介绍了双蓄热式燃烧技术的基本情况及该项技术在安钢中板厂 3 #加热炉的实际应用及推广情况 ,并对其应用效果进行了综合评价 :该项技术在安钢的应用已取得了明显的节能效果 ,各项技术指标基本上达到设计要求 ,燃料消耗比原 1 #、2 #炉降低了 3 0 %以上 ,从而减少废气排放量 ,减少污染。     

高辐射覆层技术在日钢球式热风炉中的应用

日钢炼铁厂在2#、5#、7#、8#高炉热风炉改造中应用高辐射覆层技术,热风炉正常运行1a后的数据统计表明,5#高炉2#热风炉烧炉时间节省4.34min,即节约煤气量3.34%,送风拱顶温度提高了49.20℃,送风终了拱顶温度提高了53.86℃;2#、7#、8#高炉的11座热风炉在风温提高16℃的情况下,高炉外供总煤气量仍增加0.55%,年效益为1512.6万元。     

高辐射覆层技术在济钢高炉热风炉上的应用

考察了高辐射覆层技术对济钢高炉热风炉格子砖终点温度、温差及风温的影响,结果表明,在其他条件相同的情况下,使用覆层技术的2#1750m3高炉2#热风炉,格子砖终点温度提高了51.54℃,格子砖温差增大了86.67℃;使用5a后,终点温度提高112.23℃,格子砖温差增大了139.99℃;3#1750m3高炉3座热风炉应用高辐射覆层技术后,风温平均提高23.6℃,年效益达2173万元。     

高炉气密箱左倾齿轮箱更换技术

介绍太钢4#高炉气密箱更换技术,该技术可快速更换减速机,而不用整体更换气密箱,大大节约了时间,可为同类工程提供参考。     

自然MgO烧结技术实践

榆钢炼铁厂烧结工序有三台烧结机,1#、2#烧结机42 m2与两座420 m3高炉配套,3#烧结机320 m2与3200m3高炉相匹配。2012年9月在大高炉投产之初要求炉渣中Mg O含量必须达到9.0%~10.5%。所以在烧结矿中长期配加4%左右的轻烧白云石。2014年炼铁厂技术人员经过分析高炉渣系的组成,认为降低炉渣氧化镁含量是可行的,此后在烧结工序进行了自然Mg O烧结技术的研究实践。
