水声信息流仿真软件系统涉及多目标、多声纳以及多变的海洋环境.仿真软件的复用性是现代软件工程的重要性能指标.针对系统开放性的特点,在领域分析模型的基础上,采用了面向对象方法设计仿真软件模型.为了满足软件多层次复用的需求,应用软件架构技术和设计模式设计仿真软件.根据水声信息流仿真软件需求,系统划分为四层结构;按功能,层又可分解为包.可复用的设计模式用于设计不同层和包中类之间的关系.提出的仿真软件模型具有良好的可扩充性与可复用性.  相似文献

针对自动舵故障电路板需要返厂测试的问题,设计自动舵电路板便携式故障测试系统。在分析自动舵电路板故障测试需求的基础上,采用专用接口电缆和测试软件而复用数据采集系统的方法,仅用少数硬件就实现了多块电路板的测试;基于神经网络方法设计自动测试软件,能够定位电路板常见故障;采用Measurement Studio和Visual Studio联合编程的方法,设计了辅助信息丰富的故障诊断程序界面。实践表明:该系统具有成本低、体积小、功能强的特点,可在船上直接对电路板进行故障测试。  相似文献

舵机打角时间是机器人机电系统控制效果的重要影响因素,而舵机打角时间会随使用磨损而变化,因此快速测量舵机打角时间具有重要意义。针对机器人行业广泛使用的模拟舵机,借助MSP430单片机和电阻式五线触摸屏构成的板球系统,设计了一种舵机打角时间测量装置,提出了利用加速度变化判断舵机偏转到位的打角时间测量方法,给出了详细的测量过程并进行了试验测试,结果表明所述装置及方法有良好的测试效果,验证了方法的可行性。  相似文献

针对舵机性能测试任务的需要,在局域网环境下,组建了舵机性能综合测试系统,包括电动舵机、编码器、A/D和D/A接口卡、正交计数器、功率放大器、计算机、打印机及网络交换机等.应用虚拟仪器软件技术,实现了舵机参数的数据采集、显示、数据存储、数据打印、实验数据分析及实验数据的网络共享等软件功能,给出了最大偏转角度、控制灵敏度、舵机死区、带宽、偏转角速度及控制曲线图等测试数据.实验结果表明,舵机测试系统实现了预定的测试功能,达到了设计要求,并且具有自动化测试、自动保存数据、自动分析处理数据、网络化数据共享、成本低等优点.  相似文献

引信测试是引信研制、生产过程中的重要一环,是保障引信性能的重要手段.本文在分析某导弹引信自动化测试系统功能和技术指标要求的基础上,确定了系统的硬件组成和软件方案.硬件设计上采用DSP技术、DDS技术以及浮地测量技术,实现了引信的状态控制、响应采集和参数检测;系统软件采用通用测试软件框架,提高了测试软件的通用性、可扩充性和可移植性.该设备已成功地用于引信的自动测试.  相似文献

储氢合金作为镍氢电池的负极材料,具有权重要的实用价值,为实现其工艺视景仿真系统中模型的快速开发和重用,利用3DMAX中的基本三维物体造型设计及开放式三维图形软件OpenGL的光照、材质和纹理映射,结合面向对象的方法学,提出了储氢合金工艺传真系统中模型库的设计思想和设计步骤。在应用系统开发的实践中表明该方法能简洁快速地建立模型,实现了模型对象的可复用性和面向对象的特征。  相似文献

This paper describes the development of a prototype object-oriented software system for discrete event simulation and the embedded decision processes of a system being modeled based on previously defined formalism [1] and the Smalltalk programming language. The paper addresses the modular and structured representations of physical and logical entities of a manufacturing system for simulation modeling in the form of reusable software objects. The software takes advantage of the natural link between object-oriented programming and simulation and utilizes inheritance and other features of object-oriented programming to achieve modular yet uniform representation at every level of the model. After giving a brief overview of the object-oriented modeling environment and the relationships between software objects and formalism constructs, a small number of object classes and their operations are summarized. The intelligent entities of the formalism utilize a knowledge-based non-programmed decision mechanism implemented in Smalltalk.  相似文献

根据市场需求,提出了一套高精度 Maxtor 磁头动态性能测试系统的方案. 设计了系统的架构和硬件部分,并使用 OO、UML 和 COM 组件、NET 等技术对其软件部分进行了开发. 通过调用 Maxtor 公司提供的组件包 MACH,完成了对所设计硬件部分的底层控制电路和机械设备的控制与协调. 在系统测试阶段,通过大量的实际环境测试证明了该方案是有效的.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to show the common basis of several object-oriented design modeling principles as compared with those used in classification and coding (C&C) for group technology applications. Five types of decision tree (E-trees, N-trees, X-trees, D-trees, and C-trees) are shown to be in exact correspondence with the object-oriented modeling principles generalization with disjoint subclasses, generalization with overlapping subclasses, classification, generalization with restriction, and aggregation, respectively. In addition, C&C modeling and subsequent database implementation are shown to be enhanced through application of such object-oriented modeling principles as association and role names. Finally, a case study is presented that illustrates the application of these principles in the design and implementation of a C&C system for abrasive flow machining.  相似文献

High costs and long cycle times of software development are factors hindering the analysis and design of the complete cognitive aspects related to task performances. Reusable software has been proposed as a solution to the problem of high software development and maintenance costs. One of the paradigms for reusable software, object-oriented modelling, has emerged as an important method for specifying, creating and reusing software modules. Using Unified Modelling Language, this paper develops an object-oriented cognitive task analysis and design (OOCTAD) model based on human information-processing theory. First, human task performance-related cognitive aspects are classified into modules and logically linked together; secondly, cognitive aspects within these modules were further decomposed into packages and classes based on object-oriented technology. Finally, one case study was presented to compare and contrast different cognitive analysis models to illustrate the advantages of the OOCTAD model developed in the current research over the other five cognitive task analysis models. These reusable classes in the OOCATD model were shown to be reused to reduce software development costs and cycle times for cognitive task analysis and design. The current research should be of use to both developers and users of cognitively based tasks, systems and tools and researchers and practitioners in the broader discipline of cognitive tasks design and analysis.  相似文献

阐述了通用自动测试软件的设计思想,提出了通用自动测试软件体系结构,介绍了通用自动测试软件的测试资源建模子系统、测试程序开发子系统和测试程序执行子系统,重点阐述了通用总线协议模型和测试程序开发/运行中的服务组件,实现了数据采集器tl动测试软件.实际应用结果表明,该软件可以实现多型号数据采集器的测试,可以实现在不同自动测试设备上的移植.系统运行可靠、使用方便、极大地提高了测试程序的开发效率.  相似文献

Global competitiveness challenges manufacturing industry to bring to market well designed and manufactured new products at competitive prices in as short a lead-time as possible. To achieve this, inputs are needed from experts in a multitude of disciplines as well as from customers and suppliers. While the use of design teams is achieving success, there is a need for modern software tools that support design and manufacture to be radically improved. Typically, design for manufacture software systems does not support the multiple views of information needed for information systems to be able to support multiple manufacturing perspectives. This paper proposes a linked, multiviewpoint, product model structure as a means of supporting the many views of product information necessary in team-based design and manufacturing systems. To test the ideas developed, an experimental product model has been implemented using an object-oriented database that focuses on views related to the design and manufacture of injection-moulded products. The experimental system explores the relationships between three views: mouldability, cavity design and cavity machining views.  相似文献
