To develop a controller that deals with noise-corrupted training data and rule uncertainties for interconnected multi-input–multi-output (MIMO) non-affine nonlinear systems with unmeasured states, an interval type-2 fuzzy system is integrated with an observer-based hierarchical fuzzy neural controller (IT2HFNC) in this paper. Also, an H control technique and a strictly positive real Lyapunov (SPR-Lyapunov) design approach are employed for attenuating the influence of both external disturbances and fuzzy logic approximation error on the tracking of errors. Moreover, the proposed hierarchical fuzzy structure can greatly reduce the number of adjusted parameters of the IT2HFNC, and then, the problem of online computational burden can be solved. According to the design of the interval type-2 fuzzy neural network and H control technique, the IT2HFNN controller can improve its robustness to noise, uncertainties, approximation errors, and external disturbances. Simulation results are reported to show the performance of the proposed control system mode and algorithms.  相似文献

It is proposed here to use a robust tracking design based on adaptive fuzzy control technique to control a class of multi-input-multi-output (MIMO) nonlinear systems with time delayed uncertainty in which each uncertainty is assumed to be bounded by an unknown gain. This technique will overcome modeling inaccuracies, such as drag and friction losses, effect of time delayed uncertainty, as well as parameter uncertainties. The proposed control law is based on indirect adaptive fuzzy control. A fuzzy model is used to approximate the dynamics of the nonlinear MIMO system; then, two on-line estimation schemes are developed to overcome the nonlinearities and identify the gains of the delayed state uncertainties, simultaneously. The advantage of employing an adaptive fuzzy system is the use of linear analytical results instead of estimating nonlinear system functions with an online update law. The adaptive fuzzy scheme uses a Variable Structure (VS) scheme to resolve the system uncertainties, time delayed uncertainty and the external disturbances such that H tracking performance is achieved. The control laws are derived based on a Lyapunov criterion and the Riccati-inequality such that all states of the system are uniformly ultimately bounded (UUB). Therefore, the effect can be reduced to any prescribed level to achieve H tracking performance. A two-connected inverted pendulums system on carts and a two-degree-of-freedom mass-spring-damper system are used to validate the performance of the proposed fuzzy technique for the control of MIMO nonlinear systems.  相似文献

This paper presents an observer based dynamic fuzzy logic system (DFLS) scheme for a class of unknown single-input single-output (SISO) nonlinear dynamic systems with external disturbances. The proposed approach does not need the availability of the state variables. Within this scheme, the DFLS is employed to identify the unknown nonlinear dynamic system. The control law and parameter adaptation laws of the DFLS are derived based on Lyapunov synthesis approach. The control law is robustfied in H sense to attenuate external disturbance, model uncertainties, and fuzzy approximation errors. It is shown that under appropriate assumptions, it guarantees the boundedness of all the signals in the closed-loop system and the asymptotic convergence to zero of tracking errors. The proposed method is applied to an inverted pendulum system to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.  相似文献

A novel decentralised indirect adaptive output feedback fuzzy controller with a compensation controller and an H tracking controller is presented for a class of uncertain large-scale nonlinear systems in this article. The compensator adaptively compensates for interconnections between subsystems as well as mismatched errors, while the H controller suppresses the effect of external disturbances. Based upon the combination of fuzzy inference systems, a state observer, H tracking technique and the strictly positive real condition, the proposed overall observer-based decentralised algorithm guarantees not only asymptotical tracking of reference trajectories but also an arbitrary small attenuation level of the unmodelled error dynamics including the disturbances on the tracking control. Simulation results substantiate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

In this paper, a stable adaptive fuzzy sliding mode based tracking control is developed for a class of nonlinear MIMO systems that are represented by input output models involving system uncertainties and external disturbances. The main contribution of the proposed method is that the structure of the controller system is partially unknown and does not require the bounds of uncertainties and disturbance to be known. First, a fuzzy logic system is designed to estimate the unknown function. Secondly, in order to eliminate the chattering phenomenon brought by the conventional variable structure control, the signum function is replaced by an adaptive Proportional Derivative (PD) term in the proposed approach. All parameter adaptive laws and robustifying control terms are derived based on Lyapunov stability analysis, so that convergence to zero of tracking errors and boudedness of all signals in the closed-loop system can be guaranteed. Finally, a mass-spring-damper system is simulated to demonstrate the validity and the effectiveness of the proposed controller.  相似文献

