The paper is concerned with a new instrument, nanobalance, measuring thrust and noise of space micro-thrusters in the range 0-1 mN with submicronewton accuracy. Low-noise micro-thrusters will be essential for upcoming "drag-free" space missions like GOCE, SMART-2, LISA, and Darwin. Nanobalance departs from traditional thrust measuring concepts so as to exploit sensitivity of in-vacuum Fabry-Pérot interferometers to subnanometric displacements. That is achieved by an optical cavity embraced by two equal pendulums suspended at a constant distance, one of which carrying the micro-thruster under test. Any thrust, changing the optical path length of the injected laser beam, is detected as the frequency variation restoring a standing wave in the cavity. The paper presents the measurement principles, the error budget as derived from recent tests as well as instrument automation, which is essential for facilitating instrument setup and adaptation from measurement trial to trial. 针对组合喷管推力测量系统的测量不确定度评定问题,对组合喷管推力的测量原理进行了介绍,对传感器测力面的位置和推力的修正系数进行了试验标定,对推力测量系统的不确定度来源进行了分析。利用A类不确定度分量和B类不确定度分量对推力测量系统的测量不确定度进行了评定,采用贝塞尔法对每个通道的A类不确定度分量进行了计算,对推力测量系统各个环节引入的B类不确定度分量进行了计算。研究结果表明,每个通道的B类不确定度分量接近,每个通道合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度的大小主要由A类不确定度分量决定,A类不确定度分量与喷管的尺寸和内部结构有关。 相似文献

Design, calibration and error analysis of a piezoelectric thrust dynamometer for small thrust liquid pulsed rocket engines 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Small thrust liquid pulsed rocket engines operating in pulsed mode have gained a good reputation in attitude control applications for their potential reliability and efficiency. However, the pulsed characteristic creates a difficult measurement problem. In this paper, a novel thrust dynamometer with high natural frequency is developed for accurately measuring the pulsed thrust. It consists of two shear mode piezoelectric quartz crystal sensors and an integral shell. The sensors are inserted into unique double-elastic-half-ring grooves with an interference fit. Stiffness equations of the shell which are used to estimate the amount of interference are derived. The thrust dynamometer is calibrated both statically and dynamically. Static calibration uncertainty is evaluated. A trapezoidal impulse force is used to simulate the pulsed thrust for further characterizing the dynamic measurement performance of the thrust dynamometer. An evaluation algorithm of dynamic error is presented and used to evaluate the results of the dynamic simulation. The results show the thrust dynamometer has high sensitivity and natural frequency, good linearity and repeatability, and excellent dynamic performance. 针对卫星姿态调节舱体上喷管的测力面位置问题,使用Fluent流体计算软件,采用有限体积法,根据挡板位置和入口总压,对拉瓦尔喷管及其延伸流场进行了仿真,对挡板对喷管及其延伸流场的影响进行了分析。对3种出口直径分别为5.1、3.6、2.3的拉瓦尔喷管进行了数值计算,其推力大小均在10 N以内。研究结果表明,当挡板固定不动时,喷管Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的进出口压强比分别超过10、12、15时,挡板对喷管出口压强产生影响;当入口总压不变时,每类喷管都有相应挡板适合放置的位置区域,且不尽相同。 相似文献

In the measurement of a cylindrical form by the radial deviation method using a rotating table, the measured data have some errors arising from the setting of the specimen, such as eccentricity and tilting. These errors should be removed by manual operation or automatic equipment before the measurement in order to obtain accurate data. The former method requires a high degree of skill, and the latter brings higher costs. This paper deals with a new control system to remove the setting errors. The automatic centring and levelling equipment, which is controlled by a microcomputer, is placed external to the rotating table. This newly developed system has a simple mechanism and its cost is very low. Further, this equipment can be easily adapted to a conventional measuring machine. 相似文献

基于Internet网络的WEB测控系统是由仪器硬件、Internet网络和软件组成的分散集成式测控系统。文中提出了基于xML网络数据传输技术、结合组件开发技术及以虚拟仪器技术为支撑的虚拟仪器远程WEB测控新方案。该方案克服了传统WEB系统的缺点,大幅度降低了WEB测控系统的网络数据传输量,实现了测控数据的WEB客户端处理,突破了以往WEB客户端只能进行测量数据浏览而不能进行处理的局限,使得基于Internet的WEB测控趋向于实用。 相似文献
