电子工业部上海二十一研究所与江苏省扬州市邗江塑料色母厂共同研制成功QSM 86POM色母料。该色母着色比为1∶50。经国内几家无线电厂试用,一致反映采用该色母着色成型的录音机机芯板,色彩均匀美观,其力学性能几乎不受影响,耐老化性能有所提高;再与进口的日本M90-07聚甲醛色母相媲美,适用于各种型号的聚甲醛着色。不久,该技术将通过鉴定,并投入批量生产。  相似文献

PVC电线电缆用浓色母科研制成功 在北京市科协的主持下,北京电线厂和北京化学院共同研制的PVC电线电缆用浓色母料于1985年10月19日通过鉴定。 由于PVC粘度大并易分解,色母科的制造较为困难,国外于1982年才有报导。该研制组于1985年进行此项工作。他们参考进口PVC色母科,立足于国内的原材料供应,利用现有条件合理地进行配方筛选,获得了较好配方的色母科。使用该色母料着色的电线电缆其外观色泽、机  相似文献

We have synthesized 2,2'(6')-diallyl-4,4'-isopropylidenediphenol (diallyl bisphenol A), 2,2'(6')-dipropyl-4,4'-isopropylidenediphenol (dipropyl bisphenol A), and epoxy resins (glycidyl ether oligomers) of different average molecular weights. The acrylic and methacrylic esters were prepared by reacting the epoxy resin with acrylic and methacrylic acids, respectively. The amine-cured epoxy resins showed promise as general-purpose adhesives, while the epoxy acrylates were found to be useful as reactive oligomers in ultraviolet (UV) radiation curable coatings, and the epoxy methacrylates as anaerobic adhesives.  相似文献

分析了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)生产工艺现状和技术特点,淤浆聚合工艺是我国HDPE最主要的生产技术。利用釜式淤浆法工艺特点可开发双峰或多峰产品以实现其机械性能和加工性能的平衡;利用环管淤浆法工艺特点开发高性能管材料和宽相对分子质量分布产品;利用气相法工艺单线生产能力大的特点稳定生产通用产品;利用溶液法工艺产品均一性好、切换容易的特点开发高附加值特色产品。建议结合装置特点开发高性能HDPE。  相似文献

An experimental study was carried out to investigate the isothermal and non-isothermal curing kinetics of unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins, using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Emphasis was put on investigating the effect of low-profile additives on the curing kinetics of the thermo-setting resins. For the study, a general-purpose polyester resin and a vinyl ester resin were used, together with polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) as low-profile additive, benzoyl peroxide as initiator, and N,N-dimethyl aniline as promoter. It has been found that (1) the addition of the low-profile thermoplastic-additive decreases the rate of cure and, also, the final degree of cure of the resins, (2) the total heat of cure generated by isothermal cure is lower than that generated by non-isothermal cure, and (3) the resin/initiator mixture with promoter exhibits two major exotherm peaks during non-isothermal cure, but only a single exotherm peak during isothermal cure.  相似文献

通过对华昌公司苯乙烯挥发抑制剂Merican 109加入树脂前后的固化性能及树脂对玻璃钢表面的粘接性能测试和对粘接测试后剥离表面的扫描电镜分析研究了Merican 109在树脂常温固化过程中对苯乙烯挥发的抑制作用。同时将华昌公司新型低苯乙烯挥发树脂MEF-2LSE、Merican 9709LSE、Merican 9406LSE等在常温固化过程中苯乙烯的挥发性与通用树脂进行了比较。结果表明,Merican 109与德国公司BYK 740作用相当,苯乙烯挥发量降低了50%~90%,且固化性能、粘接强度未受影响。MEF-2LSE树脂的低挥发性表现优异,15℃时挥发量为普通树脂的1/8。  相似文献

