The phase relationships in the system K2O · AL2O3-Al2O3 between 1200 and 1700° C have been experimentally established. The homogeneity range of potassium -alumina is limited by the 83 and 91 mol % Al2O3 compositions. The eutectic point between the K2O-Al2O3 and -alumina was found to be at 1450° at about 62 mol % Al2O3 composition. An X-ray diffraction pattern analysis of potassium -alumina is shown.  相似文献

The BaO · 2B2O3–La2O3 · 3B2O3 join of the ternary system BaO–La2O3–B2O3 is studied using differential thermal analysis, x-ray diffraction, and density measurements. The join is shown to be pseudobinary, with eutectic phase relations. In the composition range 5–99.8 mol % La2O3 · 3B2O3, glassy materials are obtained, which seems to be associated with the existence of the congruently melting compound BaO · La2O3 · 5B2O3.  相似文献

根据硬盘基板用材料的要求,制备了MgO-A12Oa-SiO2-TiO2-Y2Oa高弹性模量玻璃(120GPa).玻璃的弹性模量随组成的变化服从Makishima-Mackenzie理论,MgO、A12O3、TiO2、Y2O3等具有较高单位体积离解能的氧化物有利于提高玻璃的弹性模量.但玻璃弹性模量的理论计算值低于测试值.这是因为Makishima-Mackenzie理论没有考虑玻璃内阳离子的具体配位状态,对MgO、Y2O3堆积密度因子的推导存在误差.因此利用Makishima-Mackenzie理论发展高弹性模量玻璃时应对MgO、Y2O3等氧化物的计算进行修正.  相似文献

玻璃陶瓷属于一类多晶陶瓷材料.通过调整玻璃基质和晶相组成可以制备出具有良好的力学、热学、电学和光学性能的玻璃陶瓷材料.采用传统的熔融和退火技术制备出含B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2-Li2O-K2O组分的硼铝硅玻璃,并通过成核和长晶工艺最终制备出透明玻璃陶瓷.配合料在铂金坩埚中于1450℃下熔融2h,然后经两步热处理制度控制晶核的生成和晶粒的长大.采用差热分析技术确定成核和长晶温度.采用X射线衍射技术对不同热处理制度下的玻璃陶瓷样品进行分析,以确定最佳成核和长晶条件.采用扫描电子显微镜分析玻璃陶瓷形态,晶粒尺寸及其在残余玻璃相中的分布.采用UV-Vis-Nir分光光度计测定玻璃陶瓷样品的透过率.  相似文献

Wettability is the most significant phenomenon in SiC liquid phase sintering. The wetting of Y2O3/Al2O3 and Sm2O3/Al2O3 on SiC was analysed by the “Sessil drop” method. The wetting of liquid on solid during liquid phase sintering is very important. The behaviour of the additive on the SiC plate was observed using an imaging system with a CCD camera, and the contact angle measurements were analysed by Qwin Leica software. The samples were cut transversally and characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray spectrometry (SEM/EDS). The wetting was found to be strongly influenced by the temperature; the SiC/additive contact angle decreased with increasing temperature. The YA and SA additives presented low contact angle values, indicating their good wetting on SiC in the argon atmosphere. The contact angle could not be measured when the test was performed in the nitrogen atmosphere because bubbles formed in the liquid during the test. The best atmosphere for this sintering was found to be argon, which allows uniform spreading.  相似文献

以分析纯的Bi(NO3)3·5H2O和Y (NO3)3*6H2O作为原料,经反向滴定法化学共沉淀、干燥和430℃焙烧后获得(75mol%Bi2O3+25mol%Y2O3)纳米复合粉体,粉体平均粒度30nm以下;通过常压反应烧结工艺制备了纳米Bi2O3-Y2O3快离子导体,对烧结过程中高导电相(纳米δ-Bi2O3)的形成规律研究结果表明烧结初期以固溶反应为主,后期以晶粒长大为主,晶粒生长规律符合(D-D0)2=K·t抛物线方程;用模式识别技术对δ-Bi2O3相生成的工艺条件进行了优化.  相似文献

