在已有的扫描隧道显微镜(STM)基础上设计了一套集STM、 光子扫描隧道显微镜(PSTM)、近场扫描光学显微镜(NSOM)、扫描近场声学显微镜(SNAM)为一体的多模式扫描探针显微系统(SPM)。系统的4种模式可通过转换开关方便地切 换,探头的更换也很容易。利用本系统对典型样品进行了扫描成像。测试表明,系统具有良好的稳定性和超高分辨率。 相似文献

The different exfoliation routes of graphite to produce graphene by sonication in solvent, chemical oxidation and electrochemical oxidation are compared. The exfoliation process and roughening of a flat graphite substrate is directly visualized at the nanoscale by scanning probe and electron microscopy. The etching damage in graphite and the properties of the exfoliated sheets are compared by Raman spectroscopy and X‐ray diffraction analysis. The results show the trade‐off between exfoliation speed and preservation of graphene quality. A key step to achieve efficient exfoliation is to couple gas production and mechanical exfoliation on a macroscale with non‐covalent exfoliation and preservation of graphene properties on a molecular scale. 相似文献

A novel and highly versatile synthetic route for the production of functionalized graphene dispersions in water, acetone, and isopropanol (IPA), which exhibit long‐term stability and are easy to scale up, is reported. Both graphene functionalization (wherein the oxygen content can be varied from 4 to 16 wt%) and dispersion are achieved by the thermal reduction of graphite oxide, followed by a high‐pressure homogenization (HPH) process. For the first time, binders, dispersing agents, and reducing agents are not required to produce either dilute or highly concentrated dispersions of single graphene sheets with a graphene content of up to 15 g L?1. High graphene content is essential for the successful printing of graphene dispersions by 3D microextrusion. Free‐standing graphene films and micropatterned graphene materials are successfully prepared using this method. Due to the absence of toxic reducing agents, the graphene exhibits no cytotoxicity and is biocompatible. Furthermore, the electrical conductivity of graphene is significantly improved by the absence of binders. Flexible microarrays can be printed on different substrates, producing microarrays that are mechanically stable and can be bent several times without affecting electrical conductivity. 相似文献

The aim of this paper is to present a new test method for contactless quantitative current measurements via scanning magneto-resistive probe microscopy. Its basic principle is based on the detection of the magnetic field over a current-carrying conducting line by a magneto-resistive probe, which is fastened to a

icroscope (SFM). The function and efficiency of this method is demonstrated by measuring the current flow through a conducting line with hundred kilohertz bandwidth.
