就某特大型有色冶炼企业在ISP技改工程中,将该企业湿法炼锌工艺中的闲置设备:φ2200×14000浸出渣干燥窑重新设计改造成工程所需的φ2200×18000精矿干燥窑进行了阐述.文中对筒体的设计、传动功率的校核以及新型结构的扬料板的设计进行充分的论证,改造后的φ2200×18000精矿干燥窑经安装、调试后顺利投入生产使用.     

提高圆筒干燥窑干燥能力的经验

<正> 我厂镍精矿干燥系统有两座φ2.4×24米的圆筒干燥窑,用以干燥镍精矿。为了提高窑的干燥能力,我们采取以下措施,获得了较好的效果。 (一)增大单位时间内的窑供热量,提高窑内气流速度,使干燥过程强化。如湿精矿含水22％,干燥后含水6％,若单位时间内对窑供热增加1％,则单位时间内的脱水量将增加1.16％,湿精矿处理量增加1.25％。     

锌精矿干燥窑改造

锌精矿干燥是我厂锌冶炼的头一道工序,严格控制好锌精矿的水分(7.5～8%),对于沸腾焙烧的操作及其提高经济技术指标有直接影响。我厂锌系统精矿干燥窑工段原设计一台φ1.5×12M顺流式圆筒干燥窑,设计时选用的干燥强度是45kg/M~3·h,处理量25—28T/h。投产以来的生产实践证明,干燥强度只能达到30～32kg/M~3·h,处理量18～20T/h,加上锌精矿的水分与原设计时比较平均提高3%(原设计时进厂精矿平均水分10%±,现在平均水

大冶干燥窑收尘系统改造实践

大冶铜精矿干燥方式采用回转式干燥窑,热介质为粉煤燃烧产生高温空气,在干燥窑内,高温空气与铜精矿顺流接触,干燥过程中产生水蒸气及粉尘随尾气一起进入收尘系统处理后排空。该工艺于2003年10月建成投产,干燥精矿能力为80-100吨／小时,承担着铜精矿干燥的主要任务,原尾气收尘工艺为旋风收尘及水沫风收尘两级收尘工艺,但由于烟气量大,烟气含水、含尘浓度较高以收尘系统效力低致使其尾气排放一直不达标。随着我国循环经济步伐加快和企业清洁生产的需要,迫切需要对干燥窑尾气收尘工艺进行改造。