This study investigated the interrelationship between strength and flow characteristics of general-purpose polystyrene (GPPS) used in injection molding applications. The ease of flow was chosen as a measure of processability and was evaluated using the melt flow rate and capillary rheometer techniques. Of the different strength tests that were examined, flexural and notched tensile strength tests were most effective in differentiating between commercial grades of high and low molecular weight GPPS. While characterizing strength of injection molded specimens, the degree of molecular orientation was taken into consideration. For unplasticized resins, increasing the weight average molecular weight by about 100,000 enhanced the flexural strength by 10%, but also increased the viscosity at low shear rates (10 to 100 s?1). The increase in molecular weight had virtually no effect on viscosity at the highest shear rates (up to 10,000 s?1). Plasticized resins displayed a 6% loss in flexural strength as well as a significant reduction in viscosity (throughout the shear rate range) as compared with the unplasticized resins. As expected, the improvement in strength achieved by increasing molecular weight leads to a simultaneous increase in the viscosity, i.e., a deterioration of processability. In addition, our study indicates that for samples without preferential molecular orientation, narrowing the molecular weight distribution significantly improves the balance of strength and melt flow rate properties.  相似文献

通过对低密度聚乙烯大棚膜专用树脂性能的分析,确定了专用树脂18B的性能指标及工艺操作条件,并试生产成功,大棚膜专用树脂18B的熔体流动指数为0.5-0.9g/10min,密度为0.918-0.922g/cm^2,拉伸强度为13.5MPa,薄膜雾度小于等于11%,具有保温,耐候,长寿,透明性高等优点,其机械性能也明显高于通用薄膜产品,是生产大棚膜,重包装膜的理想材料。  相似文献

The rheological properties and curing kinetics of a vinyl ester resin have been determined during isothermal cure. Both steady and oscillatory shearing flow properties were determined using a cone-and-plate rheometer, and the curing kinetics were determined using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). Also determined were the rheological properties and curing kinetics of the resin when it had been thickened using magnesium oxide (MgO), in the presence of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) as filler and polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) as low-profile additive. The steady shearing flow behavior observed with the vinyl ester resin was found to be very similar to that observed with a general-purpose polyester resin, reported in Paper I of this series [C. D. Han and K. W. Lem, J. Appl. Polym. Sci., 28 , 3155 (1983)]. However, a significant difference in the oscillatory shearing flow behavior was found between the two resins. We have concluded that dynamic measurement is much more sensitive to variations in resin chemistry than steady shearing flow measurement. DSC measurement has permitted us to determine the degree of cure as a function of cure time. By combining the rheological and DSC measurements, we have constructed plots describing how the viscosity increases with the degree of cure, at various isothermal curing temperatures.  相似文献

将传统的通用信号发生器与通用的测试仪的功能通过LabVIEW这个软件开发平台实现功能的高度集成,开发一种通用自动测试系统。以计算机和数据采集卡为基本硬件来实现激励信号的产生和响应信号的采集,本系统采用软件工程中面向组件的设计思想,从而使繁琐的编程过程转变为组件的开发和搭接两个步骤,同时采用严格数据类型的枚举控件,极大地提高了系统的可重用性和可扩展性。同时利用LabVIEW中同步控制技术中的Queue技术来完成通用自动测试系统组件的搭接,从而实现了信号源和测试仪的集成,由此避免了数据的丢失。  相似文献

Preparation and characterization of novel cycloaliphatic epoxy resins, which are derived from octadienyl compounds, were studied. From a model peracetic acid epoxidation reaction using 2,7-octadienyl acetate-1, the structure of the liquid resins is estimated to be mainly terminal epoxides and some amount of inner epoxide depending on the epoxide content. The epoxy resins offer lower toxicity and lower vapor pressure. The reactivity of the resin with acid anhydrides is moderate but faster than that of traditional cyclohexane epoxide-type resins and slower than that of the glycidyl ester-type resins. This reactivity was also examined using model compounds. The heat deflection temperature of the hexahydro-phthalic anhydride-cured resins is shown to be directly proportional to the number of epoxy groups in the molecules. The flexural strength of the cured resins is nearly equivalent to that of the commercial resins, although the flexural elongation of the resins is larger than that of the rigid cyclohexane epoxide-type resins. The thermal stability of the cured resins is comparable to typical rigid cycloaliphatic resins; furthermore, high water resistance of the cured resins is suggested to be attributed to the hydrophobic character of the C8 chain by cross-linking. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献
