利用电泳沉积的方法在MEMS结构特定位置上组装碳纳米管薄膜,以此作为发射体研制基于碳纳米管场发射的传感器,并对其场发射进行了测试和分析.电镜观测与场发射实验结果表明,利用电泳沉积方法可以只在MEMS结构的特定位置沉积碳纳米管薄膜,对于4μm的发射间隙、该薄膜的场发射开启电压约为3.6V~4V,发射电压20V时的发射电流可至28μA.这种“post-MEMS“的碳纳米管薄膜组装方法具有工艺简单的特点,同时避免了碳纳米管生长对MEMS工艺环境以及器件的污染、破坏,实现了纳米材料组装与MEMS工艺的兼容.  相似文献

In this paper a positive control law is designed for multi-input positive systems that ensures asymptotic tracking of a desired output reference value. This control law can be viewed as a generalization of another one proposed in the literature for the control of the total mass in SISO compartmental systems, but is suitable for a wider class of positive systems. The controller proposed here is applied to the control of the depth of anesthesia (DoA), by means of the administration of propofol and remifentanil, when using a parameter parsimonious Wiener model recently introduced in the literature. 针对长期工作的测控设备功能和性能验证需求,根据测控设备原理,设计了一种基于设计层面的测试思路,为测控设备长期稳定运行提供了模拟验证条件;通过将测试功能嵌入到产品内,将外部不可测的指标参数,尤其是模块内部信号的变化趋势监测、运行环境的变化监测等从设计层面注入到产品中,结合动态测试、故障注入测试等手段收集长期运行测试数据,并对数据进行趋势评估和故障评估,得出测控设备的健康程度或故障程度;该方法具备更突出的故障激发能力和设备功能性能评估能力,为长期运行产品可靠性测试提供参考。  相似文献

在基于内容的图像检索中,不同图像特征反映了图像不同侧面的内在特性,如何有效地组织和利用这些特征从而提高系统的检索性能是一个值得研究的课题。文章重点介绍了综合颜色特征中的灰度直方图相交法,纹理特征中的灰度共生矩阵法和形状特征中一组中心矩和不变矩法的综合特征检索。通过讨论内部和外部特征间的归一化,研究了各特征之间的互补关系。实验数据表明,文中的方法是很有效的。  相似文献

提出一种控制曲面的计算机辅助设计方案,该控制曲面可通过球体转动轴的摆动来控制球体的转动模式,使激光束扫描到整个球面.借助在球面上建立的坐标系推导出控制曲面的精确表达式,避免了以前的控制曲面只有在转动轴小幅度摆动时才能达到精度要求的局限性;确定了坐标系中各变量间的关系式,从而建立了球体运动准确的数学模型,并用计算机仿真验证了该数学模型的正确性.  相似文献

The performance of current automatic speech recognition (ASR) systems often deteriorates radically when the input speech is corrupted by various kinds of noise sources. Several methods have been proposed to improve ASR robustness over the last few decades. The related literature can be generally classified into two categories according to whether the methods are directly based on the feature domain or consider some specific statistical feature characteristics. In this paper, we present a polynomial regression approach that has the merit of directly characterizing the relationship between speech features and their corresponding distribution characteristics to compensate for noise interference. The proposed approach and a variant were thoroughly investigated and compared with a few existing noise robustness approaches. All experiments were conducted using the Aurora-2 database and task. The results show that our approaches achieve considerable word error rate reductions over the baseline system and are comparable to most of the conventional robustness approaches discussed in this paper.  相似文献

利用脉冲YAG激光微加工方法,在三氧化二铝陶瓷基片上一面集成了RuO2加热器,另一面集成了四单元电极制备了纳米气敏传感器阵列.对阵列的加热特性、热响应、温度分布及气敏性能作了深入的探讨.阵列单元平均能耗低于500 mW、热响应速度小于20 s、平面温度梯度小于5℃/mm、能充分拾取气敏材料的气敏信息,阵列气敏性能稳定性、重现性好.研究表明激光微加工方法制作纳米气敏传感器阵列是一种可控性好、灵活、方便、廉价的制作方法.  相似文献

