三元共聚尼龙/聚氯乙烯/丁腈橡胶三元共混弹性体研究   总被引:2,自引:3,他引:2

选择三元共聚尼龙(PA),聚氯乙烯(PVC)和丁腈橡胶(NBR)为主体材料,采用高温机械共混,化学交联工艺制得了PA/PVC/NBR三元共混弹性体,探讨了PA/NBR,POM/NBR,PVC/NBR,HMWPVC/NBR三元共混体系性能,重点讨论了PA/PVC/NBR共混比,不同硫化体系,有机过氧物DCP用量等因素对PA/PVC/NBR三元共混弹性体性能的影响,实验结果表明:选择适宜配方制得力学性能和耐油耐溶剂性能较好的PA/PVC/NBR三元共混弹性体,扫描电镜的实验结果证实m(PA):m(PVC):m(NBR)=10:30:60和m(PA):m(PVC):m(NBR)=30:10:60两个体系的三元共混弹性体均具有较好的相容性,且前者的相容性更好。  相似文献

对PVC/热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)/SR三元共混物的性能进行研究,重点讨论NBR品种、TPU/NBR并用比、PVC聚合度、增塑剂DOP和硫化剂DCP用量对PVC/TPU/NBR三元共混物性能的影响。结果表明。PVC/TPU/NBR-3604三元共混物的物理性能较优;PVC/TPU/NBR-3604三元共混物的拉断伸长率和拉断永久变形均随着PVC聚合度的增大基本呈上升趋势;随着增塑剂DOP用量的增大,共混物的邵尔A型硬度、拉伸强度、撕裂强度和拉断永久变形均基本呈下降趋势,拉断伸长率增大;随着硫化剂DCP用量的增大。共混物的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率变化不大,撕裂强度基本呈逐渐减小的趋势。不同PVC/TPU/SR三元共混物的扫描电子显微镜照片表明,NBR与PVC和TPU的相容性较好。  相似文献

在选择三元共聚尼龙(PA)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、丁腈橡胶(NBR)为主体材料,制备PA/PVC/NBR(10/30/60)三元共混弹性体的工作基础上,进一步探讨了填料品种和用量,共混温度,加料顺序等因素PA/PVC/NBR三元共混弹性体的影响。试验结果表明:在PA/PVC/NBR(10/30/60)共混体系中,补强型填料的补强效果优于非补强型的填料,6种填料补强效果依次是:快压出炭黑>半补强炭黑>白炭黑>活性重质,CaCO3>陶土>滑石粉,快压出炭黑的适宜用量是20-50份。在制备PA/PVC/NBR三元共混物时,适宜的共混温度是122-140℃,并且采用二段法混工艺制得的共混物性能优于采用一段法共混工艺。  相似文献

介绍NBR/PVC共混物的共混工艺和性能。NBR/PVC共混物共混工艺主要有乳液共沉法和机械共混法,其中乳液共沉法共混物性能较好,机械共混法操作简单、成本较低。影响共混物性能的因素主要有NBR的门尼粘度和丙烯腈含量、PVC品种、NBR/PVC共混比、共混温度以及PVC在共混物中的分散程度等。  相似文献

在制备PVC/POM/NBR三元共混弱性体的研究基础上,进一步探讨了防老剂品种及用量、炭黑品种及用量、增塑剂品种、共混工艺等因素对共混物力学性能的影响。结果表明:选择PVC/POM/NBR(20/10/70)100,半补强炭黑30-45,防老剂MB1.0-1.5,硫黄硫化体系及适量DOP,并选择共混温度175-180℃,共混时间4-5min以及采用先将PCV与NBR制成二元共混物再与已塑化的POM共混制成三元共混物为共混工艺,可制得综合性能较佳的PVC/POM/NBR三元共混弹性体。  相似文献

本文重点叙述了聚氯乙烯(PVC)、丁腈橡胶(NBR)、顺丁橡胶(BR)三元共混弹性体的制备与研究,通过添加顺丁胶后,三元共混体的冲击回弹性、耐磨性及耐寒性均比二元PVC/NBR共混物得以改善,但拉仲强度、断裂伸长率及耐油性降低。获得最佳综合性能的共混比为PVC:NBR:BR=30:60:10(重量比)。实验表明,PVC/NBR/BR三元共混弹性体是复相体系,有较好的相容性。  相似文献