This paper presents a novel H tracking-based direct adaptive fuzzy controller (HDAFC) for a class of perturbed uncertain affine nonlinear systems involving external disturbances and measurement noise. A practical interval type-2 (IT2) fuzzy logic system (FLS) is introduced to approximate the ideal control law. To eliminate the tradeoff between H tracking performance and high gain at the control input, a modified output tracking error is introduced. Based on the proposed fired-rule-determination algorithm, a practical average defuzzifier expressed in parameterized and closed formula is developed for the IT2 FLS. Without the restriction that the control gain function is exactly known, the IT2 HDAFC is constructed and its adaptive law is derived by virtue of the Lyapunov synthesis. To improve control performance under measurement noise, the recursive linear smoothed Newton predictor is further introduced as a delayless output filter. Simulated application of a single-link robot manipulator demonstrates the superiority of the proposed approach over the previous approach in terms of the settling time, tracking accuracy, energy consumption and smoothness of the control input.  相似文献

In this paper, an intelligent adaptive tracking control system (IATCS) based on the mixed H2/H approach under uncertain plant parameters and external disturbances for achieving high precision performance of a two-axis motion control system is proposed. The two-axis motion control system is an XY table driven by two permanent-magnet linear synchronous motors (PMLSMs) servo drives. The proposed control scheme incorporates a mixed H2/H controller, a self-organizing recurrent fuzzy-wavelet-neural-network controller (SORFWNNC) and a robust controller. The combinations of these control methods would insure the stability, robustness, optimality, overcome the uncertainties, and performance properties of the two-axis motion control system. The SORFWNNC is used as the main tracking controller to adaptively estimate an unknown nonlinear dynamic function that includes the lumped parameter uncertainties, external disturbances, cross-coupled interference and frictional force. Moreover, the structure and the parameter learning phases of the SORFWNNC are performed concurrently and online. Furthermore, a robust controller is designed to deal with the uncertainties, including the approximation error, optimal parameter vectors and higher order terms in Taylor series. Besides, the mixed H2/H controller is designed such that the quadratic cost function is minimized and the worst case effect of the unknown nonlinear dynamic function on the tracking error must be attenuated below a desired attenuation level. The mixed H2/H control design has the advantage of both H2 optimal control performance and H robust control performance. The sufficient conditions are developed for the adaptive mixed H2/H tracking problem in terms of a pair of coupled algebraic equations instead of coupled nonlinear differential equations. The coupled algebraic equations can be solved analytically. The online adaptive control laws are derived based on Lyapunov theorem and the mixed H2/H tracking performance so that the stability of the proposed IATCS can be guaranteed. Furthermore, the control algorithms are implemented in a DSP-based control computer. From the experimental results, the motions at X-axis and Y-axis are controlled separately, and the dynamic behaviors of the proposed IATCS can achieve favorable tracking performance and are robust to parameter uncertainties.  相似文献

In this paper an adaptive fuzzy variable structure control (kinematic control) integrated with a proportional plus derivative control (dynamic control) is proposed as a robust solution to the trajectory tracking control problem for a differential wheeled mobile robot. The variable structure controller, based on the sliding mode theory, is a well known, proven control method, fit to deal with uncertainties and disturbances (e.g., structural and parameter uncertainties, external disturbances and operating limitations). To minimize the problems found in practical implementations of the classical variable structure controllers, an adaptive fuzzy logic controller replaces the discontinuous portion of the control signals (avoiding the chattering), causing the loss of invariance, but still ensuring the robustness to uncertainties and disturbances without having any a priori knowledge of their boundaries. Moreover, the adaptive fuzzy logic controller is a feasible tool to approximate any real continuous nonlinear system to arbitrary accuracy, and has a simple structure by using triangular membership functions, a low number of rules that must be evaluated, resulting in a lower computational load for execution, making it feasible for real time implementation. Stability analysis and the convergence of tracking errors as well as the adaptation laws are guaranteed with basis on the Lyapunov theory. Simulation and experimental results are explored to show the verification and validation of the proposed control strategy.  相似文献

A novel decentralised direct adaptive fuzzy controller design is presented for a class of large-scale nonaffine uncertain nonlinear systems in this article. By integrating a fuzzy logic system and H tracking technique, the designed controller is able to adaptively compensate for interconnections and disturbances with unknown bounds, but none of the control and adaptation laws contains a sign function so that control chattering can be shunned. The closed-loop large-scale system is guaranteed to be asymptotically stable and obtain good H tracking performance. The control approach developed is applied to the following control problem of a string of vehicles within an automated highway system (AHS) and simulation results verify its validity.  相似文献

