本文通过C#与MATLAB进行混合编程设计分析研究,提出一种新的关于机械优化设计运算的程序算法。同时借助MATLAB生成COM组件运行算法,C#生成前端代码,经数据结果表明,成功实现关于C#与MATLAB的集成实现计算方法:一维搜索试探方法、坐标轮换法、惩罚函数法。本算法将能够实现输入范围区间、函数等参数,可以选择多种不同算法得出迭代过程中的函数搜索区间变化等核心数据,同时本算法实用性强,减少机械优化设计中繁琐的计算步骤,从而优化计算。  相似文献

利用MATLAB软件对六关节工业机器人的工作空间进行虚拟仿真分析,并推导机器人的工作空间;采用五次多项式进行插值计算对工业机器人的轨迹进行规划,并运用MATLAB软件对工业机器人轨迹规划进行仿真分析。结果表明:六关节工业机器人的工作范围基本能够满足食品包装过程中的工作需要;6个关节的运动都很平滑,各个关节的角度、速度、加速度与时间的曲线比较连续,规划路线比较合理。  相似文献

随着电力电子技术的不断发展,与其相应的仿真设计具有十分重要的意义,不仅可以帮助初学者理解电路的工作原理和工作过程,即使对经验丰富的工程技术人员,计算机仿真也是对电路及其控制系统分析、定量计算的强有力工具。本文借助于MATLAB软件对单相桥式单极性调制PWM型逆变电路和单相桥式双极性调制PWM型逆变电路建立动态模型,进行了仿真,对其正确性进行了验证研究,体现了MATLAB仿真具有的直观性、灵活性等优点,为电力电子技术课程的教学和研究起到补充和辅助学习的作用。  相似文献

The effective mass transfer (water and solute) and volume shrinkage were measured during solid–liquid contacting process for red beet material tissue under a wide range of process parameters. The mass transfer process of each component in the solid–liquid system is affected not only by operating parameters, but also by the matrix properties of cellular material. The main driving force for the mass transfer phenomena of water out of red beet tissue and sucrose taken into red beet tissue from sucrose solution is attributed to the concentration gradient between external and internal red beet material, and the interaction among water, sucrose fluxes and tissue matrix. The coupled mass transfer fluxes across the interface in an isothermal solid–liquid system were analysed by means of a film model as a function of the concentration gradients, based on the generalized multicomponent mass transfer theories. The relation between individual flux and the independent driving force is nonlinear. The mass transfer model and parameters proposed in the present study is applicable to the unit operation such as osmotic treatment of cellular porous biomaterial.  相似文献

The study of mass transfer during osmotic dehydration process in limited volume solutions was carried out to evaluate the diffusion coefficients of sucrose and water in the osmotic treatment of hexahedral pineapple slices. The experimental osmotic dehydration kinetics for pineapple slices of two different sizes were conducted at 25 °C using a 1:1 solution to fruit weight ratio. The analytical solution of a 3D mass transfer model considering a limited volume of osmotic solution (i.e., an osmotic media of variable solute concentration) was used for describing the mass transfer in osmotic dehydration of pineapple slices. This model was fitted to the experimental kinetics by means of nonlinear regression to obtain the diffusion coefficients. Additionally, the diffusion coefficients were evaluated considering an infinite volume of osmotic solution (i.e., an osmotic media of constant solute concentration). Results showed that the proposed model may be fitted accurately to the experimental osmotic dehydration kinetics and allows the estimation of diffusion coefficients when solute concentration in the osmotic media varies along the process.  相似文献

A generalized model was established for simulating an aerobic granule-based sequencing batch reactor (SBR) with considerations of biological processes, reactor hydrodynamics, mass transfer, and diffusion. Methodology of discretization was effectively used forthe model development and calculations. The activated sludge model no.1 was modified to describe the biological processes within the granules. Based on the difference between the calculated and measured results, the model structure was further improved through introducing simultaneous consumption of soluble substrates by storage and heterotrophs growth with a changeable reaction rate. Model calculations were conducted using a MATLAB program. The calculation results show the respective contributions of granules in different size fractions and slices to the overall change of model component concentrations. Moreover, oxygen concentration profiles within granules and oxygen consumption rate varied in one operating cycle. This confirms the applicability and validity of the discretization method and the model structure.  相似文献

减振弹簧广泛用于各种机械装置中,为了实现弹簧轻量化设计以及提高其寿命,应用MATLAB软件对其进行数学建模。并采用统一目标函数法通过简单编程调用MATLAB优化函数对弹簧质量和疲劳安全系数进行多目标优化设计。结果表明:优化后的弹簧质量轻,使用寿命长,并且该法简单易用,为设计人员提供了一种有效的设计手段。  相似文献

Combined convective and far-infrared drying is a challenging assignment due to complex relationship between heat and mass transfer. In this paper, heat and mass transfer of fruit leather drying with combination of hot air and far-infrared has been carried out. The heat and the mass transfer coefficients were analyzed by heat–mass analogy. It could be found that the ratio between heat and mass transfer coefficients for the combination technique could not be obtained from the heat–mass analogy classical model and a modification is needed. The modified correlations for predicting ratio of heat and mass transfer coefficients and the heat transfer coefficient in term of heat transfer Nusselt number are developed. The model could fit the experimental data quite well within ±10% deviation.  相似文献

Water-sampler equilibrium partitioning coefficients and aqueous boundary layer mass transfer coefficients for atrazine, diuron, hexazionone and fluometuron onto C18 and SDB-RPS Empore disk-based aquatic passive samplers have been determined experimentally under a laminar flow regime (Re = 5400). The method involved accelerating the time to equilibrium of the samplers by exposing them to three water concentrations, decreasing stepwise to 50% and then 25% of the original concentration. Assuming first-order Fickian kinetics across a rate-limiting aqueous boundary layer, both parameters are determined computationally by unconstrained nonlinear optimization. In addition, a method of estimation of mass transfer coefficients--therefore sampling rates--using the dimension-less Sherwood correlation developed for laminar flow over a flat plate is applied. For each of the herbicides, this correlation is validated to within 40% of the experimental data.The study demonstrates that for trace concentrations (sub 0.1 microg/L) and these flow conditions, a naked Empore disk performs well as an integrative sampler over short deployments (up to 7 days) for the range of polar herbicides investigated. The SDB-RPS disk allows a longer integrative period than the C18 disk due to its higher sorbent mass and/or its more polar sorbent chemistry. This work also suggests that for certain passive sampler designs, empirical estimation of sampling rates may be possible using correlations that have been available in the chemical engineering literature for some time.  相似文献
