依据《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》(CNAS/CL01∶2006)或《实验室资质认定评审准则》(国认实函[2006]141号)对实验室进行监督评审,评审组对发现的不符合事实,视其严重程度和性质,一般会出具一定数量的《不符合项报告》,并经受审核方确认。受审的实验室在规定的期限内分析不符合项产生的原因,采取相应的整改措施,并提供纠正措施实施有效的证据的过程称为不符合项的整改工作。做好实验室不符合项整改工作,保持实验室持续改进。  相似文献

Electronic recordkeeping is increasingly replacing handwritten records in the course of "normal business." As this trend continues, it is important that organizations develop and implement electronic recordkeeping policies and procedures. This is especially true for research and development organizations because of the potential to transform a discovery into a patent, and at times patent application contests are resolved in litigation. This paper provides a basis for the development, implementation, and subsequent assessment of a research and development recordkeeping policy. Internet auction business models have become greatly diversified, and the amount traded grows annually. The traditional auction is initiated by the seller and buyers send in bids. Recently, however, more auctions have been initiated by buyers with sellers sending in bids. The lowest bid then obtains a purchase order. This has become known as a “reverse electronic auction.” Taiwan is the major manufacturing base for global IT products. Many manufacturers have begun to participate in reverse Internet auctions held by global OEMs such as Nokia, Motorola, and Sony Ericsson. Several Taiwan manufacturers have requested that their suppliers do the same thing. In this study, a literature review and case studies analyze the reasons for implementing reverse electronic auctions. We found that not all procurement items are suitable for reverse electronic auctions; also, the characteristics of procurement items and relationships with suppliers must be considered. Enterprises that want to adopt reverse electronic auctions will need to consider the short- and long-term payoffs.  相似文献

Industrial sector is the largest user of energy in India and many parts of the world. More than half of the total energy is used in industries to operate various energy-using machineries. Energy conservation is a cost-effective approach in any energy optimization program that can be implemented in industrial activities. Energy-intensive industries in developing economies offer significant energy-saving potential owing to the technology gap as well as lower operating efficiency. A detailed energy flow analysis was conducted in a paper carton manufacturing unit in India to quantify the energy-saving potential. The study revealed that the compressed air leakage is responsible for about 50% of the total energy loss. The specific electrical and thermal energy consumption was estimated and found to be 91.85?kWh/ton and 1,619?MJ/ton of biomass, respectively. Annual energy saving potential was found to be 5.9% of the total annual energy consumption. The cost of DG power is found to be 389% higher than the grid power. The share of self-generated DG power is estimated to be 41% of the total power consumed. Electrical energy intensity of the plant could be reduced by 6.36% implementing energy conservation measures proposed in this study.  相似文献

Most studies of total quality management (TQM) have focused on the managerial aspects and associated success factors of TQM programmes, whereas relatively few studies have examined the appropriateness and performance of the large number of available tools and techniques that actually implement TQM practices. To assist in determining the best strategy for improving the performance of TQM tools and techniques, the present study integrates a modified importance–performance matrix with elements of failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to provide a comprehensive methodology for assessing and improving the performance of TQM tools and techniques in the Taiwanese motor industry. The methodology presented here can be applied in a variety of industries, including the Taiwanese motor industry, to enable efficient utilisation of TQM tools and techniques and thus improve quality, reduce costs and shorten cycle times.  相似文献