This paper presents the application of the Visual Servoing approach to a mobile robot which must execute coordinate motions in a known indoor environment. In this work, we are interested in the execution and control of basic motions like Go to an object by using the mobile robot Hil are2Bis. We use a diagonal matrix for the gain to improve the visual servoing behaviour and the potential field formalism to avoid obstacles. Namely, the robot is controlled according to the position of some features in an image. Such a path will be executed by a nonholonomic mobile robot, which has only two degrees of freedom (two wheels), and three configuration parameters (X Y ); a camera is mounted on the robot close to the end effector of an arm, controlled to add at least a new degree of freedom (pl).  相似文献

A depth-based classification method underlain by a remote concentration measure for processing asymmetric data is developed and investigated. The motivation for the construction of the method was the inefficient use of affine invariant classifiers in combination with depth functions vanishing outside the convex hull of data. The idea of the proposed method is to map a remote space using a remote concentration measure, the Stahel–Donoho remoteness measure, and a corrected remoteness measure.  相似文献

Although more and more ventures are successfully founded by entrepreneurial teams, the specific benefits of the team‐based founding approach have received little attention in extant empirical studies. This study explores the relationship between the level of interdisciplinary heterogeneity in entrepreneurial teams and the level of product innovativeness in high‐tech ventures. It is proposed that an interdisciplinary new venture team composition impacts the quality of the strategic planning process (scanning activities, planning openness) and thereby indirectly shapes product innovativeness. The hypotheses are investigated using data from a sample of Canadian high‐tech ventures. The findings provide support for the proposed relationship between team heterogeneity, strategic planning and product innovativeness. Venture capitalists, university faculty and incubator institutions are therefore well advised to direct their attention towards fostering a heterogeneous composition of founding teams.  相似文献

Conventional vacuum control in a milking system is accomplished by using a vacuum pump, sized for the maximum air flows into the milking system, running at a full speed. The difference between the pump capacity and the necessary flow of air is compensated by allowing air to enter the system through a regulator. The solution presented in this paper uses a VFD (variable frequency driver) in order to drive the vacuum pump at a controlled speed, so that the air removed equals the air entering the milking system. The VFD technology is able to adjust the rate of air removal from the milking system, by changing the speed of the vacuum pump motor. The VFD is controlled by a computer using a virtual instrument in order to emulate a PID (proportion integration differentiation) regulator. The tests aimed to evaluate the vacuum regulator characteristics and vacuum stability. A statistical analysis of the experimental results was performed and it showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental results obtained for the two methods of vacuum regulation (with vacuum regulator and VFD controller respectively). The experimental results proved that the used of the VFD controller led to a higher vacuum stability in terms of the error between the set vacuum value and the achieved values.  相似文献

This paper describes the construction and utilization of two novel semantic spaces, namely Ontology-enriched Semantic Space (OSS) and Ontology-enriched Orthogonal Semantic Space $({rm OS}^2)$, to facilitate the selection of concept detectors for video search. These two semantic spaces are enriched with ontology knowledge, while emphasizing consistent and uniform comparison of ontological relatedness among concepts for query-to-concept mapping. ${rm OS}^2$, in addition to being a linear space like OSS, also guarantees orthogonality of the semantic space. Compared with other ontology reasoning measures, both spaces are capable of providing platforms that offer a global view of concept inter-relatedness, by allowing evaluation of concept similarity in metric spaces. We simulate OSS and ${rm OS}^2$ by using LSCOM concepts and experiment search effectiveness with VIREO-374 concept detectors. Empirical observations indicate that the proposed semantic spaces enable more effective selection of concept detectors than eight other existing ontology measures. ${rm OS}^2$, in particular, is better in providing a viable and reasonable solution for fusion of multiple concept detectors.   相似文献
