设计了一种基于0.6μm CMOS工艺的高频PWM升压型DC/DC转换芯片.采用恒定频率、电流模式的控制结构以提供稳定的电压.本芯片在XFAB公司流片成功,测试结果表明,芯片的开关频率高达为1.2MHz,在输入电压分别为3.3V、5V的情况下能稳定地分别驱动4个、6个白光LED,输出电压分别为12.8V、18.6V. 相似文献

采用0.35μm标准CMOS工艺设计了3.3V/1.5V单片低压Buck转换器,开关频率为150MHz.本文采用了电压型脉宽调制的反馈控制模式,克服了频率提高所带来的转换器系统不稳定问题.对双层平面螺旋电感进行了设计与优化,获得品质因数2.6,电感值28nH的双层平面电感.模拟结果表明,对应于不同输入电压或不同负载,转换器系统工作稳定,输入调整率-40dB,输出调整率-60dB.输出电压纹波平均值可以控制在额定值75mV,转换效率71%. 相似文献

Heavy ion radiation experiments have been done to DC/DC converters with different topological structures for space applications.The test results were analyzed about the function failure of three topological structures caused by single event effects.The relationship between the function failure and the input supply voltage,the output load current and the topological structure of the module were discussed.Based on the analysis of the variation relationship among the source/drain terminal voltage of MOSFETs and the input voltage and the output load,the sensitivity factors associated with the function failure caused by single event effects were discussed.A new analysis on single event function failure of DC/DC converter based on different topologies has been presented,which can be applied to radiation hardened design and space application. 相似文献

In this paper, an interleaved boost converter (IBC) with a zero-voltage-transition (ZVT) cell using a single resonant inductor in continuous conduction mode is proposed. The IBC with the proposed ZVT cell has advantages such as a simple circuit, reduced size, and low cost by using a single resonant inductor. It is more suitable for high-power applications. The proposed ZVT cell circuit and principles for the IBC are explained in detail. The validity of the IBC with the proposed ZVT cell is verified through experimental results. 相似文献
