铁矿反浮选脱硅的试验研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
对新型阳离子浮选药剂进行了铁矿反浮选脱硅的试验研究。结果表明:在pH=6~12的范围内,新型药剂CS1和组合药剂(CS2:CS1=2)的捕收能力与十二胺相当,但选择性更好。磁选铁精矿反浮选脱硅试验表明:新型组合药剂在获得与十二胺相近的铁品位前提下,铁回收率提高了8.32%。同时对硬水有较好的适应性,铁精矿品位仍可保持在69%以上,回收率90%以上。具有较好的适应性,是铁矿反浮选脱硅的有效捕收剂。  相似文献

针对我国西部某铁矿强磁选尾矿进行了反浮选回收铁资源的试验研究, 探讨了pH值、抑制剂可溶性淀粉用量、阳离子捕收剂十二胺用量对浮选指标的影响。结果表明, 在矿浆pH=10、可溶性淀粉用量2 400 g/t、十二胺用量400 g/t条件下进行一粗一精(精选药剂用量减半)闭路反浮选, 可获得铁品位43.88%、回收率50.93%的铁精矿产品。  相似文献

为检验武汉理工大学相关课题组开发的新型阳离子捕收剂MZ-3在磁选铁精矿反浮选中的捕收性能以及消泡行为,以酒钢公司焙烧-弱磁选铁精矿为原料进行了选别和消泡试验。结果表明:①对全铁品位为49.98%的磁选铁精矿进行反浮选脱硅,在pH=7、温度为25 ℃、MZ-3用量为500 g/t、苛性淀粉用量为300 g/t的情况下1次粗选,可获得铁品位为57.01%、铁回收率为74.66%的铁精矿,较好地实现了铁硅分离。②与捕收剂M-302B、醚胺和十二胺相比,MZ-3不仅反浮选精矿产品指标好,而且消泡速度快。因此,MZ-3是一种捕收效果好、易消泡的新型阳离子捕收剂,有利于改善选矿厂的生产指标、提高系统的稳定性。  相似文献

通过试验比较了烷基多胺醚系列捕收剂GE-601,GE-610,GE-609,GE-609与十二胺的捕收性能及其泡沫状况,试验结果表明GE-601是理想的阳离子捕收剂。在不添加其他药剂的情况下,用1粗3扫闭路浮选流程处理铁品位为64.53%的尖山铁矿的粗精矿,获得了铁品位为69.41%、回收率为98.42%的优质铁精矿。  相似文献

以六偏磷酸钠、苛性淀粉为调整剂,DEK为新型阳离子反浮选捕收剂,对鞍山某铁矿选矿厂磁选铁精矿进行了反浮选工艺研究。结果表明,以DEK为核心的阳离子反浮选药剂体系与原阴离子反浮选药剂体系相比,药剂制度明显简化,可在中性环境下浮选,浮选无需蒸汽加温至30 ℃左右;采用试验确定的流程和药剂制度处理该磁选铁精矿,可获得铁品位为66.02%、回收率为90.16%的最终铁精矿。  相似文献

采用长沙矿冶研究院研制的新型阴离子反浮选捕收剂CSC-68和新型调整剂CSR-36对袁家村铁矿石磁选精矿进行了反浮选试验,并与传统的NaOH +淀粉+CaO+脂肪酸阴离子捕收剂4药剂组合进行了对比。试验结果表明:采用两种新药剂的组合,可获得品位为66.06%,回收率为87.19%的反浮选铁精矿,精矿铁品位和回收率分别比传统4药剂组合高0.96和0.87个百分点。新药剂不仅选别指标优越,而且大大简化了药剂制度,还可避免因使用CaO而引起的管道结垢问题。  相似文献

为实现磁选铁精矿的高效、低耗反浮选富集,东北大学研制出了价格低廉、性能稳定的类淀粉结构的新型铁矿物抑制剂DHY。为论证该药剂优化鞍千矿业公司混合磁选精矿反浮选工艺的可选性,以现场药剂制度为基础进行了反浮选试验。结果表明,铁品位为47.64%、粒度较细、铁矿物在微细粒级明显富集、脉石矿物以石英为主的鞍千矿业公司混合磁选铁精矿,以DHY为铁矿物抑制剂,采用1粗1精2扫闭路反浮选流程处理,可获得铁品位为68.21%、回收率为88.01%的铁精矿,尾矿铁品位降至14.82%,与现场相比,不仅显著改善了精矿指标,而且可降低药剂用量、简化工艺流程。  相似文献

试验针对广东某褐铁矿矿石共生关系简单的特点,采用强化矿浆分散阳离子反浮选脱硅新工艺,即采用碳酸钠用量为1250g/t和水玻璃用量为600g/t实现矿浆的强化分散。在磨矿细度为80%-0.074mm、十二胺用量200g/t、浮选时间18min的条件下,选别该褐铁矿石获得铁精矿铁品位为59.25%、全铁回收率为83.42%的较好指标。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
