and 1.5 × 10–10 m2/s at 1500℃, 1550℃, and 1600℃, respectively. In addition, the upgraded diffusion-distance-controlled dissolution model (DDD-Model), in which FetO content was introduced and applied in the study. The results illustrated that the Al2O3 inclusion apparent dissolution rate was improved by a high FetO content, increasing CaO/SiO2 and raising the temperature as soon as possible at the early stage of the converter tapping process. It is not necessary to increase the FetO content in the slag to enhance the dissolution rate of the Al2O3 inclusion at the last tapping stage. The predicted complete dissolution time of spherical Al2O3 inclusions with 1000 µm in diameter based on the upgraded DDD-Model was approximately 1796 s during the actual converter tapping process. 相似文献

研究了微小原甲藻对无机氮、磷的吸收特性和在室内批量培养条件下,无机氮、磷浓度对微小原甲藻生长和光合作用的影响. 结果表明,低氮(0.0882 mmol/L NaNO3)条件下,微小原甲藻具有最高的比生长速率,为0.46 d 1,而中氮(0.882 mmol/L NaNO3)条件下具有最大的细胞密度,为54900个/mL,分别比低氮和高氮(2.646 mmol/L NaNO3)下增加7.2 和20.1 . 随着培养基中磷浓度的升高,最大细胞密度和比生长速率也增加,在高磷(0.108 mmol/L KH2PO4)条件下达到最大值,分别为57400个/mL和0.45 d 1. 高营养源(高氮或高磷)状态下生长的藻细胞具有更高的单位细胞和单位叶绿素a表示的光饱和的光合作用速率(Pmchl a和Pmcell)和光饱和点. 低氮和高氮条件下的藻细胞同样具有高的单位细胞和单位叶绿素a表示的光合效率( chl a和 cell),而单位叶绿素a表示的光合效率( chl a)则在高磷下最大. 在氮源充足条件下,低的N/P有利于微小原甲藻细胞的生长. 相似文献

The time course of the inhibition of cholesterol synthesis by low and high doses of mevinolin and monacolin X were studied
in normal human skin fibroblasts, fibroblasts without low density lipoprotein receptor and HepG2 hepatome cells. Low doses
of the inhibitors (0.2 ng/mL) caused a sharp decrease in the rate of cholesterol synthesis during the firt 2–3 h, which gradually
increased to about 40% during the next 6 h. Further incubation led to a decrease or stabilization of the cholesterol synthesis
rate. High doses of the drugs (100 mg/mL) strongly inhibited cholesterol synthesis during the first 2–3 h, followed by a moderate
increase during the next 20 h. No drug or tissue selectivity was observed. 相似文献