研究了应用于阳极支撑型的中温固体氧化物燃料电池(ITSOFC)密封的SrO-La2O3-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2体系微晶玻璃不同组分的线膨胀率,结果表明当微晶玻璃粉组成SrCO3 28.14%(摩尔分数),La2O3 21.17%(摩尔分数),Al2O3 7.22%(摩尔分数),H2BO3 41.72%(摩尔分数),SiO2 1.76%(摩尔分数)(SLABS3) 时,最符合ITSOFC密封要求.差热分析结果表明SLABS3的玻璃转变温度在670℃~760℃之间,结晶温度在813~840℃之间,玻璃软化点约在900℃,XRD测试表明微晶玻璃与Ni-La0.3Ce0.7O1.85(Ni-LDC)阳极化学相容性好,将微晶玻璃和Ni-LDC在850℃烧结100h后,SEM观察界面粘附性好,EPMA测试界面的元素含量结果表明,虽然阳极的Ce会向微晶玻璃扩散10μm的深度,但观察不到微晶玻璃的元素向Ni-LDC扩散现象.用SLABS3密封模拟电池,测试开路电压结果表明SLABS3的密封效果和稳定性良好.  相似文献

Effects of adding Y2O3 and La2O3 on the crystallization of -quartz solid solution (ss) and the subsequent -quartz ss to -spodumene transformation of Li2O·Al2O3·4SiO2 glass-ceramic were investigated. Adding 4 mol% YO3/2 or 8 mol % LaO3/2 effectively improved the control of the crystallization process of the glass. Y2O3 did not effectively induce bulk crystallization of -quartz ss, but can reduce the rate of surface crystallization. La2O3 completely suppressed the surface crystallization and promoted a uniform, bulk crystallization of -quartz ss. For both the Y2O3- and La2O3-doped glasses, the kinetics for glass crystallization to -quartz ss was delayed as the doping level increased. Except for the 8 mol % LaO3/2-doped glass in which no -spodumene was formed, the kinetics for the -quartz ss to -spodumene transformation for the doped glasses was enhanced compared with that for the undoped glass. For the 4 and 8 mol % YO3/2-doped compositions, the relative amount of -spodumene to -quartz revealed an anomalous decrease trend with heating temperature in a particular temperature range. This can be explained by the surface crystallization characteristic, which induced an overlap of crystallization and -quartz ss to -spodumene transformation. Glass doped with 8 mol % LaO3/2 exhibited an Avrami exponent of about 2.4 and an activation energy for crystal growth of -quartz ss of about 418 kJ mol–1.  相似文献

Some ternary Gd2O3–Bi2O3–B2O3 glasses are prepared, and crystallization behavior and second harmonic intensity are examined to develop new non-linear optical crystallized glasses. The glasses with Gd2O3 contents of 8–14 mol% have large densities of over 6 g/cm3 and large refractive indices of ~ 1.9. Transparent surface crystallized glasses consisting of two kinds of crystalline phases with different morphologies, i.e. plate shape and needle shape crystals, are fabricated by heat-treatment at temperatures between glass transition and crystallization temperatures. From second harmonic generation microscope observations, micro-Raman scattering spectra and XRD analyses, plate shape crystals are determined to be non-linear optical GdxBi1KxBO3 and needle shape crystals are Bi3B5O12 having no second-order optical non-linearity. Since crystallized glasses consisting of GdxBi1KxBO3 crystals exhibit relatively strong SHGs, they have a high potential for application to light control devices.  相似文献

在MgO-Al-SiO-TiO玻璃中添加不同数量的氧化镧,采用差热分析、X射线衍射及电子显微镜等技术研究了氧化镧对玻璃析晶过程与力学性能的影响.氧化镧的加入使玻璃中析出α-堇青石相的温度降低;同时避免了高膨胀方石英相的析出.随着氧化镧加入量的增加,玻璃整体析晶能力下降,微晶玻璃中晶相含量减少,晶粒尺寸增大,微晶玻璃的弹性模量与硬度减小,断裂韧性增加,体现出大尺寸长柱状金红石晶粒的增韧作用.  相似文献

