选用40Cr结构钢,分别在空气、水和3.5%NaCl水溶液中进行旋转弯曲疲劳实验,研究环境介质对该结构钢高周和超高周疲劳特性的影响.结果表明,40Cr钢在水环境中的疲劳强度比在空气中明显降低;在3.5%NaCl水溶液环境中的疲劳强度比在水中低.断面观察显示,在水和3.5%NaCl水溶液中,疲劳裂纹多源萌生;在稳态扩展阶段,裂纹沿品界扩展并存在广泛分布的沿晶二次裂纹.  相似文献

利用形变金属的溶解模拟裂纹尖端的溶解行为,研究工业纯铁在3.5%NaCl水溶液中溶解速率与裂纹扩展速串的关系.研究表明由于腐蚀因素引起的裂纹扩展速率远大于裂纹尖端材料的溶解速率.在阳极溶解机制下,腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展速率不能用纯机械因素引起的裂纹扩展速率和裂尖材料溶解速率的叠加来表示.  相似文献

本文根据外加电位对腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响,断口微观形貌特征及声发射活动性分析三种判别方法,研究了A537钢及工业纯铁在3.5%NaCl中性水溶液中腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展机理。结果表明,扩展机理取决于外加电位值。对A537钢,外加电位在-800mV(SCE)以上时,裂纹扩展以阳极溶解控制为主,以下时以氢脆控制为主。对工业纯铁,对应的转换电位为-1000mV(SCE)。  相似文献

本文对16Mn、08PVXt、440C和4340钢在蒸馏水和3.5%NaCl水溶液中的疲劳裂纹扩展速率(FCGR)进行了实验研究,并与一些钢在同类介质中的腐蚀疲劳(CF)实验结果进行了对比。结果表明:一般钢在前种介质中的疲劳寿命(FL)较后者长;08PVXt、440C及4340钢在蒸馏水中的FCGR较NaCl水溶液中高。而16Mn钢则有相反的结果。作者认为,这种情况是由于Cl~-在裂纹萌生和宏观裂纹扩展过程中起的不同作用所致。  相似文献

研究了8090型Al—Li合?疲劳裂纹扩展行为以及组织结构和环境的影响,结果表明,在空气中,自然时效和欠时效?现出最好的疲劳裂纹扩展阻力,其次是峰时效状态,而过时效状态的疲劳裂纹扩展阻力最低,在3.5%NaCl水溶液中,时效状态对疲劳裂纹扩展行为有着同空气中相同的影响规律,但在同样的时效条件下,在3.5%NaCl水溶液中的疲劳裂纹扩展阻力要比空气中的低,在相同的应力强度因子范围△K作用下,缺口短裂纹和物理短裂纹均表现出比长裂纹高的扩展速率,用位错的平面滑移性和循环滑移可逆性解释了时效的影响,用裂纹的闭合效应和裂纹尖端塑性区尺寸说明了长短裂纹扩展行为的差别。  相似文献

本文从两个实际人造水晶釜开裂形态观察及产物分析入手,研究丁CrNiMo低合金高强度钢在NaOH,水溶液中SCC及CF行为,提出人造水晶釜开裂的类型、机理及提高抗断裂能力的途径。试验结果还表明对CrNiMo低合金钢-NaOH水溶液体系,CF过程中的SCC行为可以降低CF裂纹扩展速率。  相似文献

对高强铝合金7050—T7451在模拟海水(3.5%NaCl溶液)的疲劳裂纹扩展特性进行了试验研究结果表明,3.5%NaCl溶液加速了7050—T7451铝合金的疲劳裂纹扩展速率da/dN.考虑应力比影响的有效应力强度因子面ΔKefT可以满意地表征不同环境中的的da/dN.裂纹面上的腐蚀产物较薄,对疲劳裂纹闭合的影响可以忽略不计.  相似文献

本文研究了马氏体组织与贝氏体组织40CrMnSiMoVA(GC-4)超高强度钢的腐蚀疲劳(CF)裂纹扩展特性及机理。结果表明,不显微组织状态下,GC-4钢在3.5NaCl溶液中的CF裂纹扩展曲线上,都出现了类似于应力腐蚀的平台区,而且马氏体组织GC-4钢的平台区裂纹扩展速度远大于贝氏体组织。断口分析与理论研究表明,氢脆在GC-4钢的腐蚀疲劳中起重要作用。  相似文献

