Zeolite based trace humidity sensor for high temperature applications in hydrogen atmosphere 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
We present a humidity sensor based on H-ZSM-5 type zeolite that is suitable to detect traces of humidity (10–110 ppmV) under harsh conditions, e.g. reducing atmosphere (H2) and high temperature (up to 600 °C). By means of complex impedance spectroscopy (IS) we show that the zeolite sensor responds linearly towards minimal changes in humidity. Therefore this result indicates that the zeolite sensor is capable to detect traces of humidity in processes where high temperatures in a hydrogen environment are required. 相似文献

油浸式电力变压器顶层油温超过允许限值时表示该变压器处于非正常运行状态。研制了一种深度可调式光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)油温传感器。该传感器中FBG处于悬空状态,其中心波长的变化只受到温度的影响,通过油浸式电力变压器顶部的管座,将该传感器浸入变压器的顶层油中,旋拧铜管外侧的调节螺母以调节传感器浸入变压器油中的深度,对该传感器中FBG的中心波长进行实时监测即可实现对变压器顶层油温的在线监测,反映变压器的运行状态。实验表明:该传感器的灵敏度为9.8pm/℃,重复性误差为1.78%FS,非线性误差为2.4%FS,滞后误差为1.5%FS。 相似文献

For the purposes of pressure measurement at high temperature in oil drilling industry as well as in other industrial measurement and control systems, the strain gauge chip of piezoresistive pressure sensor is designed based on separation by implanted oxygen (SIMOX) SOI (silicon on insulator) technology, and then fabricated in the micro-machining work bay. Some kinds of sensor mechanical structures are designed for different customers and conditions. The thermal coefficients of expansion (TCE) mismatches between different materials within the high-pressure sensor system are investigated. The sensor is fabricated successfully by using high temperature packaging process. The temperature coefficient of sensitivity (TCS) and temperature coefficient of offset (TCO) compensation circuitry is demonstrated. Based on experimental data, the sensor is tested with high accuracy and good stability. 相似文献

由于汽车应用环境相当恶劣,对机油压力传感器的可靠性要求很高。采用波纹膜片隔离技术设计了一种新型的MEMS机油压力传感器。分析了波纹膜片、充油腔体结构及硅油对压力传感器性能的影响。理论和实验结果指出,合理的设计波纹结构、充油腔体结构、减小腔体体积及净化好硅油是获得高性能机油压力传感器的关键.研制的传感器在温度为-40—125℃,量程为0.6MPa的工作条件下,测量精度优于1.5%。 相似文献

设计制作了一种集成信号调理电路的高温压阻式压力传感器,包含倒装式的压敏敏片、无源电阻温度补偿电路和信号调理电路组成;压敏芯片的制作采用SOI材料和MEMS标准工艺,温度补偿和信号调理电路采用高温电子元件;试验表明,无源电阻温度补偿具有显著的效果;此外,采用了高温信号调理电路来提高传感器的输出灵敏度,通过温度补偿来降低输出灵敏度;与传统的经验算法相比,所提出的无源电阻温度补偿技术具有更小的温度漂移,在220℃条件下传感器输出灵敏度为4.93 mV/100 kPa,传感器灵敏度为总体测量精度为±2%FS;此外,由于柔性传感器的输出电压可调,因此不需要使用一般的电压转换器随动压力变送器,这大大降低了测试系统的成本,有望在恶劣环境下的压力测量中得到高度应用。 相似文献

为了满足稠油油井安全生产和温度监测的需求,设计了一种传感距离为2 km的分布式光纤温度传感器用于监测稠油油井的温度信息.同时对分布式光纤温度传感器进行了特性分析,并给出了高温温度实验结果.实验结果显示:分布式光纤温度传感器能够在稠油油井温度测量方面进行很好的应用.系统温度范围为0~350℃,测温光纤长为2 km,测量温度精度为±1℃,空间分辨率为1m,为油井井下温度测量提供了科学依据. 相似文献

根据油流自下而上循环的特点,将三只光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)温度传感器A,B,C安装在油箱内固定支架的三个位置处,分别用来测量变压器的顶、中、底层油温.光栅中心波长随温度变化而变化,通过FBG中心波长的变化量可实现对油温变化的测量.实验得出变压器的顶、中、底层最高油温分别为73,66.5,52.2℃,打开风机后依次经14,5,3min后开始降温,对应的降温时间常数为4364,3236,1527 s,约25 min后温度稳定在64,52,45℃.分析表明:开风扇后顶、中、底层油温降低存在依次减小的延时,且降温速率依次增高. 相似文献

We present a novel tactile sensor, which is applied for dextrous grasping with a simple robot gripper. The hardware novelty consists of an array of capacitive sensors, which couple to the object by means of little brushes of fibers. These sensor elements are very sensitive (with a threshold of about 5 mN) but robust enough not to be damaged during grasping. They yield two types of dynamical tactile information corresponding roughly to two types of tactile sensor in the human skin. The complete sensor consists of a foil-based static force sensor, which yields the total force and the center of the two-dimensional force distribution and is surrounded by an array of the dynamical sensor elements. One such sensor has been mounted on each of the two gripper jaws of our humanoid robot and equipped with the necessary read-out electronics and a CAN bus interface. We describe applications to guiding a robot arm on a desired trajectory with negligible force, reflective grip improvement, and tactile exploration of objects to create a shape representation and find stable grips, which are applied autonomously on the basis of visual recognition. 相似文献

针对基于电信号传输的温度传感器难以在石油、化工、变电站等高危环境中做检测的问题,设计了气体压力式光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)温度传感器.采用气体压力式结构,在等强度悬臂梁上下表面的中心轴线上各粘贴一只具有相同敏感系数的FBG,分析了该温度传感器的工作原理,建立了其理论数学模型,并组装了传感器.通过对设计的气体压力式FBG温度传感器进行升降温实验测试,得到传感器的静态性能特性:传感器的线性度为3.59%FS,升温过程中灵敏度为10.14 pm/℃,降温过程中灵敏度为9.99 pm/℃. 相似文献