对应用于1.55μm波段宽带放大的掺Er3 :Bi2O3-GeO2-Ga2O3-Na2O(玻璃中激发态吸收的抑制进行了研究.为此,在该玻璃中分别引入了Ce3 离子和B2O3组分.研究表明,随着玻璃中Ce2O3的掺杂或B2O3组分的引入, Er3 4:I11/2能级与Ce3 2:F5/2能级间的能量传递或Er3 4:I11/2→4I13/2能级间多声子弛豫速率相应提高, Er3 离子4I11/2能级荧光寿命显著减小,激发态吸收得到有效抑制.同时,实验发现, Ce2O3的掺杂进一步提高了Er3 离子4I13/2→415/2能级间总量子效率,增强了1.55μm波段荧光发射强度,而荧光发射谱宽基本保持不变. B2O3组分的引入虽在一定程度上削弱了1.55μm波段荧光发射强度,但进一步拓展了其荧光发射谱,且增益截面峰值波长移向长波段.  相似文献

The phase diagrams of the systems Bi2O3-6Bi2O3 · SiO2 and (Bi2O3)0.85 (Nb2O5)0.15-6Bi2O3 · SiO2 were determined by a quenching method. Melts of the eutectic and neighbouring compositions in these systems were unidirectionally solidified at various rates of 0.5 to 10 mm h–1 under a temperature gradient of 100° C cm–1. At any solidification rate examined, the ingot was of irregular structure in the former system and was of well-aligned regular structure in the latter system at the eutectic composition and those deviated from that by 10 mol%. In the latter ingots, fibrous-(Bi2O3)0.85 (Nb2O5)0.15 crystals were embedded in parallel and with a uniform spacing in a matrix of-6Bi2O3 · SiO2 crystal. The diameter,d, of the fibrous crystals and the interfibre spacing decreased from 3.8 to 0.7 m and 10 to 1.9 m, respectively, with increasing solidification rate,R, in the range 0.5 to 10 mm h–1, following the relationsd= 2.5R –1/2 and=6.9R –1/2. The volume fraction of the fibrous crystals increased from 0.14 to 0.23 with an increase in the (Bi2O3)0.85 (Nb2O5)0.15 content of the melt from 46 to 66 mol%. The elongation direction 110 of the fibrous crystal was parallel to the 111 direction of the matrix crystal. The difference in the microstructure of the ingots between the systems is discussed in terms of the solidification process.  相似文献

本实验采用溶胶-凝胶法结合干法纺丝制备了氧化铝基凝胶连续纤维,煅烧后得到含12.92%B2O3、24.56%SiO2和62.50%(均为质量分数)Al2O3的氧化铝基陶瓷连续纤维.通过TG-DSC、SEM、TEM、XRD和强度拉伸仪等分析手段研究了前驱体溶胶的微观结构、纤维晶相组成以及纤维表面和内部结构.结果表明,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备的前驱体溶胶可纺性优良,性质稳定.采用干法纺丝得到的氧化铝基凝胶连续纤维长度可达上千米,将凝胶纤维进行陶瓷化后形成的含硼氧化铝基陶瓷连续纤维直径均匀,为14~15 μm,经1 000℃煅烧后纤维主晶相为莫来石相,拉伸强度最高可达1.35 GPa.本实验所制备的氧化铝基陶瓷连续纤维具有优良的力学性能,在热防护领域具有广阔的应用前景.  相似文献

用X射线光电子能谱和拉曼光谱方法研究了Bi-LiO系玻璃的结构.X射线光电子能谱显示Bi-LiO玻璃的O1s电子结合能非常低,甚至低于碱硅酸盐玻璃中断桥氧的O1s电子结合能,并且O1s电子结合能随着氧化锂含量的增加而增加.拉曼光谱显示随着氧化锂含量的增加,位于高波数的拉曼振动带朝着更高的方向移动并且强度增加,而位于低波数的拉曼振动带朝着更低的方向移动并且强度下降;这反映了此系玻璃结构中的铋氧多面体的变形程度随LiO含量的增加而增加.  相似文献