A novel direct adaptive interval type-2 fuzzy neural network (FNN) controller in which linguistic fuzzy control rules can be directly incorporated into the controller is developed to synchronize chaotic systems with training data corrupted by noise or rule uncertainties involving external disturbances, in this paper. By incorporating direct adaptive interval type-2 FNN control scheme and sliding mode approach, two non-identical chaotic systems can be synchronized based on Lyapunov stability criterion. Moreover, the chattering phenomena of the control efforts can be reduced and the external disturbance on the synchronization error can be attenuated. The stability of the proposed overall adaptive control scheme will be guaranteed in the sense that all the states and signals are uniformly bounded. From the simulation example, to synchronize two non-identical Chua’s chaotic circuits, it has been shown that type-2 FNN controllers have the potential to overcome the limitations of tpe-1 FNN controllers when training data is corrupted by high levels of uncertainty.  相似文献

A robust adaptive fuzzy control approach is developed for a class of multi-input-multi-output (MIMO) nonlinear systems with modeling uncertainties and external disturbances by using both the approximation property of the fuzzy logic systems and the backstepping technique. The MIMO systems are composed of interconnected subsystems in the strict-feedback form. The main characteristics of the developed approach are that the online computation burden is alleviated and the robustness to dynamic uncertainties and external disturbances is improved. It is proven that all the signals of the resulting closed-loop system are uniformly bounded and that the tracking errors converge to a small neighborhood around zero. Two simulation experiments are presented to demonstrate the feasibility of the approach developed in this paper.  相似文献

This paper considers the H control problem for the uncertain time delay system with nonlinear external disturbance. Given a system containing nonlinear external disturbance, our purpose is to design a robust controller such that the uncertain system is asymptotically stable with a generalized H disturbance attenuation level ρ. In this paper we propose a new approach to design the controller for the uncertain system which is composed of a linear controller and an adaptive controller. The problem is solved by introducing a switching function and using the idea of formulation. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, new sufficient conditions are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities. The effectiveness and advantages of the proposed controller design are shown via a numerical example.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive type-2 fuzzy sliding mode control to tolerate actuator faults of unknown nonlinear systems with external disturbances is presented. Based on a redundant actuation structure, a novel type-2 adaptive fuzzy fault tolerant control scheme is proposed using sliding mode control. Two adaptive type-2 fuzzy logic systems are used to approximate the unknown functions, whose adaptation laws are deduced from the stability analysis. The proposed approach allows to ensure good tracking performance despite the presence of actuator failures and external disturbances, as illustrated through a simulation example.  相似文献

In this paper, a stable adaptive fuzzy-based tracking control is developed for robot systems with parameter uncertainties and external disturbance. First, a fuzzy logic system is introduced to approximate the unknown robotic dynamics by using adaptive algorithm. Next, the effect of system uncertainties and external disturbance is removed by employing an integral sliding mode control algorithm. Consequently, a hybrid fuzzy adaptive robust controller is developed such that the resulting closed-loop robot system is stable and the trajectory tracking performance is guaranteed. The proposed controller is appropriate for the robust tracking of robotic systems with system uncertainties. The validity of the control scheme is shown by computer simulation of a two-link robotic manipulator.  相似文献

In this study, a PID‐type controller incorporating an adaptive learning scheme for the mixed H2/H tracking performance is developed for constrained robots under unknown or uncertain plant parameters and external disturbances. The mixed H2/H control design has the advantage of both H2 optimal control performance and H robust control performance and the adaptive control scheme is used to compensate the plant uncertainties. By virtue of the skew‐symmetric property of the constrained robotic systems and an adequate choice of state variable transformation, sufficient conditions are developed for the adaptive mixed H2/H tracking control problems in terms of a pair of coupled algebraic equations instead of a pair of coupled nonlinear differential equations. The proposed methods are simple and the coupled algebraic equations can be solved analytically. Simulation results indicate that the desired performance of the proposed adaptive mixed H2/H tracking control schemes for the uncertain constrained robotic systems can be achieved.  相似文献

This paper deals with simultaneous fault estimation and control for a class of nonlinear systems with parameter uncertainty, which is described by Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy model with parameter uncertainties and unknown disturbance. In this paper, a fuzzy reference model is used to generate error dynamic for tracking control. By considering actuator fault as an auxiliary state vector, we construct an augmented error system and propose a fault estimator/controller to achieve simultaneous fault estimation and fault-tolerant tracking control. H approach is used in the design of estimator/controller to attenuate the effect of the unknown disturbance and parameter uncertainties. The design conditions are formulated into a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can be efficiently solved. Finally, a pitch-axis nonlinear missile model is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献
