利用多层宽边耦合带状线谐振结构实现小型化LTCC(LowTemperature Co-fired Ceramic)宽带滤波器。采用了两层、三层耦合带线谐振结构,利用这两种谐振结构可以有效减小滤波器的尺寸。利用四个谐振腔结构,实现较宽的频带和较强的选择特性;输出、输入引入电感反馈产生两个传输零点,利用DGS(Defected Ground Struc-ture)可使滤波器在阻带和镜像频率处产生较大的衰减。设计出侧面印刷互连和侧面通孔互连两种工艺结构的滤波器,利用LTCC工艺加工出侧面印刷互连的滤波器性能良好,测试性能和仿真结果基本吻合。  相似文献

纳机械谐振器有几百兆甚至更高的工作频率,本文利用达芬方程作为纳机械谐振器的动力学方程,用数值方法求解了电磁驱动纳机械谐振器的动态特性,计算表明谐振器有明显的非线性特性,与国外已有的实验结果相符合,该分析方法可以为纳机械混频器设计提供参考。  相似文献

Integrated optical filters having elliptic transfer functions are proposed using two-dimensional arrays of synchronously tuned mutually coupled microring resonators. Analysis of microring filter topologies of the most general form is facilitated by the formulation of an energy-coupling matrix for the microring array. A method for synthesizing elliptic microring filter transfer functions having the prescribed transmission poles and zeros is also presented. The approach involves representing the microring filter by an equivalent electrical network of coupled LC oscillators and applying the coupling matrix technique developed for micro-wave filters to determine the coupling parameters. An example of a sixth-order elliptic function filter is presented to demonstrate the feasibility of using mutually coupled microring resonators to realize optical filters having finite transmission zeros in the transfer function  相似文献

Experimental results for a sixth-order switched-capacitor bandpass filter with a selectivity Q of 55 at a center frequency of 3.1 MHz are presented. A simple noise analysis of active bandpass filters composed of coupled identical resonators is introduced to explain the dynamic range reduction in high-Q active filters resulting from loose high-Q couplings between resonators. Theoretical predictions of noise in coupled resonator-type bandpass filters agree well with measured results. The prototype chip occupies 2 mm/SUP 2/ and dissipates 45 mW with a single 5-V supply.  相似文献

A Compact Open-Loop Filter With Mixed Electric and Magnetic Coupling   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
A novel cascaded microstrip open-loop resonator filter with controllable electric and magnetic mixed coupling is presented to have one or more transmission zeros. For two coupled resonators, the coupled sides with the maximum magnetic field are combined with their open gaps with the maximum electric field, creating the electric and magnetic mixed coupling. By adjusting the distances between resonators and the positions of open gaps in a mixed coupled filter, the coupling coefficients can be changed, and controllable transmission zeros can be produced in the lower stopband, upper stopband, or both. Design and fabrication of the proposed second-and fourth-order filters show the advantages: such as a smaller number of resonators, higher rejection level, as well as asymmetrical response; moreover, the location of the transmission zeros can be precisely controlled.  相似文献

In this paper, a method for reducing the size of coplanar-waveguide (CPW) resonators, used in the design of compact bandpass filters, is presented. This is accomplished by incorporating a distributed array of capacitive loads along a resonant CPW line. Design of a miniaturized bandpass filter using capacitively loaded CPW resonators, which are inductively coupled, is presented. Inductively coupled bandpass filters with the proposed capacitively loaded CPW line resonators are designed and a size reduction of 25%, compared with filters using a standard CPW line resonator, is demonstrated. It is shown that, through this size reduction, the insertion loss is minimally increased (<0.4 dB). A hybrid algorithm, combining the method of moments (MOM) and circuit simulation is used to facilitate design process. Few filters using this technique are designed, fabricated, and measured at W-band. An excellent agreement between the simulation and measurement responses of these filters is presented.  相似文献

A system of series-coupled transmission cavity resonators formed from sections of regular waveguides separated by coupling windows is considered. Bandpass characteristics of this system are obtained by representing the fields in the cavities in the form of a sum of the waves scattered by the windows. A method for measuring the intercavity coupling coefficient for two coupled resonators is presented and a good agreement between the calculated and measured characteristics is demonstrated.  相似文献

High-Q dielectric resonators having remarkable advantages such as compactness, light weight, temperature stability, and low cost have become very valuable elements for various microwave circuits. A modified Itoh and Rudokas model is proposed to analyse the field distribution and the coupling relations between dielectric resonators and microstrip lines based on the analysis results, a convenient procedure for designing microwave filters containing parallel coupled dielectric resonators is presented. Two experimental dielectric resonator filters are also fabricated to verify the calculation and the design procedure. The outcome demonstrates that the procedure provides good accuracy and saves design time.  相似文献

A method to control the half-power relative band- widths of split ring resonators (SRRs) coupled to a transmission-line system is presented. An equivalent circuit model is proposed to analyze the main factors that effect the relative band- widths of SRRs. Based on the analysis, we propose an efficient way to control the relative bandwidth of SRR, which has been verified by both full-wave simulations and experiments. A method of controlling the nonlinearity of nano-resonators without additional complicated systems is presented. With increasing electrothermal power, the critical amplitude up to which the resonators display linear harmonic oscillation increases. Results of the analysis of a class of folded-waveguide slow-wave structures (a classical folded waveguide and coupled rectangular resonators) and resonator slow-wave structures (a comb-square, a ring on opposing metal mounts, and a traditional chain of coupled resonators) of the millimeter band are presented. Monitoring the collective behaviour of coupled micro/nano resonators array provides a distinct opportunity for high resolution multi-function sensing. We report an inverse eigenvalue analysis based sensing approach for large array of coupled micro/nano resonators. A new characterization algorithm is proposed to precisely extract the system matrix of those multiplexed sensors with reduced algorithmic complexity and below 1% relative error. The method has been verified experimentally using five corner coupled square plate MEMS resonators with a natural frequency close to 0.85 MHz. The method is also capable of characterizing the fabrication process and important sensor parameters such as the spring constant and coupling ratio.  相似文献

A novel approach to the design of general cavity filters with each cavity coupled to an arbitrary number of other cavities is presented. This approach is based on a suitable characterization of the filter structure which does not require one to model separately the cavities (resonators) and the coupling elements. Suitably defined equivalent admittances are associated with each cavity allowing one to design the filter structure once the parameters of a suitable low-pass prototype are given; an efficient procedure for the synthesis of such a prototype with equiripple passband response is also presented which allows one to arbitrarily prescribe transmission zeros placed in the complex plane (even asymmetrically). The described design approach is particularly convenient when the filter structure does not allow a simple modeling of the resonators and coupling elements separately. This is the case of slot-coupled cavity filters and of filter structures based on arrays of coupled transmission lines. It is also shown that the simplified design approach often adopted in the past, where only two coupled cavities at a time are considered, can produce large errors even in the case of filters with all attenuation poles at infinity (i.e., two couplings per cavity)  相似文献