本工作研究了应力比和载荷频率对高强度低碳硅锰钢在蒸馏水及3.5%NaCl溶液中腐蚀疲劳断口形貌的影响。试验结果表明,在介质影响疲劳裂纹扩展行为的范围内的断口上,随着应力比的增加或者载荷频率的减小,应力腐蚀开裂的断口形貌所占比例逐渐增加。根据多视域的观测结果,建立起了腐蚀疲劳断裂机制示意图。  相似文献

The corrosion fatigue propagation behaviour of high strength low alloy Cr-Ni and Si-Mnsteels has been investigated in 3.5 %NaCl solution spryly at the frequencies of 0.1 and 5.5 Hz.It was shown that the fatigue crack initiation resistances of the two steels are significantly re-duced in salt spray;the fatigue crack growth rates of steels increase with the decrease of fre-quency and are much higher in salt spray than in air within low ΔK range.A critical stress in-tensity factor was observed for each steel and the crack growth stoppage will occur if the ΔKvalues are lower than it.It was found that the active dissolution makes great contribution tothe fatigue crack growth within low ΔK range.  相似文献

Fracture behaviour of low-alloy steels AIST4340,HY100,Welten60,AISIA537 and A131 inartificial seawater under static,cyclic loading and at cathodic protection potential has beeninvestigated by using the techniques of fracture mechanics, electrochemistry andelectronfractography.The results reveal that at hydrogen evolution potentials(cathodic pro-tection potential)the critical yield strength required for the occurrance of SCC decreasesfrom 985 at corrosion potential(E_c)to 872 MPa.The effect of cathodic protection on crackpropagation of corrosion fatigue(CF)is not simple,it is closely related to the yield strengthof steels and their SCC behaviour.For the steels with high yield strength,cathodic protectionpromotes(da/dN)_Ⅱ evidently,and reduces △K_(th) value.The(da/dN)-△K curves dis-play a plateau at the third stage of CF for steels with medium or low yield strength.It is men-tioned that the cathodic protection potential for oceaneering constructures should be control-led at top level of the protective range.It seems reasonable that the strength of steel foroceaneeing use might be increased by 200 or 300 MPa.  相似文献

Investigations of the corrosion fatigue behaviour at a super pure martensitic stainless steel X5CrNiCuNb 17 4 PH in comparison to the soft martensitic stainless steel X4CrNiMo 16 5 1 ESR in chloride containing aqueous media — Part 2: Corrosion fatigue tests and crack initiation mechanisms The following report concerns the study of the corrosion fatigue behaviour of the soft martensitic steel X4CrNiMo 16 5 1 ESR and the precipitation hardened X5CrNiCuNb 17 4 PH in sodium solution in the temperature range between 20° and 150 °C and the determination of their general corrosion properties and the mechanism of crack propagation. Their corrosion fatigue limits were compared with each other. A comparision was also made between an electro-slag-remelted soft martensitic steel and a charge without an ESR aftertreatment. Microfractographical fracture and crack path investigation were carried out for interpretation of the experimental results. It was observed that in both super pure steels (soft martensitic and precipitation hardened) the oxidic inclusions are not responsible for the crack intiation, as it was found in the non ESR treated steels. In the 17-4 PH steel copper containing inclusions in the crack initiation areas were observed. In concentrated sodium solution pitting corrosion was found at both steels.  相似文献

Short-time investigations into the selection of stainless chromium steels with improved corrosion fatigue resistance Using the steel X 20 Cr 13 various short-time test methods have been tested for evaluating the corrosion fatigue susceptibility in concentrated air-saturated sodium chloride solution. In addition the steels X 15 CrNi17, X 35 CrMo 17, X 5 CrNiMoCuNb 14 5, X 4 CrNiCuNb 16 4, X 2 CrNiMoN 22 5 3, X 5 CrNiMoCu 25 5, X 8 CrNiMo 27 5 and X 1 CrNiMoNb 28 4 2 have been studied at room temperature of 80° C using crack propagation, constant straining and pitting corrosion methods. The two last mentioned steels are superiour under the test conditions.  相似文献

研究了人工关节常用材料316L不锈钢在人体模拟体液(Hank’s溶液)中腐蚀疲劳裂纹的产生和扩展过程。结果表明,材料在该溶液中具有孔蚀倾向;遭受侵蚀的晶界具有应力集中的缺口效应,在疲劳应力和腐蚀介质的联合作用下产生了腐蚀疲劳裂纹;腐蚀疲劳裂纹的扩展至沿晶伴穿晶的混合型扩展。  相似文献