以NBR-26为改性剂,用熔融共混的方式对PVC的共混体系进行了研究.对NBR/PVC共混体系的老化前后力学性能进行了测试及分析.实验结果表明,当NBR达到30份(重量份)时,共混体系综合性能最好.用改性后的PVC做汽车门窗密封条,替代进口PVC热塑性弹性体。  相似文献

研究了相容剂NBR和Elvaloy 741对CR/PVC共混物(共混比70/30)性能的影响,并通过透射电镜和红外光谱表征了相容剂NBR和Elvaloy 741对CR/PVC共混物的相容效果。结果表明,相容剂Elvaloy 741与CR和PVC之间的较强的相互作用,相容剂NBR和Elvaloy 741加入CR/PVC共混物中,使分散相尺寸变小;当相容剂用量为CR/PVC共混物中PVC用量的10%时,共昆物具有较好的综合性能。  相似文献

探讨了丁腈橡胶(NBR)中的结合丙烯腈质量分数、NBR/聚氯乙烯(PVC)(质量比,下同)、增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)用量、PVC聚合度对NBR/PVC共混胶性能的影响,研究了NBR/低聚合度PVC共混胶的力学性能及加工流动性能。结果表明,随着NBR中结合丙烯腈质量分数的增加,NBR/PVC共混胶的耐油性能明显增强,力学性能也相应有所改善;NBR/PVC为80/20~60/40时.NBR/PVC共混胶的综合性能较好;DOP用量对NBR/PVC共混胶性能的影响不大;聚合度为700的PVC更适合于生产NBR/PVC共混胶,其力学性能、加工流动性能、耐老化性能与德国Bayer公司生产的牌号为Perbunan NT/VC3470B的NBR/PVC共混胶相当。  相似文献

Despite its industrial importance, the subject of freeze-thaw (F/T) stability of latex coatings has not been studied extensively. There is also a lack of fundamental understanding about the process and the mechanisms through which a coating becomes destabilized. High pressure (2100 bar) freezing fixes the state of water-suspended particles of polymer binder and inorganic pigments without the growth of ice crystals during freezing that produce artifacts in direct imaging scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of fracture surfaces of frozen coatings. We show that by incorporating copolymerizable functional monomers, it is possible to achieve F/T stability in polymer latexes and in low-VOC paints, as judged by the microstructures revealed by the cryogenic SEM technique. Particle coalescence as well as pigment segregation in F/T unstable systems are visualized. In order to achieve F/T stability in paints, latex particles must not flocculate and should provide protection to inorganic pigment and extender particles. Because of the unique capabilities of the cryogenic SEM, we are able to separate the effects of freezing and thawing, and study the influence of the rate of freezing and thawing on F/T stability. Destabilization can be caused by either freezing or thawing. A slow freezing process is more detrimental to F/T stability than a fast freezing process; the latter actually preserves suspension stability during freezing. In 2002–2004, we examined the flight responses of 49 species of native and exotic bark and ambrosia beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae and Platypodidae) to traps baited with ethanol and/or (−)-α-pinene in the southeastern US. Eight field trials were conducted in mature pine stands in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Funnel traps baited with ethanol lures (release rate, about 0.6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to ten species of ambrosia beetles (Ambrosiodmus tachygraphus, Anisandrus sayi, Dryoxylon onoharaensum, Monarthrum mali, Xyleborinus saxesenii, Xyleborus affinis, Xyleborus ferrugineus, Xylosandrus compactus, Xylosandrus crassiusculus, and Xylosandrus germanus) and two species of bark beetles (Cryptocarenus heveae and Hypothenemus sp.). Traps baited with (−)-α-pinene lures (release rate, 2–6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to five bark beetle species (Dendroctonus terebrans, Hylastes porculus, Hylastes salebrosus, Hylastes tenuis, and Ips grandicollis) and one platypodid ambrosia beetle species (Myoplatypus flavicornis). Ethanol enhanced responses of some species (Xyleborus pubescens, H. porculus, H. salebrosus, H. tenuis, and Pityophthorus cariniceps) to traps baited with (−)-α-pinene in some locations. (−)-α-Pinene interrupted the response of some ambrosia beetle species to traps baited with ethanol, but only the response of D. onoharaensum was interrupted consistently at most locations. Of 23 species of ambrosia beetles captured in our field trials, nine were exotic and accounted for 70–97% of total catches of ambrosia beetles. Our results provide support for the continued use of separate traps baited with ethanol alone and ethanol with (−)-α-pinene to detect and monitor common bark and ambrosia beetles from the southeastern region of the US.  相似文献

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed.  相似文献
